Description of Work: They restored our failing chimney, which was badly damaged due to the severe past 2 winters. The workers were courteous and professional, and it appears that all the work performed was done correctly to address/correct the issue.

Description of Work: New Chimney cap, replaced flashing (after we called them back)...sealed the stone around the cap as well as the flashing.

Description of Work: The salesman came look at issue and wrote up the estimate. The was that I had a leak around my chimney which was crumbling from water decaying the bricks. The chimney was replaced but the water leak issue still exist. I was told after I discovered that I still had the water leak issue that they could come out and repair the leak for an additional $2000. I'm outdone and disappointed that my issue was not resolved the first time Masonry Outfitters came out.

Description of Work: They power washed our brick patio, repaired broken bricks and grout, caulked, and applied protective sealer. Everything went very well with the installers. I gave an overall "B" however, because, although this was not clear at the time of the estimate, the estimator had not included power washing, and it was obvious that it was needed, especially before the patio was sealed. They readily agreed to do the power washing for no extra charge, which we appreciated. The patio looks very nice.

Description of Work: They inspected the chimney and the fireplace and determined that it needed to be replaced. They have replaced the chimney with new mortar and used the same brick and put a stainless steel cap on the top. The fireplace is now a sealed gas burner. Since our fireplace is a rather large they did makes a few mistakes but they have corrected it and they did take care of it.

Description of Work: Completely rebuilt my short chimney using a tinted mortar to match the mortar on my porch and reusing the original brick and re-installed the chimney cap. In a week or so, they are scheduled to waterproof the masonry.

Description of Work: David Dickenson came out to give my wife and I an estimate for some work that we needed completing. He tried to sell me that we need a chimney rebuild. While he did offer other less expensive options the options were still very pricey for the work that was needed. He tried to sell me on service, warranty, etc but ultimately he was trying to sell me services I didn't need or hadn't asked for. We ultimately just wanted our chimney cap repaired and he said that we couldn't use this voucher toward that service. Again, nice and professional I just don't think the comapny really was listening to what we were looking for and needing....certainly not a chimney rebuild.

Description of Work: Chimney and Masonry Outfitters did call me several times on my answering machine to schedule a time for the service. I had purchased this service as a Big Deal price. I just had so much going on suddenly that the timing wasn't right for me after all. They did attempt to talk to me, but it was my idea to pass on this Big Deal at this time.

Description of Work: Chimney repair. The job went very well. They arrived on time and were very friendly. The waterproofinf couldn't be done on the scheduled date because of rain but they contacted me each day until the entire job was complete.

Description of Work: They tuck pointed the brick mortar, and chimney crown, sealer and cap. They were very professional and I would highly recommend them.
