Description of Work: They replaced a piece of wood and redid a masonry work on a corner of my house where previously, water sipping through that corner was damaging the wood. After their work, no water is able to get through anymore. It looks well done and the masonry work was well done as well.

Description of Work: I only received a quote from this company. We were going to make a repair to a home we were selling but ended up giving the quote to the home buyer for him to make a decision. The young man that came was very professional, was on time and did a very thorough review of the chimney and fireplace. He took pictures and discussed the repairs that needed to be made. If I need fireplace work in the future I will definitely call this company again.

Description of Work: We have a bedford stone house and areas of the house needed tuck-pointing. We also had a few broken stones that needed repair. The job started later than we had originally thought. What was going to be a day job ended up taking 2. But we were very pleased with the end result. No one could even tell that there were broken stones. We will definitely use this company again!

The company told me they would not honor that and that I was out of luck of the $99.00. They were not willing to discuss anything to comply, extend any work or extent courtesy to me, because of this.
