I called to have an estimate on new heating and A/C. Salesman David Ward came out to the house and spent 2 hours going over the different options. He did not make me feel pressured at any time and went above and beyond to help us find an efficient and cost effective system for our house. He gave us his cell phone number and we called him to ask a few questions after his visit. He even suggested relocating the outdoor unit from our back patio to the side of our house, improving our landscaping. The installation went well and the service technicians were fantastic. They both explained the new systems to me. Since the installation, our A/C monthly bill has been half of the cost of the previous year's. We are very pleased and continue to use Broad Ripple Heating and A/C for all maintenance.

Informed us of what the problem was and then fixed the problem. They also cleaned and serviced the a/c unit so it would not happen again. The cost included them coming back out to clean our furnace.

They do a great job. They are very professional.

The rep. was excellent, polite, and respectful. The Service Experts company has been nice on the phone but is claiming our UV light is not under warranty because it's more than a year old (by a few months), and we are a little concerned that an expensive part like that would go bad after just more than a year. This is not yet resolved, and we are waiting to hear from them.

Prompt, efficient, customer friendly. They're very good, I was impressed.

The guy was more communicative and informative about the maintenance. The schedule was between 10 and 2 pm. He showed up at 3:30 pm without any explanation.

( JOB 1) He was on time and performed work in a timely manner. He made sure to wear booties in the house the prevent the carpet from getting dirty. ( JOB 2) It went well, I was pleased he returned after he had already left. They always leave the area as clean as they found it, or more so. He answered all the questions I had as well.

The plumber that came out was very professional and was informative about the project. Unfortunately the sewer lift station hasn't worked properly since installation in November. The general manager came out on the last visit and told me that the sewer lift station installed was too small and that they would have to come out every 8-12 weeks to come out and put Bio-Clean in my sewer lift station to keep it from stopping up.

They are very good. They come in April and November. I'm on their maintenance program for the year.

The company rep came at the scheduled time and performed the work at the estimated price. I was able to use my Angie's List coupon. Before installation, Ron at Village Plumbing worked with me via telephone to choose a sink and faucets. I would certainly use again.

Great reminder for routine service/maintenance. Assessments each season typically keep subsequent services calls down. Very helpful and knowledgeable technicians.

The workmen were fast and professional. Our 91-year-old mother was given a senior discount, which we appreciated very much. The system is excellent!

I was not unhappy with the work performed, I was very unhappy at what they had charged me. I feel like he took advantage of the situation. I am a single, senior citizen and I went to the hardware store and saw I could have purchased the parts for 21.00 retail. I was charged 265.00. On the invoice titled minor toilet tank repair. I will never do business again with them and I do not want this to happen to anyone else. I called and spoke with the manager and he told me what I was charged is standard for a minor tank repair. Since I thought the price was way too high, he agreed to send a $50 refund which I should receive in 6-8 weeks. He was very nice, but I would still not hire them again.

Called Village Plumbing to install my new kitchen sink & faucets. Also asked to have a toilet that runs repaired. Mark arrived at the scheduled time, but after looking at the sink, which was granite, said he didn't have the proper tools to install it. I was disappointed, & asked if he could still repair the toilet. He said he could, & he'd give me an estimate for the work on the sink. After seeing the toilet, he said he could "rebuild" it for $200. That seemed extremely high, so I decided against it. (I later bought the parts myself for $5.) Mark called the office & was told to come in & get the necessary tools & to do the sink job alone. He didn't seem happy about it, but he did. I agreed he'd replace the old disposal, raising the quoted price by $149. I had to purchase my own caulk, as he didn't have the right color. When he left, I noticed 3 gouges in the wall where he hit it with the old sink. I was so glad to have him gone, I decided not to call them back.

On time for both appointments, reasonably priced.

Kevin was Punctual, polite and very patient with my two boys (who found everything he was doing absolutely fascinating). The Laundry room (where the furnace is) was left exactly as it was when he arrived and he worked efficiently and quickly. I definitely plan on renewing the service contract for next year.

They tell me what time they will be coming and call right before. They are here on time.

They're nice and respectable people. They keep the place clean and do a good job.

We have used this company for over 10 years. They are thorough and we have never been dissatisfied. We use the "double date" which gives us both air conditioner and heating check-up for a discount. Scheduling is never a problem.

They are a large company with various types to choose however their prices were higher in comparison to other companies. Very professional, prompt and courteous.

The work was done very promptly after we ordered it. Two men had it all installed in less than a day. They came out immediately a few days later to plug a leak in the ductwork. The men were pleasant, did a very neat job and cleaned everything up.

The gentleman came quickly, was courteous, and neat. He did not leave a mess and was careful not to walk on the newly cleaned carpets. While the work was done promptly and correctly, I feel the price was quite high. I think that $360.00 for a run of the mill garbage disposal replacement was out of sight! That price included a $25.00 coupon. Had it not been for that, the price would have been higher still. Certainly, it was partly my fault for not having asked about price sooner, but it just didn't occur to me that it would cost so much.

Very professional on the phone. They came right over, but the cost was way too high for what needed to be done.

Service Experts price was very good compared to other quotes. They threw in a free duct cleaning as part of the deal. They installed it very professionally and on-time. They are very responsive to any problems and issues and will send a technician out quickly. We use them to service the unit annually and they are always prompt and very professional.

I have a service agreement with them, and they're very reliable. I'd recommend them to everyone!
