They came right out at 10pm. He could not fix the problem, and they came the next day to install a new furnace. I had to call them back, because it leaked through the roof. They also did not not turn the A/C on, and I don't remember them telling me I had to call to have the a/c on.

Overall, I guess I am please with the work. I'm not happy about paying so much but it's not the fault of anyone. I think the work done was fair, price-wise, and it's something that had to be done (due to the fact I didn't want a basement full of water from the main line. I have faith in Village Plumbing. From start to finish, I developed a small leak in the plumbing that comes directly from the main line into my house. The lead was at the first valve and right before the yoke. After an intial consultation ($94), the plumber diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak temporarily. Due to the problem being at the main water line, the water would have to be turned off from the outside. Unfortunately, the clean out was not accessible and I had to wait 8 days for Indiana Water to their part of the project. Once Village Plumbing had access, the work was completed and the initial consultation/fix was deducted from the work. The total bill was roughly $640.

Returned from work on a very hot day to find a/c blowing hot air. They came out very late the same evening, and promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem.

Excellent. Terry was such a nice person. Punctual, called in advance to make sure we were here. Completed project in a timely manner. He was very professional.

Tim is my new favorite plumber. John used to be. Both are from Village Plumbing and both are top drawer. John has always been the one to come when we needed help, so Tim was new to us. He came on time, put on booties and tarps down to be sure the machinery he needed for the floor drain didn't scuff up the floors. The floor drain is, of course, under 10 tons of concrete, so there was no way we could address it ourselves. My husband tried, but the clog was too far or too much for anything but the magic machine. Upstairs, we had taps that were leaking. We have a double sink. Tim checked both out even though I'd only thought to have him look at the leaky one. Tim replaced both faucet sets in our double sink after showing me that both had the same issue. He even adjusted one of the faucets because it was a little wobbly. He was here for about three hours and couldn't have been more pleasant. He explained everything and even accepted a $50 coupon even though it had expired. I love these guys!

The work went very well. Unfortunately, the new unit had a faulty part. However, Broad Ripple came out just as soon as the replacement part arrived. We have had no problem since then. I was grateful for the immediate response to the situation. It was just a fluke that we had a problem. Having a good company like Broad Ripple stand behind their product made the experience pleasant. We have dealt with this company for many years and have no reason to take our business elsewhere. The service is outstanding, and that is very important.

Came out to give an estimate for a leak I was having. They charged twice as much for the service call as other companies. Then their estimate was more than $200.00 higher than another reputable company I ended up going with.

The two young men were very pleasant and took the time to explain the thermostat to me. They put rugs down and cleaned up afterwords. They removed the old furnace. The salesman was very nice, too. He wasn't pushy and answered all of my sons questions, taking a lot of time with us. I have no complaints.

They did a good job. They were hard working, punctual, and cleaned up well. We got a great deal because it was an off season. We're very satisfied.

The sales rep. came to our home and provided us with options that met our needs and with quotes by the next day. He was very willing to answer my questions when I called on two occasions, was easy to get a hold of, and returned calls very promptly. The quotes were very reasonable and were far better prices for the system installed and work done as compared to other companies that had also quoted the same work. They were also very prompt and accomodating when scheduling our work to be done within a couple days. The installers were punctual and professional. They were even pleasant to my children who were fascinated by the work being done! Our garage actually looked cleaner when they left?! The work done far exceeded our expectations and we were very greatful for their attention to detail and quality. It looks wonderful and works perfectly. I would certainly recommend this company. From the receptionists that answer the phone to the installation servicemen, this company exuded high quality, great professionalism, and superb customer service throughout the entire process.

I was very uncomfortable with the unprofessional demeanor of the technician. He was constantly either pulling up his pants or tugging at the crotch in the front or the back. He followed me around into every room of the house that I went in. At one point I was entering my office to make a private phone call , when I turned around, he was looming immediately behind me. I suggested he go to his truck to maybe do some paperwork. He also did not wear any covering for his work boots as he went in and out of the house. When I saw him slide his cell phone across my dining room table, I thought he was going to scratch it. I knew then that I would not allow this individual into my home again.

The technician who came to my house diagnosed the problems and gave me a bill for $94, which was deducted from my final bill. With a $30 off coupon from my Angie's List magazine, my total bill was $206. The toilet just needed a minor adjustment, but my 80 year old bathroom sink posed a challenge. Two technicians on two occasions (I was only available on Saturdays, which they worked around) were unable to open the drain. The two came a third time, climbed up on my roof and opened the pipe from above. There was no additional cost for the additional time and work required. They worked efficiently and kept me informed of their progress. I will definitely call them again if I have plumbing problems again.

They are a fine company. We have used them for a number of years.

They have a fee for a service call, but if they do the work, they do not charge you the fee.

Fine, as always. Shawn and Lance were very easy to deal with and, because they've been here before, they know my home's plumbing. And, as opposed to a basement line I had snaked in my last house (by someone else), there was nothing left in the bath (a few pieces of paper on the counter got wet, but nothing big). The final cost was close to the estimate, although I took one thing off the original estimate and added one thing. Overall, they came close to evening out.

They are always timely, courteous, professional. They are also very competitively priced.

We have a furnace that heats water and sends it through the house. We had been hearing gurgling in the walls and they told us that it meant there were leaks and we needed a new furnace. There is a valve system involved that was leaking and they said they would fix it. Since the installation we have had more gurgling which they now say is "normal". When approached about the valve system the service man told me it would "calcium up" and not leak. We had a plumber friend over who heard the gurgling in the walls, he went to the furnace and immediately told us there was a leak it the pipes under the floor. He fixed it for us. In short, we feel they have misslead us numerous times . I think they have a hard time saying they don't know something or can't do something so they lie about it instead. I will never use them again for anything.

The service rep was extremely friendly and obviously passionate about his job and very proud of the company's reputation on Angie's List. At the end when we were chatting with him he even went to get pictures of his dogs to show us! Great guy!

They are responsive, reliable, and we have used them for years.

Great experience from start to finish. They were able to schedule someone to come out to give me an estimate on my requested day. Tim arrived EARLY and was very knowledgable and informative. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. He was honest and up front about the fact that our current HVAC system was more than adequate to handle the added square footage. I was able to schedule the work to be done within 1 week of the estimate (they worked with my schedule and were actually available sooner). Jim & Russ did a great job. I couldn't even tell they had been in my house after they left. They arrived on time and were a pleasure to work with.

I thought the service man was very professional and helpful. They recommended some repairs be done that I haven't gotten done yet. I would use them again.
