I have been using their service for a while while now. We have a service contract with them.They are always on time and do a good job. They are very thorough.

I liked everything. They gave me a set time. The plumber went over everything with me. He was very efficient and got the work done. He did the whole section. He was very professional and got the job done quick. He was honest and fair.

They are a very trustworthy company. They give good estimates. They also give good recommendations on how to fix different problems and handle certain situations.

I called another company as a result. This other company was very professional with me and I will use them for all my additional work.

They came out a few times, they was not able to find a manual so they downloaded one for me, sent it to my home and gave a copy to the repair guy who came out and corrected a few settings. It ended up costing me nothing, they found out it was still under warranty and dealt with all of that.

My experience with them was well. They were very prompt, very polite, and they were very quick. You always think it's a little more expensive than it should be, but we were pleased. They were very in to trying the cheaper option and it has worked.

I called Village Plumbing at about 2:30PM and asked to have a service representative come to my home to unclog drain lines. The representative arrived at about 3:30PM (They initially indicated sometime between 5 and 8 PM) and was done with the work by about 4:30PM. He brought floor mats to cover our floor covering during his work and had all the tools necessary to complete the job. The representative was quite professional in his approach to the problem and allowed me to describe it in detail. It was necessary to clean two sinks because an upstairs and downstairs sink both feed the same line from the sinks to a lift station sump, and the snake from the lower sink wouldn't pass the joint where the two lines intersected. After cleaning, there was good flow from each of the sinks to the sump.

I would recommend them in the future.

The contractor did a really good job, the price was high but understandable.

Called BR heating to set up annual check. Was offered an appt. that day, but scheduled for 1 week later. They called when the tech was on the way. David was very friendly and efficient and completed the service in less than an hour. The biggest shock to me was the increase in price of $40 from last year! BR Heating installed our system in 2000 and we have always used them for service as they have been reliable and reasonable. However, that price jump, no discount for long time customers or Angie's List members, may have me at least doing price comparisons the next time I need a routine furnace check.

I call got an appointment. The plumber came and fixed a dripping Delta faucet. I was expecting a charge of say 100 or 150 dollars. Instead we got a bill for $238 and with a 25 dollar coupon, the charge was $213. I call the company to complain about the cost. The service manager was supposed to get back to me last Monday Sept 8. He never called back and my attempts to talk to him have been unsuccessful. I will never call this company due to the service charge.

They are always on time, and they are very nice, and reliable. I have a contract, so if anything happens to my furnace or a/c unit, I am first on their list.

They come twice a year to do the servicing. I can pay in advance for a slight discount, and then they call to remind me about the servicing appointment and come and do the work.

He was very prompt and did not see any problems that were caused by poorly unit maintenance. But did concur that the compressor was shot. We are going to use them for a maintenance plan.

They were very good. They came out once to try and fix the old AC unit. After a few hours it wasn't working. I called them back and they came out again and gave me an estimate on a new unit. They worked around my schedule to get the work done and were very professional. It only took them about half a day to install everything.

The plumber was very precise and professional. He took 2 trips, because he had to order the replacement faucet. He measured to make sure he knew where the leak was coming from. He cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased with the service. I have used them before and have always been happy with their service.
