The experience worked out really well. They were very good. The price was good. They were responsive. We really liked the work that they did.

I have been very happy with their services and I want to nominate them for my page of happiness. I had used them in the past too. It was an amazing experience and I have sterile air now. It?s the most amazing company that has ever worked for me. It took a while for them to complete the work. They had a salesman who came out a couple of years ago who I didn?t like. I wanted someone who knew the system very well. Larry Howald, the manager of Broad Ripple Heating Service Experts came out at least 4 times to look at the system. He then sent out a guy to look at the ductwork and said that the ductwork is messy. People crawled over it. It wasn?t connected to the ceiling like it is supposed to and was on the ground. There is a pedestal on which the furnace stands on and all that had rusted as well. However, he gave me several estimates. After weeks of working around it along with my research, he came up with what I wanted and he had the head guy come out. They were just fabulous. They knew what they were doing and it was a work of art. It?s just amazing and beautiful to know that they got so many things in such a small state. They have been wonderful. We don?t have any allergies now and the air cleaner takes care of everything like dust particles too. My dog too had allergies due to the drywall work that I got done. I will continue to use their services in the future, as I have got a service contract with them.

At first I turned on heater when it was really cool on Sunday. After few days later, it started to get cool and checked with thermostat and it came out 63 degree while the heat setting is 68. I called Broad Ripple to fix the heater in early afternoo and they fixed it in the evening because there were a lot of people who were on the waiting list.

They were able to fix the problem and we also purchased a maintenance agreement with them. They came promptly on a Friday, late afternoon, and did a good job for us. We had them out additionally to service our a/c unit, which also went well.

They were very professional and answered all of our question and they are also able to come out quickly for service calls.

They originally installed the system in our house. So, they also come out for the tune up. The gentleman, who comes out, is always on time. He works very efficiently and quickly. He is very clean. There isn?t anything that we don?t like about him and the company.

I called them Friday morning and they were able to come out that afternoon. When they arrived the technician informed they would be a $94 diagnostic fee. It would have been nice to have been informed of this when I called that morning. I would have called some other companies to see if I could get a better price. Since it was 2:30pm on Friday when he told me this I was stuck paying them. The technician quickly found and repaired the problem. There was no additional charge, a hose just needed to be re-connected. With a $20 off coupon from Angie's List the charge was $74. This is where they lost my business. The technician turned into a salesman. First he tried to sell me a whole house filtration system. Then a $180 annual service contract. When I refused the $180, he said he could could get me a discount so it would only be $130 (So the original price was a ripoff, they just wed to see if they could get an extra $50?) $130 is still too much (I paid $90 last year for spring and summer checkup.) When I still refused he told me that Lennox might not honor my warranty if I didn't have the unit serviced. I check the Lennox warranty, it says no such thing. I will call someone else next time.

They are very responsive and do a good job. They are usually able to show up the same day. We have always been pleased with the people they send to do the work as well.

They are reliable. The price is high to me, but everything else is great.

They came out promptly and they did an excellent job. I ended up purchasing a service agreement with them. I will absolutely continue to use them in the future.

They are always very punctual. When they come inside your house, they were shoes, so, they are just very good.

It turned out fine. The furnace was leaking and he had to reconfigure some CVT pipes and made it so it was easier to clean out ourselves and wouldn?t be a problem in the future. They came quickly and were knowledgeable and spoke to me about what is going on with it. They had to come back once and redo something.

They did a good job and I will continue to use them.

I tried several other companies and I was not happy with any of them. They have very good technicians and that?s why I went with them. They are professional, responsive, punctual, and I have been satisfied with their service.

They experience was wonderful. We have used them for over twenty years and they have always been courteous to us and very prompt. Everything was very professional and their people were all nice. They did a great job and were on top of things.

They came out and gave a nice, professional estimate. They were incredibly efficient and came out and installed it the next day. They were very clean, and cleaned up when they were done. It would have been helpful for them to be able to provide more information regarding energy efficency and 'green' choices on the purchase of a new water heater.

The person who came to work did a good job. He took care of the problem. The price was reasonable. I was impressed with him.

We called him out because it looked like there was water coming from underneath the furnace. He did a lot of diagnostic work and found out that there no problem with the furnace. He spent about forty five minutes trying to figure out where the water was coming from. He was able to offer some suggestions and confirm that the furnace was fine. I felt that he was very thorough with everything. I found the price to be consistent for the area.

They did an excellent job. They went above and beyond. They also installed some new duct work for me because mine was in bad shape and there was no extra charge for that. They also had a great warranty.

They reset the igniter, cleaned it out a bit and made a few fixes. They were on time, professional and courteous. For the time of year that they came, they were very quick. Overall, the experience was good and their quality was good. They had the parts they needed on hand.

They come out twice a year. They are very professional and have been very good. Their prices are reasonable and we will continue to use their services.
