Description of Work: They replaced brick that was cracked in the upper level of my home. In addition to this they also did tuck points and made repairs to my brick front porch and outdoor kitchen area. Would use them again in the future, very professional and timely!!

Description of Work: Checked out brick walkway that had issues. Met me when they said, and did the work that we agreed upon. Finished work blends in very well with other brickwork that's been there 25 years.Looks great!

Description of Work: We bought a Groupon for $99 and they did a great job on a small portion of the outside of my house. However, they took a long time to get back to us by phone and we had to leave messages. We also had to wait a long time for an appointment. The mason was professional and did a wonderful job. We got a quote to do the entire outside but it was several thousand dollars and we did not follow through. We may call them again for another estimate as well as call others for quotes.

Description of Work: They inspected our chimney. It did not need work at this time. The only issue we ever had with them was in the beginning when trying to schedule an appointment. We bought an Angie's List Deal and had a series of missed calls. They apparently had some office personnel change over, but it took about 4 months from date of purchase to inspection. All other interactions with this company have been fine and professional.

Description of Work: It's a little difficult to review based on circumstances. After having to reschedule a couple of times due to weather, they came out and found my chimney to be in pretty bad shape (brick spalling). I got an on-the-spot quote for repairs, but was told that-due to liability-they couldn't do the sweep, but would honor it if I got the chimney repaired. The $12,000 quote to rebuild half of the chimney definitely surprised me, especially compared to what I know friends have paid for similar masonry work. So basically, my experience was limited to an inspection and a quote. They were very professional, but as far as service goes, I have no experience to speak of.

Description of Work: I never used them for any work. Their estimate was very late and when they did arrive, they simply checked the chimmeny and proceeded to provide a quote for external repairs. I thought it was too high for the work they were proposing. Would I use them for future work...probably not.
