Getting an appointment was very easy-I called late one week and they were able to make it early the next for a non-emergency service call. They gave me several reasonably timed windows for the appointment. The technician was punctual. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it right away; he then gave suggestions on preventative measures for the future. I was very glad I used Broad Ripple Heating & Air.

They are very responsive, professional. We have used them for years and I would highly recommend them.

We signed a 3 year contract because they honor a better price.

It was good. The price seemed reasonable and they knew what they were doing. All their people that came out seem to have a professional demeanor, and I am happy with their service.

I think they are great. They are prompt, they are very efficient and I feel that they are affordable. In regards to the gas leak, he did make suggestions on how we could re-route our gas line. His suggestion did turn out to be correct and turned out to be much more efficient for our house.

We have a furnace from the 60s, but it still runs well. They came out, cleaned it up, and gave us some tips to keep it working properly. The tech also gave us some info for when we are ready to replace it, but didn't pressure us in to anything. He was on time and easy to work with. He took an additional $10 off the service.

They showed up on time. They came out the next morning after I called them and resolved and repaired the issue right away. They answered any questions I had. They were very friendly.

I've used Broad Ripple Heating & Air Conditioning for years to service our equipment so I requested an estimate to replace our system. The sales rep. was punctual, polite and professional. Other than looking at the current furnace he did no other inspections of the house with regards to vents, etc nor did he measure anything. The price was competitive but was still > $1,000 over another estimate we got.

They work very efficiently, they call to let you know they are on their way, and they do good work. There are no surprises with them and their prices are very reasonable. The workers clean up well after they are finished.

We had a very large steam boiler so its removal presented some challenges including it being a very messy job. We were very pleased with the way that went. Once they had the boiler broken up and removed, they spent a considerable amount of time on the clean up effort. Regarding the installation of the new boiler, we could not be happier. Larry Howald was directly in charge of this project and, from start to finish, remained closely involved and made sure that things were done the right way. Larry is definitely a straight shooting and honest contractor who always had our best interests in mind. Every one of the BRHAC guys that worked on this job was friendly, professional, and always happy to explain things to us. We also had no problem leaving a door open for them to enter and leave during the project. Once the boiler was installed, there was an issue with the old thermostat not working with the new boiler. However, they were very quick to come out, assess the problem, and fix it. Though it involved a little more work than anticipated, there was no additional charge. We live in an 80 year old house and I have had various heating and AC contractors work for us over the years but in the future I will call BRHAC first. The quality was first-rate and In every aspect of this job, they were honest, friendly and professional.

I really like the promptness of their services. I like that they are easy to get a hold of. I really like how professional they are about the service. They always show up on time.

They are really good about calling me when it's time for a service check and time to schedule the next appointment. The day they are supposed to perform the service, they call and give you a time they plan on showing up by so you don't have to wait. They are also really good about informing you and giving you tips on saving you money for servicing of your units. They also give you tips to make your system run smoothly throughout the year.

They gave us an estimate and it was exactly what they told me it would be. They were very responsive and we liked their work. We were not dissatisfied with them in any way.

This is the price of the service contract per year. The gentleman that came out was very informative and told me some things that I did not know about maintaining my units, even though I have been a home owner for over twenty years now. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

Where do I begin? Our heat pump had been emitting some weird smells and was quite old. I was about to have my second child and my husband was concerned about it going out while I was home with two kids, so he wanted to replace it. He searched and found this company, and we honestly (and stupidly, in my opinion) didn't get any other estimates. The unit was installed on a day we were not there. All winter, the heat worked just fine. But, the very first time we turned the air on, we could hear it working but our home was not cooling. We called and had someone come out, who blamed it on the filter not being changed (it was just barely 6 months). He left, and we went out. Later that night, we returned to a hot house. Called again and had someone come out on a Saturday (at 10 pm-God bless him). He found something on the outside unit that was not working correctly. He fixed that and we had cool air again. A few weeks later, we again had a problem with the air. This time, I called and said I was ready to have them take the unit out and refund our money. Of course, this was not what they wanted, so a repairman came out with the manager. Turns out the fan was not working. They put an entire new fan unit in. On top of this, my husband went into the crawlspace and discovered that the new duct work that was installed was put together with...Duct tape only. That's right, no screws or anything else. Well, the duct tape had fallen off some parts, so who knows how long we were blowing heat and a/c into our crawlspace. How energy efficient. So, this was repaired. The manager had just taken over about a month before and said their were many issues that he has had to "clean up" (aka-fire people) since taking over, and extended my service contract form 3 years to 5 years. Since then we have had no problems, but I am still skeptical

Great, they were prompt and professional. This was a duplex and I didn't realize the gas was turned off on one of the units. They did all they could and came back a few days later once I had the gas turned back on for no extra charge.

The plumber was very polite and explained things. I verbalized concern that three years ago the water heated was replaced for the same reason and he immediately started looking for the cause.

The technicians are highly trained and very good.

It took them a substantial amount of time to come once we got a hold of them - we phoned at 7:00 p.m. and it took them until 2:00 a.m. even though they said we were next on their route.

A service center handled the call for a bid and scheduling. Unfortunately for Village Plumbing the service center person misquoted the price (service call fee in addition to bid for the work involved, rather than the policy of waiving the service call fee if work is done). Someone from the business called after I had already contracted with someone else to clarify, but it was too late. The actual person at Village Plumbing seemed responsive and helpful, but their service center was not very knowledgeable. If I had known a service technician would be calling immediately I would have waited to talk with that person.
