Charlie did a great job. Although the stairs varied significantly in width, he was very careful to get the width of the carpet exactly right for each step.

Mike did a wonderful job. He suggested how to lay out the tile and was very meticulous about installing everything professionally.

Installer showed up on time. Damaged floor had already been removed by general contractor. Installed new floor but did not refinish or stain to match hallway floor. Insisted on collecting full payment from wife while husband was away from the house and could not inspect job. No one ever called to see if installer had arrived, the job was completed, or whether it was done to our satisfaction. Had similar experience earlier when company installed carpet in another room.

Unfortunately, when Mr. McKeny returned to check for moisture in the floors, we discovered too much and were advised that even though they could do the job, it probably wouldn't last due to excess moisture and no barrier between the sub floor and the hardwood. We highly recommend this company for their promptness, willingness to help, and their ethics.

Chuck came out & carefully measured the entire house to provide the estimate. He was prompt & polite. We went with a slightly lower cost company for the install. We would call Brothers Flooring again.

Brothers repaired our new hardwood floors that were damaged as a result of the installer's negligence. They quickly came to our home to give an estimate and performed the work only days later. The work was professional, and we felt assured of their skill and craftsmanship, even after having had a bad experience with the previous installer. Would highly recommend Brothers. Their price may be higher, but it's worth the peace of mind!

It was amazing what they did, it looks like its always been that way. It all totally flows and matches, looks like it was built that way. They were here 3 to 4 days tearing out the old floor, and were here another three days to lay and refinish the new floor.

Obtained carpet promptly and arrived as scheduled. Installer(the worker) arrived with 2 toters. Worker did all the work and half the toting. In worker's haste to complete he knocked off a wall tile in bathroom and damaged a newly painted wall. Glad I was there to watch furniture removal. Surprised that no one from the company has ever called to ask if the installers got there and if the work was completed satisfactorily. Very happy with the carpet and from appearances I assume the work was done correctly.

They installed a hardwood floor in our kitchen area. They are very professional. It is beautiful wood and they are very nice people to work with.

They were on time and did a very very good job. It looks wonderful. I'm so happy with them, from the sales person to the man who put the floor in. They were all very nice and knew about the tile and how it was to be measured and put in. It didn't take long and he explained what he was doing and why. If he wasn't sure how we wanted something he asked before going on.

The product is beautiful and the installation was excellent. A great product with poor installation results in an unsatisfactory job. Brothers began and completed the job in the time-frame quoted. We will definitely use them again

Brothers did an incredible job with this! We were doing a kitchen remodel and had to move a wall. One of our biggest concerns was whether or not we could match our existing wood flooring. The company that had originally put our flooring in told me it was unlikely to match and it took me a couple of calls to get their quote. I got frustrated with them and called Brothers. Brothers came out within a couple of days and took measurements and brought samples. The job was done on time and it is "invisible" -- it matches our existing floor perfectly. I will go to Brothers for all of our flooring needs in the future.

The overall experience was very good. We were able to take home several samples on more than one occasion. Sales people were very helpful with taking us through process. The scheduling estimate was flexible, but it took a few days to receive the estimate. We were told they estimated 4 to 5 days to complete the work. They were done in 2 1/2 hours and could have been done sooner. The installers were very good and easy to have in the house. The day after they completed the floor, one of the boards cracked. I called and immediately was put on a list for repair. The original installers called and set a time to come. They determined what the problem was immediately, fixed it, and said if we have any other problems, which we shouldn't, just call and they would be back.

They were very helpful in selecting the carpet and accommodating to us in scheduling for the installation. He were prompt and polite. It took 2 days to install because there was only one man installing the carpet.

Greg Hill may be one of the most patient men in central Indiana. From day one, he showed no urgency to make the sale. Instead, he gave us all the time we needed to choose floors and to make sure we could afford the project. He even helped us line up our finances and has done eveything imaginable to make sure the final project suits us 100%. Outstanding service! Also, the crew that worked in our home was spectacular. They were with my family everyday for a week; cordial, pleasant and a joy to have in our home. The only one traumatized by the project was Joanie, but she's our cat.

WE HAD A TIME CONSTRAINT, AND THEY CAME AS PER THEIR PLAN. WE WERE VERY PLEASED.

I emphasized to the Brothers estimator that getting the job estimated and underway was a high priority because the master bath shower was unusable in its current state. He assured me that he understood and would respond within a day or two. A week passed. When I called on the eighth day to follow up he was unavailable. I called again later in the day at which time he commented "I am not going to make any excuses ..." and he didn't! Nor did he offer an explanation or an apology for "dropping the ball" and failing to at the very least contact me with status. I was handed off to a subcontractor who I haven't heard from in over two weeks now.

Job 1: Very good experience. Dustless method was as described. Very little dust & smell. The technicians were friendly and hard working. Respected my home and belongings. The salesman & office personnel were business like and helpful and did their best to make everything to well. Job 2: The installer came on time each day (3 days). He was very pleasant and appeared happy with what he had to do - he hummed songs while working. He was neat and clean personally and with his work. The finished job was beautifully done. A few weeks earlier Brothers refinished my hardwoods. I am very pleased with the entire job and would recommend this company to anyone who needs flooring services.

Brothers came out to measure within 24 hours of when I called. Provided a written quote quickly upon my floor choice. The gentleman who provided the quote and the people at the store were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Quote was competitive and they had a large selection to choose from. The installer arrived right on time and focused directly on his work. he kept everything cleaned as he worked, did a very good job on the installation and when he left everything was immaculate. The installer wasn't a very personable guy, but the quality and focus of his his work was wonderful.

I have used Brothers for different types of flooring (new ceramic, new laminate, new carpet, plus refinishing hardwood), and I have been very pleased every time. I highly recommend!

The work was satisfactory however we were not happy with the delay in finishing the job. They began on a Thursday and could have easily completed the job if they had not run out of material. It took a week for Brothers to come back with the additional material to finish the work. It was particularly disturbing because our house is for sale and we did not know when realtors would be bringing people in to see the house.

They were good in answering my questions regarding the process, and the employees that did the work were very courteous & helpful.
