We had some problems. Recently we found out the air cleaner has never worked because it was not hooked up properly. We have since gone to someone else for service.

I was very satisfied with their service. They were punctual and easy to work with. I would recommend them to others.

Company called to advise that serviceman was running ahead of schedule to find out if it would be OK to come by early. Matt did arrive early and took care of everything as promised. Was very knowledgeable and professional.

The furnace has been working fine since it was installed and they did a very good job. We use them for seasonal check ups

The plumbers have arrived on time, if not early; they are personable, professional, do the job and offer recommendations. Over all, I have spent a lot of money but in return I have had same day service, prompt service and great plumbers.

Darrin came quickly that evening and determined that it was due to three possible causes: dirty blower fan, dirty flame sensor, or bad bearing in the inducer motor. Due to urgency of the matter and low cash flow, we opted to have the blower fan and flame sensor cleaned. We then had the company get us approved for some credit to have the remaining repairs done. In addition, we also had them upgrade our filter system and clean the air ducts. All of the work was done within the week.

They did a good job and we were satisfied with there service.

I have used them for about 20 years or more. I have always been very happy with the service I've received from them and their prices are fair. I will continue to use them.

They came right away and the individual that came was very professional. Their prices were on the high end.

It went well overall. The plumber was knowledgeable, professional, and definately by the book. I should have asked more questions when I first called to find our exactly the cost for the job. He was here for about 30 min and I was charged a service fee, truck charge, and then labor.

The technician, Darren, was very professional, friendly and helpful. He suggested alternatives for dealing with the standing water. I suggested that I could go to the hardware store myself to buy and pay for the temporary pump, but he declined the offer. He went and bought it himself and charged me a marked up price. (The pump is mine to keep.) I understand this - I was paying for the service, not just the pump, and this was an emergency situation. He cleaned up the kitchen floor after he was done. He also suggested an alternative furnace air filter that I could use, and discussed what I need to do in the way of crawl space drainage.

The same guy comes out every year and he really knows our unit well. They always do a great job! They are very professional and overall a good company.

Steve arrived the day after we contacted the company. He did a complete inspection of our house, and listened carefully to what we wanted accomplished. Since it was quite a long list, he called for another plumber, Terry, as well. Steve worked about 7 hours, and Terry worked about 3 hours. Steve then returned 2 days later to finish up and worked another 4 hours. He was a very energetic worker and took pride in his work. We couldn't have been more pleased!! We highly recommend Village Plumbing and Steve.

We had a furnace part that had been recalled, from a furnace that had been installed by a previous homeowner. We found out about the recall inadvertently (it had been recalled several years ago). We were unable to find a repair company through the Consumer Product Safety Commission that was reliable enough to come out and do the work! So I called Broad Ripple Heating and A/C to see if they could help. The parts manager wanted to speak with me personally, so he called me back right away. He offered to come out the same day to look at the problem and see if he could come up with a solution. He did, and they came out to do the repair. It was more expensive than if I had been able to go through the CPSC, but I was very displeased with the other companies I had been working with. One company had had the parts for more than 6 months and still had not come out to do the repair! Broad Ripple Heating and A/C were able to help me right away and to fix a potentially dangerous situation in my house. And I can trust that they did it right the first time!

Village Plumbing came the same day I called, at the time they said they would arrive. The repair person said he was not sure why the sensor tripped. He said he could replace the thermostat and sensor, which was still covered by the parts warranty, but it would cost and additional $200 labor beyond the standard $94 labor charge for that day's visit. He suggested not doing that unless it failed again, and said that if it did fail he would credit the $94 charge against the charge for coming out a second time. That led to the obvious decision not to replace the thermostat. All went well for a bit over a month, when the water heater went into overdrive and heated the water beyond the normal temperature, followed the next day by the heater turning off, indicating it was the thermostat and not the sensor that was failing. I called Village Plumbing at 5:30 in the afternoon and they were out at 10am the next morning and replaced the thermostat, providing the promised credit for the previous labor charge.

Their customer service is outstanding. They are very accommodating and have made this a pleasant experience. From the salesman to the service technicians , everyone is superb.

They changed their format for their receipts and I don't like it because it doesn't contain all of the information now. You have to sign before I see the actual receipt (it's a portable machine) and so you don't get to see what your signing for and this is a little unnerving to me as it's not as complete. I understand why they did this so that it was easier to read but it does make it harder on the customer. Other then that I was happy with everything they did. The approximate cost listed is for two tune ups.

It went very well. The plumber was courteous, quick and professional. He assessed the situation and quickly gathered his material, performed the repair without drama and left without leaving any trash or other mess. Very appreciated.

These guys did an awesome job of completing a difficult sewage pipe replacement. There was not much room to work with because of water pipes cris-crossing around it. The pipe that was installed was made of Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS for short) and the current pipe being used was PVC pipe which does not bond/glue to it correctly. They used a mechanical band to make the seal and once again space was a premium. They did a very professional job.

They replaced the lines from the outside of the house to the unit inside, and it still leaked. They continued to make repairs without ever fixing the problem, and cost me a great deal of money. I would have been better off replacing the unit instead.

I recently found all my old duct work up with my new duct work, they never disposed of it when they did the installation. I was never happy with the work that they did and ended up switching to another company. I had to speak to the manager on several occasions regarding the problems I had with them. The approximate cost listed was for the installation that they did.
