They were easy to get in touch with to set the appointment, and they came out quickly with no delay. They offered great service. The experience was so good that nothing sticks out in my mind that would need commented on.

We just purchased a home in Meridian Kessler. There was no water softener and the water heater needed to be replaced. We were also worried about the OLD main water valve to the home. We were given a fair and detailed estimate of the work that needed to be done to accomplish all of this. Especially as the home was not plumbed for a water softener. Two men came to do a job that took most of the day. They were on time and efficient. They easily worked around my work schedule. We noticed a small "drip" after they left and they returned that afternoon to make the necessary minor repair. The staff in the office was very helpful.

It went extremely well and their price for the entire system was much cheaper than the other estimates we got. They also explained everything to me in the entire process. They also did very well with the clean up. We have done business with them for about forty years, and we will continue to use them in the future.

Everything was great. They did a good job, and it was done efficiently and on time. I am completely satisfied with it. Their prices were comparable for the quality of work and of the product.

They are very responsive and always diagnose the problem on the first trip.

Fine. Estimated the work, quoted the price, picked me up off the floor, I agreed. Also asked about repairing or replacing a leaky outdoor faucet. He quoted over $400. Said rates were flat, based on job type. Didn't produce a rate card, but I didn't insist. Must be all about the labor since a toilet seal is less than $5 and an outdoor faucet is less than $20.

The experience was excellent. There was 1 time they haven't been able to come out and we had to call someone else.

This is a great company and they are very professional. They knew what needed to be done and how to do it. They arrived at the time they said they would.

Called to setup up a annual maintenance agreement. A date was set. I called back to ask to confirm the appointment and to speak with a technician. I had just purchased a home with baseboard heat and wanted to know if the manor in which it was functioning was properly. I stated that this could be determine by simply speaking with a tech for a moment's time. Unfortunately, I was told that this would require a service call even though the issue was that I could not tell if I had a problem due to the system being new to me. I decided not to incur the service charge and just to chat with the tech when he did the checkup. This worked out, as the tech said everything was functioning properly. The technician arrived on time and started work immediately. Upon completion he explain what he done and his assessment of the heating system. I expressed some concerns I had and he spent ample time addressing them. The technician was polite and professional. I was given the option to pay for the single maintenance call today or to start an annual agreement. The technician was professional and informative so I decided to opt for the annual maintenance.

On time, professional, informative, and polite. Kitchen sink was no longer draining. Called to have the drain serviced on a Saturday around 4:00 P.M. I was given a rough time frame as to when the on call technician would contact me to provide further clarification on timing. The technician called soon after and setup an expected time of arrive. The technician arrived on time. He assessed the situation, conveyed his assessment, asked if had any questions, preceded to answer them, and then provided an estimate. He was knowledgeable and willing to discuss topics in detail in an articulate manor. He also explained how to prevent the problem from happening again. Additionally, the technician advised me on concerns with my natural gas outdoor grill and indoor natural gas cook top. He gave me a cursory assessment and informed me that estimates were free and to call if I decided to act.

Terrible!!! We called Broad Ripple Heating at 9:30 pm for emergency service. Nick told me that Kevin (the tech working that night) would call us to tell us when he was on his way. At 11:30 pm that night I called Broad Ripple Heating again to ask Nick if I had understood correctly and that we were to get service that night. A lady answered, I explained the situation. She put me on hold for 10 minutes to contact Kevin. She came back on the line and said that there were several calls but we were next on the list but because of the weather it could be another 2-3 hours before we would hear from Kevin (that would make it at least 2:30 am before we would hear from them) I asked her if I should call someone else but she was not allowed to comment. At 5am SUNDAY morning I again called Broad Ripple Heating. She does not know what is going on. She will call the supervisor to find out and call us back. It is below freezing outside and the house is very cold. At 5:30 still no call from Broad Ripple so I called another company. They came out, looked at our furnace, went out for the part and repaired our furnace by 11 am. Broad Ripple Heating has still not called us back. Aren't they at all concerned about whether we have heat or not? If there was a problem with their service tech Saturday night the least they should have done is to let us know. They never called back. NEVER. We could have been waiting for service (or a phone call) until Sunday evening and beyond. What a terrible way to treat customers. I plan to call Monday morning and speak to the supervisor.

Broad Ripple Heating was one of three Angie's List firms we called for a quote. Larry Howald measured the entire house including all windows and asked lots of questions about insulation and our comfort preferences. He also patiently answered all of our questions and helped us to make an informed choice among several options. He ultimately recommended a smaller and less expensive unit that would be more efficient. His work crew did a nice, neat job, cleaning up after themselves. And the furnace is working beautifully. We've been customers of Broad Ripple Heating for over 28 years and have consistently enjoyed fine service, so expect more of the same for many years to come.

I arrived home at 11 pm to find that my furnace had ceased working --my home was 55 degrees inside while it was 18 degrees outside. I immediately called BR Heating & AC because I'd used them before for repairs and regular maintenance. To my surprise, they had a technician on call who could come out immediately despite the late hour. I'd been expecting to see a tech the next morning at the earliest, what a relief to have service right away on such a frigid night. Michael Patterson was a friendly and efficient technician who diagnosed and fixed the repair quickly. I'd been happy with BR H&AC before, but after this late-night emergency fix, I can't imagine considering any other company for my heating and AC needs.

He fixed a leaking humidifier as part of the service call. They do a great job at being neat.

We found a coupon with Angie's List for 10% off the cleaning. They told us we needed a new filter, and my husband bought one and he put it in because he had done it before. Also, we have a humidifier, and the fella said we need to change this humidifier and was very helpful, so we went ahead and got one. I thought they were very professional, they put on theses booty shoes when they come in so they don't track things around. They brought all their equipment in and put it in the hallway downstairs. I was pleased, they were courteous. They told us everything was fine this time and there were no problems.

They come at all hours anytime you have problems. Easy to talk to and friendly. Also easy to get a hold of. I've used them for many years.

They called ahead of time and let me know when they were on their way. They were right on time. They did an excellent job with the installation. He was very accommodating as he waited 2 housrs for the contractor who was doing my countertops to finish so he could install the sink. He didn't make me feel like I was putting him out or anything. He not only cleaned up after himself, but he cleaned up after the granite guy as well. He caulked around the base of the toilet so it would look better than just placing it there and did some extra things to make his work as high quality as he could. Did a fantastic job and did not make me feel pressured about the time. Showed up exactly as he said he would. I compared his price to some other companies', and his was the best. Very happy with the overall experience.

Salesman was efficient, clear to understand, and forthright. I needed a new furnace and AC unit. His people came out the next day to do the installation. All of their personnel were top notch.

I would recommend them in the future.

This experience with them has turned out great. The humidifier is working great and the people that came out and did the work were polite and professional and their prices were fair.

The furnace quit working, didn't know what was wrong. They came out and checked it and figured out what was wrong. They found out what was broken and told us how to fix it if something went wrong again. I appreciated the information they gave us to help us fix it ourselves so we didn't have to pay for them to come out again.
