After just a few minutes on the phone, he figured out what we had done wrong and told us how to correct it ourselves. He could have easily come out and charged us a lot for 2 minutes work, but he didn't. We were really impressed. We'll definitely call this company first next time.

We called and they were able to come out that night to determine what the air conditioning problem was. Because they came out late Friday night they weren't able to order the part needed until Monday. They let us know it might take a couple of days, but once it came they got it installed right away. We weren't available to meet them until later in the afternoon, so they worked with our schedule and still came out for same day service. The service man was very knowledgeable, giving us tips to avoid clogging the drain again (it's a very old house with old plumbing) and then suggesting ways to stop a small leak in the basement.

They are great..After several times of returning for the same thing, they leave equipment to prevent us from needing them out as much. They are prompt and quick to respond. They do great job at a more than reasonable price.

The 2 tech's came in and asked me to show them around the house and point out the vents, and to inspect the furnace and ductwork. They described to me what they would be doing. I had to leave the house for the day after that, but when I came home from work 8 hrs later, the job was done. And yes, I removed a vent cover to inspect a sampling of the work, and it was clean. They cleaned everything up before they left. When they inspected the furnace, which was just recently installed new, they pointed out a minor flaw with the (competitor's) installation. I appreciated that, as I will have the competitor come out to take care of it.
