 + -1 moreWe contacted the Company to utilize their "Big Deal" in order to repair our front walk. The owner, Kourtney Zahn, came out immediately to assess the situation and provide an estimate. He was courteous and professional. The work was completed in a timely manner and at the estimated price. We are very pleased with the results.
Description of Work: Repair to our front walk - the walk is slate and the grouting in between the stones had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. My husband chipped out the broken grouting himself in order to minimize our cost. C&M then came out and cemented down loose stones, then re-grouted the entire walk.

 + -1 moreUpon the sale of our home, the inspector noted some problems with our mortar cap and loose bricks on the chimney. The real estate company we are using had Kourtney come by and give us an estimate for the repair. The repair was more extensive than we originally thought but he gave us a very competitive price. He was able to schedule the work for the following week. Inclement weather delayed the repairs for several days but Kourtney was in constant contact with us to let us know when the work would be completed. The job was performed well, efficiently, and for the exact estimate we were provided. Highly recommended!

 + 1 moreThe owner of C&M, Kourtney, was always very prompt in returning phone calls and emails. The process went very smooth and they actually came in under the original quote. I would recommend C&M to family and friends and certainly plan on using them again in the future.
Description of Work: C&M Solutions installed an aluminum chimney liner for our furnace and water heater exhaust. They also installed chimney caps on both our chimneys.
