VERY RESPONSIVE! WE TAKE PART IN THEIR SERVICE CONTRACT WHICH IS NICE, AS WE DID HAVE SOME ISSUES WITH THE FURNACE THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED AND THAT WAS INCLUDED IN THE REGULAR SERVICE AGREEMENT PRICE!

WE'VE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS, AND THEY'RE VERY RELIABLE.

Village Plumbing was willing to provide a bid for replacing my water heater based on an e-mail inquiry. Some companies refused to do that. The price was quite good. When the technician performed the additional plumbing work, a leak occurred after he left. Village Plumbing sent a second technician after hours. Fixing the problem that caused the leak required additional work on the toilet, but because of our inconvenience, Ed Kittle from Village Plumbing did not charge us for the added work. All personnel from the company were friendly and professional. I definitely will use them again.

I can not say enough good things. I called them for a quote on a furnace because they had performed the tune up on my existing furnace earlier in the winter. I was so impressed with the technician that performed the tune up that I called back. The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Very customer service oriented. I will absolutely call back in the future if needed.

Called in AM, technician was out within 2 hours. Fast, friendly, efficient.

After review of original invoice, I was overcharged on the initial visit for both an hourly rate and a rather hefty flat rate charge for the ball valve replacement. Ed Kittle agreed to credit me $70, or so, on future work. He came out to take a look at several bathroom and kitchen upgrades and said he would have an estimate written up in a couple of days. Never heard back. Not too excited about their ability to follow-up.

On time. Mark was very conscious of not tearing up too much of my house to find the leak. Very professional. Work was well-done.

The person taking my first call to schedule was very rushed and did not get complete info. When I called to reschedule, they were very good, found the original appointment and made the change. Service tech was prompt and thorough.

Nice enough but miss-diagnosis. This is an addendum to previous report. The company did provide compensation for missing a diagnosis in which we had another company find and fix quickly. BRH did refund us half of their ''visit'' fee.

SERVICE MAN EXPLAINED ALTERNATIVES AND DIDN'T TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING EXTRA. VERY COMPETENT.

Paid for 3 visits in advance to tune up HVAC, $155 total. Easy to schedule. Fast and friendly. Work appears to be very good.

IT TOOK 2 TIMES TO FIGURE OUT THE CORRECT THING TO FIX.

Tech was on time, knowledgeable, fixed the problem. The lady who took my appointment was delightful to work with.

I was very grateful that they could accommodate us in such short notice.

TED, THE TECHNICIAN, IS EXCELLENT!! YOU CAN ASK FOR HIM. THEY CAME OUT AT 7PM AND TENDED TO MY HEAT. THEY HAD IT UP AND RUNNING THAT EVENING! THE THERMOSTAT WAS THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM BUT THEY STILL CHECKED EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY JUST IN CASE.

The plumber, Andy Jasper, arrived in a timely manner, analyzed the problem (pump wouldn't turn off), and replaced a defective switch. The overall time to do the work was less than an hour, and the majority of the cost was in the part replaced.

The person responding was on time, polite, explained the problem, and had it fixed quickly. I was very pleased with his knowledge and work. The price was very reasonable.

I was very satisfied with the results. The plumber (Andy) was on time, explained every step politely (I am an engineer,) and the price was reasonable.

LARRY HOWALD WAS ON TIME FOR THE QUOTE AND EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE SUGGESTED THE EQUIPMENT FOR OUR HOME, AND IT WAS ACTUALLY INSTALLED A WEEK LATER. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL - TOLD US EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO IN THE GARAGE, ATTIC, AND ON THE ROOF. THEY COMPLETED THEIR WORK WITHIN A DAY AND LEFT THE WORKSITE EXTREMELY CLEAN. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT THEIR VAN LEFT AN UGLY OIL STAIN ON OUR RECENTLY RESURFACED DRIVEWAY - OH WELL. WE ARE SATISFIED CUSTOMERS.

DAN CAME OVER TO PROVIDE TUNE UP ON MY FURNACE. AFTER HALF AN HOUR, HE SOMEHOW FOUND CRACKS IN THE HEAT EXCHANGER, STOPPED ALL THE WORK, COLLECTED MY $79, AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO COMPLETELY SHUT OFF MY FURNACE, BECAUSE OF CARBON MONOXIDE GETTING IN THE HOUSE. I FREAKED OUT. DAN SENT SOMEONE IMMEDIATELY FOR AN ESTIMATE ON A BRAND NEW FURNACE, "BECAUSE THAT WAS THE ONLY THING TO DO." I GOT AN ESTIMATE OF ABOUT $4,000 FOR A NEW FURNACE. AFTER SOME RESEARCH, I FOUND THAT FOR MY SIZE OF THE HOUSE, I COULD GET THE SAME FURNACE FOR 1/2 THE PRICE. THEN I CALLED TWO MORE TECHNICIANS FROM DIFFERENT HEATING COMPANIES, WHO SAID THE HEAT EXCHANGER WAS FINE, SYLVESTER WAS TOTALLY TRYING TO SELL ME A BRAND NEW FURNACE. NO CARBON MONOXIDE. SO, I GOT SPUN AROUND MY OWN TAIL, PAID FOR 3 SERVICES, GOT INSANE ESTIMATE, BECAUSE SOMEONE WAS TRYING TO HIT SOME SOLID COMMISSION OFF OF ME. MY FURNACE IS JUST FINE.

JIM DID A WONDERFUL JOB, QUICKLY, EFFICIENTLY AND ENJOYED HIS WORK. GAVE HELP BEYOND THE USUAL, WITH DISCOUNTS AND ANGIE'S LIST COUPONS. JIM, TRULY IS A SERVICE PROFESSIONAL, NOT JUST A TECHNICIAN.

ANDY JASPER WAS PROMPT, EFFICIENT, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY HIS CONCERN FOR KEEPING OUR HOUSE CLEAN AND HIS EXCELLENT ATTITUDE DESPITE BEING CALLED ON THE JOB ON THANKSGIVING DAY. ANDY SEEMED TO OFFER A VERY FAIR PRICE GIVEN THE HOLIDAY AND EVEN DOUBLED THE DISCOUNT VALUE OF THE ANGIE'S LIST COUPON ($25 ORIGINALLY). I WAS IMPRESSED WITH ANDY'S SKILL AND QUALITY WORK. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ANDY TO ANYONE NEEDING PLUMBING WORK. WE ALSO HAD MARK FROM VILLAGE PLUMBING DO SOME WORK ON A CLOGGED SINK AND LEAKING TUB DRAIN ONE MONTH PRIOR AND WE ALSO FELT THAT HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.

THEY ARE PROMPT AND GIVE YOU A LEAD TIME IF THEY HAVE TO ORDER PARTS. THEY'RE GOOD ABOUT CALLING AS SOON AS THE PART COMES IN AND ARE JUST GENERALLY VERY HELPFUL.

ANDY WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE WORKINGS OF THIS OLD TOILET. HE EXPLAINED OUR OPTIONS AND THE COSTS AND BENEFITS OF EACH. WHEN WE CHOSE THE RISKIEST OPTION - WHICH ALLOWED US TO KEEP THE TOILET RATHER THAN REPLACE IT - ANDY EXPERTLY PERFORMED THE WORK AND RESTORED OUR TOILET TO WORKING ORDER. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN EASIER FOR HIM TO INSIST WE HAD TO REPLACE THE TOILET, BUT HE UNDERSTOOD OUR INTEREST IN KEEPING THE ORIGINAL. HE WAS VERY PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWS OLD PLUMBING VERY WELL. WE SPENT A FAIR AMOUNT OF MONEY ON THIS REPAIR, BUT FEEL ANDY CERTAINLY GAVE US VALUE FOR THE MONEY.
