The appliance company was prompt. There was a little leak discovered the next day and they came back out in half an hour after I called. They made some additions that were useful. They were polite and professional. I don't know about the price because I don't have anything to compare it to.

They were on time, professional, price is reasonable, and did what they said they would.

What I like about them is their fantastic customer service. After they installed our new furnace and air-conditioner, there was a problem with the thermostat and they sent a technician the very next day. He was extremely thorough. He stayed and helped me program the whole thing. They really went above and beyond. We even had an issue with getting our credit for installing a furnace and we called them and they called the electric company for us and took care of the problem. They really have great customer service.

Their price was reasonable. They were responsive, and they did a very good job for us.

What I like about them is that they seem to do the job and they are very friendly. I have been pretty happy with the work they have done for me so far.

I scheduled the appointment via an answering service used by the company. The answering service gave me incorrect pricing information, but when I spoke with the manager he was very quick to respond to my concern and corrected the mistake. He and his staff were responsive and professional. I will definitely use them again.

During a routine drain-cleaning, I received a quote from another plumber to replace my entire sewer, even though we are having no problems with our drains. I called Village Plumbing for a second opinion and they came out to my house within the hour to review the situation, even though they don't do sewers. They gave me the contact information for a reputable company for another sewer quote and answered all of my questions. We will definitely use them for any in-house plumbing needs.

Finally we were able to have them replace it for us, free of charge! We were exact that they did this! We haven't had any problems with the unit since they installed it. They were responsive to our needs and came out and fixed it every time we needed it. We were upset about it at first but then they fixed everything right!

We have had problems with them since they installed the system and I will not deal with them again.

They did not install the water softener correctly resulting in the water softener dumping the water during recycling. When we called back, they came fixed the problem without charging us. They came back to clean out a pipe and we had a problem with a charge card where GE Mondy wasn't allowing people to use their credit card. They were kind enough to give us a month to pay the bill.

They have been in business for probably 40 years. They are very thorough. They don?t send creepy people for servicing. I have been using them for 4 years. They were recommended to me by my friend. They always come on time. They are really good.

It was great. They did a very good job, and he was very helpful in figuring out just what we needed for our particular circumstance. Their prices were very fair. I was very happy with them, and would highly recommend them.

On Saturday morning (7/18/09) at approx. 3:30am I contacted them for emergency service (all water and sewage was coming up through the basement drain). I spoke to a gentleman and informed him of the situation and he said Lance was currently on a call and Lance would call and notify me when he was on his way. I waited until 5:20am and I called again and asked the lady if she knew the status of Lance's arrival. She didn't but she said she would contact him for an update. She said she could not get in contact with him and I should call back after 6:30 am for an appointment. The experience was very disappointing as I wasted valuable time and I could have been contacting another plumbing company.

They have been coming out for several years and they do a good job. I will continue to use them in the future. The price listed is what we pay annually for a service contract with them.

BR HVAC has serviced my home twice a year for the last several. During the spring A/C checkup/cleaning, the technician discovered a crack in the heat exchanger on the furnace. I knew that the time was getting closer for me to replace these systems due to their age. With the current tax benefits as well as rebates from manufacturers, the time was right to make this major investment. I spoke to 3 Angie's list contractors to get estimates. They were all within a few dollars on price. I wanted to use BR since they had done a good job maintaining my previous system. They came out within a week to do the work. Showed up as scheduled and completed the work the same day. I had some concerns over how the new furnace connected to the old ductwork, so they came back to seal up the joint where the 2 met. The installers were very professional, cleaned up after they finished and have didn't a problem when I asked them to come back to check the work. Very pleased with the overall experience.

In April, they were having a contest. I was just notified that I won the grand prize - a $10,000 dual efficiency heat pump system with a filter and thermostat. I have been using them for years, and I am very happy with their service. The technicians are always competent and they are always puntual.

They were great. Their service was excellent. Their follow up has been great and they are very timely in their response. They are very price competitive and they use quality equipment. I would highly recommend them.

The person that came out was very thorough; he spent over an hour checking and cleaning the system. He was very informative regarding what he was doing and how to use my system most efficiently. I always learn something new from them; they are extremely helpful. They are a wonderful company. I have used them in the past and will continue to do so.

Fantastic. My intial phone call was answered promptly and politely. They offered to even provide service that evening. As it was not emergent we scheduled a later date that was convenient to my schedule. Terry, the plumber who did the repairs came exactly when I was told he would, and the company called to let me know when he was on his way to my home. We walked through all the plumbing issues i'd identified and he patiently evaluated each individual problem and much to my delight, identified simple and appropriate solutions to most of them -- offerening suggestions for further home maintenance as well. He repaired/replaced the items that needed it. The work was completed in a timely fashion. Overall, I was extraordinarily pleased -- the customer service from beginning to end was outstanding and the results of the plumbing work fantastic! Would recommend Village Plumbing and Terry wholeheartedly for any plumbing work.
