I was pleased with them. The technician did have some trouble. I think he got the wrong module in and had to redo the work, but he was working under difficult conditions, and in the end he did do a good job.

Continued superb service. I just wish I had gone to them 9 years ago when I replace he first water heater. By taking a little extra time with me, I could have saved the 2 subsequent replacements.

Sewage backed up in a basement shower. The service tech searched for a drain outlet pipe on the lower level and could not locate one. Apparently this company does not service basement areas unless a drain outlet pipe can be located (as opposed to using a snake on the toilet). He left without completing any work, and I paid the fee requested. When the new company came, they found the basement outlet pipe; however, it was not close enough to the clog. The new company removed the obstructing item via toilet next to the shower.

This was a thrill. When we bought a water heater from them, we purchased their service contract just to save us more money than the cost of the plan on the new water heater. With most companies I've done business with, the plan just saves money on repairs, maybe also putting you at the top of the list for repairs. This plan gave us the inspection as well. It was great to get a report telling us what we needed to work on and what we needed to keep an eye on.

We are on an annual service contract with them. They did a good job cleaning our air duct. I did get it for free though I probably wouldn't pay for it.

They are professional and are quick to respond. The price is very reasonable. They are always on time and if they are running late then they call. I would recommend them, and continue to use them.

I been using them for 25 years. The same technician been coming for 4-5 years. The technician is very pleasant. They are very good, and always punctual.

The plumber who came to the house (Steve Kessler) said the ONLY way to replace the faucet was to remove the pedestal sink basin from the wall and stand and then install the faucet and drain tail pipe. The plumber was not able to remove the sink and said the only way to get a new faucet was to smash the sink and buy a new one or to pull the ceramic tile off while trying to remove the current sink. He wanted permission to smash the sink, get another pedestal and then install the faucet. For this advice and about 45 minutes of pulling on the sink we were charged $150. A week later the homeowner had time to do the work himself. The tail pipe was removed with a hot water heater element socket and the install went very well and was completed by the homeowner in about 3 hours. This plumber had only one way of doing the work .... smash the old and start new. We were shocked, but wanted the faucet replaced so we agreed to the outrageous $450, then to hear that we had to smash the sink or the wall to get it replaced was to much! (Oh, that would add to the $450!!) The person sent out by Village plumbers was not a skilled plumber or craftsman. Avoid this company.

They did a good job. I got a Trane heating and a/c unit.

Broad Ripple did a very thorough job. They charged us what they estimated. They cleaned up very well after themselves. They did a very quick and good job putting in the new furnace.

I do not remember the exact price of the contract, but it is reasonable. The contract also includes emergency service calls. We are very happy with their service. They have been good about cleaning out our system. They are also good about giving us time to think about certain decisions that need to be made regarding our units. We will continue to use their services in the future.

They charged way too much money for how quick it seemed to be. They were whiny. They were not on time and they gave me the feeling like I was putting them out. They made me feel guilty for calling them out to do this.

That guy was a car salesman! I felt like I was a car dealership. He gave me a quote that was close to $5,000 dollars. He was a bit too slick. I have been around salesmen all my life and I knew I couldn't trust him. The quote was way too high. He was trying to do a hard sale.

Great! We were dealing with a very tight work space as the furnace is located in the attic area. When Larry came out to give us an estimate, he assured us there would not be a problem replacing the unit. He explained how they would complete the work and gave us a detailed price. We scheduled to have the work completed and they arrived on time to start working. They spent the better part of the day removing the existing unit and modified the existing ductwork to connect it to the new unit. They completed the work as agreed and did a great job leaving no mess. We have used Broad Ripple Heating & AC for many years and have always been happy with the work they have done. We will continue to use them for all our needs!

We just had our fall boiler check - and everything went well. The service technician was on time, polite and worked quickly to get the service/check done.

They come out and check our heating in the fall and the cooling in the spring. They are professional and very punctual. The service is always done to our satisfaction. We have never had any problems with the work they have done.

I called for an appointment. The technician showed up on time. He did the work I asked for and cleaned up before he left. I purchased an annual contract for seasonal service (2) of furnace and air conditioner...which was my intent. ($180.00)
