THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. I THOUGHT THEY WERE A BIT OVERPRICED. WE THOUGHT THEY WERE JUST DOING A SNAKE OUT, BUT THEY WEREN'T ABLE TO GET THEIR EQUIPMENT THROUGH. THEY DID THE SCOPE AND THAT COST ANOTHER 200 DOLLARS. THE SOLUTION THEY SUGGESTED SEEMED TO GUARANTEE THEM AN ANNUAL TRIP TO CLEAN MY MAIN LINE RATHER THAN REPLACE THE LINE ITSELF.

Terrific service. Showed up on time, was neat and tidy, friendly, furnace is working better than ever.

She told me the price was around $700 and I was shocked to hear this because of the other prices that the other members had been charged. She then just went off on me yelling that she is so tired of Angie's List. She was so short, rude and mouthy with me. This price was WAY OFF from what I was really charged which was $470 by a competitor. Very rude and I definitely crossed them off of my list!

They truly came faster than I expected. After taking care of the immediate problem. The workman took time to suggest future work that might be of benefit to me. I have in fact, taken his advice and had part of it done.

I changed the filter today and the lady told me if it was not in correctly or the door wasn't shut it would not come on. She told me to check that because she didn't want to charge me the $99 for someone to come out if that was the case. I checked it and that was the problem. She saved me $99.

When Larry came out to give me an estimate, he was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what they were going to do and why. Before I did not have insulation around my returns and as my furnace is in my garage, I could lose a lot of heat and or cold air. They came out at the appointed time and you would never have known they were there. Their cleanup was excellent. Larry is honest and his prices are fair. I would recommend him to everyone.

Prompt and courteous service. Cleaned up after work and ensured there was no leaks before he left.

They were very prompt and reasonable. I called in the morning and had my water heater replaced the same day.

They come in the spring and the fall. I have used other and I feel they are the best so far.

Of course, with these repairs unexpected problems arise. It took the water company shutting off the main water and 3 plumbers ( Ron, Andy, Mark) and 3 days to fix the problem. Now all is well....Thank you very much.

I went with the one on the top of your list and they were superb . I have an ongoing service agreement with another company and they don't seem to ever be able to do anything on my time unless it's overtime. I work M-F 8-5 and am always available on Sat or Sun. Sat morning was perfect with no additional (''Emergency'') charge. I get tired of messing around so I just went with the one at the top of your list and I'm glad I did. Their service was superb.

On Time. I was very happy with the service.

Called Broad Ripple Heating at approx. 10:30 because our furnace had quit working. Person came out within approx 1.5 hrs. Tech was very friendly and helpful on what was going on. Took care of problem quickly and what I thought was fair, since the next day was our daughters 1st birthday party. Thank you.

Serviceman was friendly and on time. The work was pricey for what was done.

These guys really busted their humps on this job, and without complaint. They had to move a 500+ lb. piece of equipment through very tight spaces and down stairs, but were very careful the entire time. New system works great, the team was punctual and courteous and did the work in the allotted time. The only small thing I had to futz with afterward was "tuning" the unit to be sure steam could make it all the way to the far corners of the house before cycling down the burner. (As a teacher, I consider a "B" a good grade, so don't take those B's as bad)

I was not pleased that I had to contact the this service provider 2 additional times to make repairs that should have been done the first time. Lost trust when on the 2nd visit I was charged $136.00. When asked why I did not have to pay for the 3rd visit as I was told it was under warranty by Mark. I was told it was basically a good will act on Mark's part. ANYWAY! After the 3rd visit 3 weeks later I returned home to a garage filled with the smell of natural gas had to call the Gas Co. They determined that the gas was leaking from the connection of the Control Valve and Thermal Couple. The Gas was shut off from the Water heater by the gas co. Until I had it repaired. I refused to contact Village Plumbing again! I contacted Paul E Smith Plumbers, and they determined that when the Village Service Provider made the repair he failed to tighten and secure the screw that connected the Thermal Couple to the control valve. Not a good experience overall. Would appreciate response provider.

The plumber was on time and very knowledgeable.

Very prompt with scheduled appointment for estimate. Took care to cover shoes on arrival. Estimate was high, so no work was performed. Did make a sales pitch for some high end equipment, but did so in a courteous and professional manner that was NOT ''High Pressure''

The serviceman was on time and did a professional job. Alternatives were explained for correcting our problem and we were allowed to decide which we wanted to have done.

My old water heater was leaking, so I was hoping to schedule someone for service ASAP. I called Village Plumbing, and they scheduled a visit for that day - they were very sympathetic to the problem. They arrived on time, replaced the heater without trouble, and charged a very reasonable price (much less than another company had told me over the phone). They were fast, professional, and courteous. After this experience, I plan to use them for other plumbing service. One note on names - it appears that Village Plumbing and Broad Ripple Heating/AC are the same company. They have the same address. My bill for the water heater said Broad Ripple Heating/AC, even though I called Village Plumbing.

Crew arrived on time. Installed furnace and A/C unit in approx.6 hrs. Was great to do business with Broadripple Heating. Larry Howald came out to estimate this job and followed through to completion. Mr. Howald also made a post-installation follow-up. Mr. Howald not only makes a great 1st impression for his company, but does everything he says he will!Very rare these days!

Mike Massey of Service Experts came to my house; inspected current furnace/AC; made recommendations as to replacement units. Returned to my house that evening to 'close the deal.' Four days later (at my request) installation began 'on time' and was completed the same day-- despite unforeseen obstacle (a trench had to be dug through rocks/dirt). Doing the work-- 3 service technicians. Very polite; informative; meticulous with respect to not getting the house muddy (rainy day). Wore booties and also put down long mat on the basement stairs. Price was very good-- top of the line units installed. Very pleased w/ Service Experts.

They provided very good service, were flexible and very prompt, always arriving when scheduled. Once the new filter was installed, I kept hearing a knocking sound - I had to call the company twice to come back and check it out - but both times they were very responsive, had somebody out right away, and fixed the problem free of charge.
