We have used them many times and I do recommend them. They are very available. They are clean and they seem to know there business. they are very knowledgeable.

They repaired a broken seal and installed an outside cleanout in sewer line but was unable to clear the drain due to what they believed was a collapsed pipe. They recommended Wilsons Sewer to further assist. This excatating company uncovered additional problems from excavating performed by yet another company on my neighbors behalf 7 months ago. (Review my other reports for further info if interested in those details). Village Plumbing has been my plumber on other occassions and they are always professional and very kind. They have always done a good job for me and I recommend them highly.

We had used them before, so we ended up going with them. The quality of their work was good.

Our experience was wonderful. They came out sooner than we expected and they called right away and were here within half an hour and took care of it.

We were with them for 10 years or more. They installed a humidifier in the wrong place on our heat pump. It burned out some other parts so we had to buy new parts. They had sent out an inexperience young man who leaned against our dining room wall and the mark fell over the wall. We had to literally repaint the wall as I couldn?t wash it off the wall. He didn?t know what was wrong so he was punching at our thermostat until he broke it. I finally got on the phone and asked them to send out someone else. They finally sent out someone else and replaced the thermostat with a new one but it was a mess. I told them not to send out that young man again but they did. They came out to clean our air ducts and they told us we needed a $106 part to be put in. So we bought that $106 part but within 6 weeks or so we found out that we needed a new heat pump. The part we bought was useless. They gave us a huge price for heat pump. We are extremely upset with Service Experts and we would not recommend them to anyone. They tried to sell us the stuff that we didn?t need. They sent in inexperienced person out here. When I had told them not to send that person back out they ignored me and send that person. They talk the great talk but they can?t walk the talk.

They check the heating and air conditioning twice a year. The experience has been very good. Kevin does a good job and comes each time. He recommended that we also get duct cleaning done. I think the price is fine and we like the man that comes out. They are very responsive.

Their quote was very high and they don't guarantee it. They explained the process to us. The experience was very poor.

They were reasonably priced. They did what they told me they were going to do. It has only been a couple of weeks since the installation, but I have no complaints about their work. I give them all A?s for their service.

Their name is known and it seems to be that they are the ones I haven't heard any complaints about. I feel that they are fair and punctual. I think their prices are the typical prices.

Lance was my technician that came over, and in the future I will request him to do work for me. He's worked for me twice before in two different houses, and once while doing kitchen plumbing he located a link that I wasn't aware of. I've had very positive experiences. Good work ethic, good professionalism. They're not cheap, but I don't know how to compare them because you can't get plumbers to come in and give you an estimate for free. The work has stood up, and hasn't had to be done over. I will definitely call them again.

They incidentally are owned by Lennox. The local private ownership sold out three or four years ago. Our experience was we started using them years ago. We have never had much in the way of heating problems, which means they are doing a good job. I would continue to use them.

We called on a Sunday afternoon after returning from out of town to find our furnace broken and our house at about 55 degrees. A worker came out Sunday night to tell us the problem (broken gas valve) and said they would schedule us Monday to replace it. We were hoping to get it replaced in the morning, although the worker said that was unlikely because he wouldn't even get to tell the office about it until he went in around noon (after being on call all night). That was understandable so we thought we'd have to stay bundled up all day, but Monday morning before 9 a.m. the same worker called and came out to fix the problem. We had a nice warm house by 9:30! We were so surprised and happy with that level of customer service. We will be recommending them to everyone and will definitely use this company again. Outstanding.

They are professional, responsive and punctual. The quality of their work is good and I have been satisfied with their service.

Call was scheduled for a two hour period. Technician arrived promptly during the time window. He was very professional and courteous. He explained everything he was doing and why it needed to be done. He found that the electronic air cleaner had stopped working and that this new filter was more efficient and less costly than replacing what was there. He cleaned and vacuumed the entire furnace and left the area clean and neat.

The work had turned out very well. They were responsive, polite, and did a really good job.

Toilet was leaking, called Village Plumbing, I tried to fix it, but didn't have any luck. I turned off the water to stop the leaking. Called Village Plumbing and they offered to come the next day. I chose to wait an extra day. They said they would come between 8am and 10am. later got a call back and they said it would be closer to 10. On day of repair I got a call at 10am saying the plumber was on the way. Arrived around 10:20. Assessed the problem. Suggested replacing the shut off valve because it was very hard to turn. I agreed. Gave me the price in advance. Did the work quickly and quietly. It no longer leaks. I am happy with the work that was done. I also was able to use a $50 coupon from their website. Check it out if you are going to call them.

I called several different plumbers, and I got 3 easy estimates because I wanted to have one of those 3G Easy Water things. I just didn?t fill out anything for the people whose bid I didn?t go with. I filled out the one for Village Plumbing who I went with. He came out and looked at the area where it was going to be and told me where the pipes should go for the tankless water heater. He really knew what he was talking about more than the other guys. I just had more confidence in him. For the 3G Easy salt free water conditioner, he asked to see where the lines come in and he looked in that closet which the other people also looked in. However, this guy found that there was electricity in there and that they wouldn?t have to punch a hole through the wall to plug it in some place else or anything. I thought he was so much thorough, but he was also so much cheaper.

No problems. Very good experience. Bill has been providing the service for several years now and there have been no problems.

I had a good experience working with them. Hey were supposed to send out an estimate for clearing out the sewer line and I had to call them a couple of times for that. I will probably use them again in the future.

Everything worked out well, and I am pleased with their service. They got the work done in two to three hours. My experience with them was excellent.

He came out and didn't have the part he needed. He was able to order the part and came back to fix it. It was very cold, so we appreciated the service. Everything worked fine once he was done. I couldn't have been happier with the service we received.

We have used them for years. We had requested them to send the same guy each time and they do the same. He comes in and does what is required and leaves. We would continue to use them.
