They were very nice and polite. The technical presentation was great. They said to do whole chimney would be more money. I never got a receipt. They did clean my chimney. They charged me more than what they said would and never follow up.

They did a great job providing the work. Company had originally provided estimate during the summer. When I contacted them after hearing some dripping in the chimney they quickly scheduled the work I needed done. Communication was great. Communicated with the project team, prior to the work for scheduling. Due to weather issues they had to push my work back a day but they promply notified me of the change. I could not be onsite during the work, however they called me to let me know when they would be arriving as well as notified me of when the work was complete. Invoices were emailed to me and promply paid online. Was an easy and pain free process with great communication and excellent work. Will use again if have work in the future.

My experience was very good. They were able to match the color of the grout that I wanted on my stone on the exterior of my house. The work still looks good 2 and half years later. They were very good to work with.

They showed me photos before and after. They are high tech. They showed me everything. They explained everything along the way. They provided several discounts. They referred me for other services needed. David was really a nice guy. They were all very professional and really nice.

The work was great, I did feel like they were up selling me, however I agreed as I did not want any safety issues.

He didn't reach out to us at all; we had to contact him directly. He came out to the home and gave us a quote. He was way too expensive so I couldn't even use him. His quote was about 30% higher than the lowest bid.

They did well. There were no additional fees associated with the deal. They were here just shy of 3 hours. I seems like we had trouble getting a hold of them so their communication could have better though.

This was an Angie's List Big Deal for chimney inspection and sweep. This company rates an A+ in every category. The service was scheduled promptly, the technician (Kevin) arrived right on time. He took his shoes off at the door, and left a clean work area. Kevin took a picture of the inside of my chimney which he showed to me. He then told me that the chimney was perfectly clean and did not require any further service. Since no service was required, there was no charge. Finally, as a purely nice gesture, he lit the fire for me. It was a very good experience.

We were not able to utilize this Big Deal, afterall. I didn't realize that since we have a fireplace insert, we could not have the service perforrmed. David explained that it would be a 2-man job that we would have to reschedule and that the $79.00 could be applied to the full price of $225.00. We have contacted a chimney sweep who can do the job for a lot less money and so we are having him do the job. Please refund our $79.00. You may contact the Chimney Masonry Co.; David said they have notes regarding the above. By the way, David was very courteous and explained our situation satisfactorily. Sorry it didn't work out. It worked out fine. It was timely. The guy that came out was very helpful. He explained a lot of detail about what needs to be done. He was respectful in the way he communicated with us. He was very good. His promptness and his completeness in getting the job done stood out to me. There was no additional cost.

They were very friendly and did a nice job of cleaning it. There was kind of a hard sell at the end to replace some parts for my chimney, so for that reason, I will probably not use them again.

It was very well done. We communicated quite well with them. There was not a single problem with those guys. They were rather good. There was nothing that you would complain about.

They couldn't do the chimney sweep because they said it was collapsed halfway down. They said they would have to repair it first and it would be very expensive. I asked for a written proposal of the repairs and a report of the condition of the chimney. They never followed through on giving me a written proposal even after I asked a second time.

They did a very good job. There was quite a bit of additional charges from the "Big Deal". They gave us a great estimate. They were out here very quickly and gave us a good estimate. They did good work. The price I think was fair.

New home to us, and before winter wanted a chimney sweep and inspection. Purchased $79 deal w/ inspection + credit. Our home inspector had noticed several small cracks in the interior of fireplace which concerned us about a major cost coming. However Chimney and Masons were very professional, examined closely, and felt that these were only cosmetic (very small) cracks and did not recommend fixing. Swept chimney and found no needed repairs, dispite the home being 15yrs old. Very trustworthy, will use again next fall!

He did notice a couple issues with flashing when going on the roof when doing the safety inspection. He indicated he was going to speak with the owner to come back out and provide an estimate but never came back out or re-contacted me. It was also really difficult to get scheduled.

Everything went really well. Scheduling was relatively easy, they did a good job, and they didn't leave behind a mess.

Went very well. It was a little hard to schedule but they had been pretty busy prior to my initial call. Once on the calendar, they were quick and efficient with the work. I have another chimney that needs swept and I will be in touch later for that one too!!!
