Once the contract was signed and deposit given the problems began. Start date for the work was rescheduled severally times only to have no workers show up each time. Calls to the contractor either went unanswered or were once again rescheduled. When workers finally did show up we often did not receive notification in advance. As a result we were out of town when part of the work was being done. We returned to find brick that did not even closely match the original and very messy wok with concrete not cleaned off the brick work as it should have been. It took an additional 3 weeks, numerous phone calls and three return visits to get the clean up done. In addition they did not cover our stamped concrete patio while the work was being done so now it also has concrete all over it and will have to be repaired once the weather warms up in the spring. Of corse the contractor denies all responsibility for this and even went so far as to claim it was caused by inappropriate concealer applied last year. Amazingly the patio was perfectly fine until the week they finally completed their work. Lastly a waterproofing was supposed to be applied once the concrete curred. We were to receive a phone call before they came to do this. We went on vacation and when we returned we still had not heard from them. When we called to ask when the waterproofing would be done we were told it was done the week we were out of town even though we had not received any communication to schedule it. Due to their poor work quality and all the problems involved we have serious doubts as to whether the waterproofing was ever done so will now have to pay someone else to do it just to be certain. This entire project was a nightmare.

We had awesome service from these guys. Right from the get go they came out and gave us a quote so much more timely than the other people we had called. They had several jobs ahead of ours, but we set a date and they came as promised, confirming before they came. The job took a few days and they did it with very little mess and great clean up. The supervisor on the job kept me informed of what they were doing and when they would be back each day. They matched our 27 year old brick beautifully. We were very pleased with their service.

I bought the deal and was contacted by Courtney and was told he was backed up but would squeeze me in as soon as he could. He eventually came by the house was very courteous and promptly on time. He inspected our chimney and assessed $1200 worth of repairs in order to get it working again. We opted out of said repairs and he suggested we contact Angie's List for a refund since he was unable to go through with the deal due to the amount of damage.

Great. Professional young man who arrived as scheduled, inspected two chimneys neither of which needed cleaning. Service tech was polite, professional, and seemed to know what he was talking about.

Professional and pleasant technician arrived as scheduled. He inspected two chimneys inside the house then climbed up on the roof for outside inspection. He offered suggestions and gave me his report. Lucky for me, everything looked good!

Kourtney came out to look at a small hole in my chimney that needed to be fixed. He said he would send me an estimate, but I never heard from him again. I sent an email to remind them that I was still waiting for the estimate on September 3rd. Radio silence.

They came out to clean the chimney but once they arrived they saw that they could not complete the cleaning due to the condition of the chimey. They did recommend a couple things to help with the cold air coming into the house from the chimney.

They're great and very friendly. When they came out to look at the chimney they told us that there were a myriad of other repairs that should be done first that we didn't have the resources to take care of. We opted to then just get our money back on the deal.

I am happy with how the experience went. The employee that showed up to my home was knowledgeable and professional. This is my first winter in this home so I really had no idea about the history of the chimney other than it had not been used in a while. After taking a look at the chimney and the state of my fireplace the worker informed me of what options I had to get everything back into working order. I plan on using them once I am ready to get everything fixed.

For what they did I thought it was over priced. One employee came out and was here for about 30 minutes. They did good work though.

We called and we didn't need it and they were honest and told us we could get a refund.

They had to schedule me out too far as they have been pretty busy. I ended up using another service provider as I needed it done before Thanksgiving.

They did not do service, it was just a scheduling issue, I needed it done on the weekend.

It went very well. They deferred the sweep until next year, as the inspection showed I didn't need it yet.

I needed to get a gas piece on my fireplace fixed. This was a specific part that they do not work on. Not only did the SP promptly let me know this isn't something they worked on, they gave me a referral of somebody who does. Joshua, the representative of the company, was professional, informative and quick. I can tell this would be a great provider to reach out to in the future. Class acts!

The repairs were better then I expected. You cannot see where they repaired because the brick and mortar are a perfect match. The did an excellant job.

Never got the sweep done. Only the exterior of the chimney was inspected and I was told I needed a chimney replacement AND THEN they would do the sweep. Very disappointed with this experienc. Only got an estimate.

Service was very good and the team did an overall good job.

Very punctual on both coming to quote the work and performing the work. I was sent a email with the scheduled date and time to do the job. On the day of job, the foreman called me first thing in the morning to let me know they where running behind and told me they would be 2 hours later then scheduled. I received a second call later that morning with an update on the arrival time and also told they would stay over to make sure the job was completed. I really appreciated being kept up to date. Crew did an excellent job and looked very good when all done. Did and excellent job cleaning up afterwards, would never no they were there. Would have no issue using them again.

They did a great job! They matched out old bricks perfectly and everything looks good.

Took a little while to get the installation scheduled, but they were professional and efficient in putting in the chimney cap. The inspection of the rest of the chimney seemed rather expensive and it took them 2 months to send the email which articulated the needed repairs and estimated cost.

I purchased a Big Deal with them for masonry repair. They did very good job. They fixed a crack that was pretty high up. They were very nice and professional. I would hire them again.
