Broad Ripple Service Experts

Michael Wicks from Broad Ripple Heating & AC has been my serviceman for the last five years or so, so he is very familiar with my system. He is always polite, prompt, and clean. I feel that this is a competent, honest company. They always do what they can to save me money, without cutting corners. My experience with them has been one of the most satisfactory of any company I've ever worked with. They are a pleasure to do business with.

They are always polite, clean, and we've had them do major installations in the past. We were generally happy, but 2 incidents with their service has caused us to move on.

They were very nice people and answered all of my questions. The service man was great!

They were real nice. They call before the come to make sure it is okay. He put on booties so he wouldn't track dirt in. He was professional, and went right to work. He was very friendly.

Andy was very professional and the work done was timely. He answered all our questions about the work being done as well as possible future plumbing needs.

They were helpful and made good suggestions, they even had hardware with them that would fit in my older homes fixture. They are not cheap but the overall quality of the work and service is worth the extra dollars. They were installed within 3 hours of arrival. A few days later there was a leak in the faucet and when I called they had a service technician here within 2 hours of my call to fix it.

Able to set an appointment within a couple of days. Set time for appointment -- I was called 30 minutes prior to the repairman's arrival. (This gave me time to drive from work to home.) Problem turned out to be 'operator error' on my part -- I didn't have quite the right technique for starting up the water heater. The repairman was very polite and explained how to do it. I was charged for a standard service call, despite the simplicity of the task. The repairman was somewhat apologetic about this.

The cost was high to me, but they charge a flat rate, instead of hourly. They did a good job, and got the drain cleared out. They even gave me a $20 coupon

I would recommend this company, The GM stopped in and gave a good estimate. Did it in a work day.

We have a service contract with them, and because of that they didn't charge an emergency charge or weekend charge. They were able to come out and take care of the problem and we didn't have to take off work or anything, it was great. Approximate cost was for parts.

I first changed to this company when another company had told me that I needed a new furnace. I phoned Broad Ripple Heat & AC to get a 2nd estimate for the cost of a new furnace. When they came to my home to give me this estimate, I was told that while they'd love to sell me a new furnace that I did not need one. That old furnace lasted several more years. The office staff is polite and accommodating when scheduling appointments. Those who perform the service arrive promptly, are neat and polite. The technician who was here last week was Gregory Johnson. I trust this company and it's employees to be honest and fair.

They come out twice a year, and I never have any trouble.

They were on-time for their appointment and were very clean and efficient in their work. The friendly workmen told me what they were doing, as they did it, and they showed me what they found. I was very pleased with the experience.

We called first thing in the morning and explained that there was a small window of time that we would be home. Mike called just prior to coming, and performed the work in about an hour. Very friendly and curteous.

They were on time and efficient. The service worker was not really helpful answering my questions with regards to home care in between maintenance. I liked the idea of a service plan.

I am always so pleased by the technicians sent to my home. The technician always explains to me what he did and why. The ''work performed'' section on the invoice is always filled out with detailed comments. Broad Ripple Heating and Air offer what they call a ''Double Date.'' This package offers a check up of your furnace in the fall and a check of of your a/c in the spring. BR Heating and A/C calls to remind you when it's time for your bi-annual service visit.

Steve went over and above in agreeing to take on extra work (after 6:30 PM). Steve was very professional, knowledgeable and quick to complete repairs.

We have a maintenance contract through Broad Ripple Heating and Air and they always come out to check things over. There were no problems with the furnace, but the humidifier was leaking and part of it (either parts or labor, can't remember) was covered under the contract.
