They were three hours late arriving. I had a full schedule that day and had to set around waiting for them to arrive. When work was done they said they would be back in the morning to pick up left over bricks and tools. It was the afternoon of the second day before they arrived. The chimney work looked to be fine.

Sheldon and Derrell (and home office) were very responsive, with calls beforehand, explaining the process, and even brought bricks that were a better match since the brick used on our home were no longer available. They were efficient, cleaned up thoroughly, and checked in with me during the process.

They did a quality job and then took the time to explain how to operate the appliance and how to troubleshoot any issues that could arise. Very friendly as well.

Two weeks to get someone out to estimate. We liked Paul's solution of removing the brick chimney (no more tuckpointing in the future) and providing new liners with metal stacks replacing the brick chimney for less future maintenance. We also liked the amount of time Paul spent thoroughly checking out the problems before providing the estimate. 5/1 We awarded the work to them and found they required 30% down. The woman in the office took the information to bill the 30% but couldn't provide when the work would be scheduled or any idea when that might be. Next day called and scheduled for 5/8 with estimated 2 days work starting 8:30 am for the guys to set up. Our on-site contractor called about 9:30 saying they needed in the unit with our night shift tenant before they could go any further and he was not comfortable going in. Our property manager was arriving at the same time and accompanied Vince and Alec inside--they only needed to shut off and check the furnace--but no one mentioned this before they arrived. Vince and Alec removed the chimney and were working on closing the roof, went to lunch, finished the day at 3:30 saying they would be back at 8:30 the next mraorning. They left trash around the yard and ladders attached to the roof and beside the house. The next morning the property manager was there at 8 and called the office around 10 a.m. as no one had shown and rain was imminent. The office replied that they were in training and would be there around 10:30. Vince showed around 10, but the second guy (needed to do the liners) was not there. Brian showed up a little later and the liner work started. They finished before going to late lunch. Vince provided pictures of the work and processed the remaining payment which we discussed was $2303. They cleaned up all the materials and took all their tools. When I checked our credit card...the firm had charged the full $3290 along with the $987 30% down. I contacted Paul who said it would be fixed. The next day the woman from the office called to let me know she had reversed $987 and proceeded to explain that they need to charge $987 30% down, but apparently didn't realize they charged the full amount on 5/8 in addition to the 30% down on 5/1. Apparently they don't check their own billing vs. charges and wanted to know who processed the 5/8 payment. I told her she needed to check her records.

This is a very professional company with employees that care about their work and your property. Went over and above to accommodate my wishes. Their work was superior and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for Masonary work.

This was a big project and it went so smoothly! Everyone we worked with was courteous and professional. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs (and wants!) while remaining cost effective. We would use them again and recommend them to our friends and family.

Went very well. Did not have to be present, was sent photos via text as the work progressed, took about a day and a half. First day, one man, Sheldon did the entire top portion of the chimney - tuckpointing, brick rework and crown install, Second day, Sheldon and another guy finished up the lower portion of the chimney, Chimney looks great now and will last for decades.

Paul and Alec were fantastic to work with, and took time to explain our options with going from a wood burning to gas fireplace. All went well, Brent called 1.5 hours before the appointment offering an earlier appointment or to keep the agreed time. He was very professional and prompt. He confirmed the services to be performed before starting and provided receipt of services.

Had the 2 story chimney rebuilt from below the gutter line and spawling bricks replaced where needed. Great job on matching bricks and finishing the top.

Very prompt service and very professional. They were able to have a crew come out the next day to complete the job, and it took about 1 hour 15 minutes to complete. We are considering having them come back out to replace some mortar joints in our Bedford Stone, though we may receive a second quote as well.

It went great they did the job in half the time I expected while the quality was excellent and made sure that I did a walk around before they started and walk around with approval after they finished

Dustin did a great job. He actually completed the job 2 days early! We were physically unable to get on the roof where the work was done but he took pictures of the before and after so we were able to see what was done. He went over everything he did in detail. Would definitely hire again.

Brent came out and performed our service. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the everything. I was afraid our chimney was in tough shape and they offered me quotes for additional services that were necessary.are necessary. Our fireplace and chimney look great! Very tidy and left behind zero mess Also climbed on our roof to inspect the chimney cap! Above and beyond. When we do move forward with the additional work i will definitely be hiring this company.

I bought a chimney sweep from them. They were courteous, prompt, and easy to work with. I will gladly hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing chimney work.
