Very well. They offered a better solution that Bone Dry and it was $900 cheaper. $1700 vs. 2600). They sealed the whole top of the chimney with a special coating (almost as good as new) instead of just repairing cracks. Another company said I needed to replace the whole top at significant cost (Brickmasters) but never actually sent the quote after coming to give estimate, despite multiple calls. Only issue with CMO was scheduling; they had to delay because another project needed more time, and did not communicate the delay to us well. That is why I rated them C in punctuality. But when they said they were coming, then they were on time.

Initial work description in estimate resulting in less than expected work being done. We were able to successfully resolve the issue and have all work done to our satisfaction. Recommend reviewing work plan in detail, with pictures, to avoid this issue.

Work was great. Very friendly, professional and responsive. If I could suggest one small improvement it would be to provide a text or email update daily during the project but this is a small opportunity - overall experience great.

Kevin and Patrick arrived on time and inspected first the fireplace, then the wood stove. Kevin quickly diagnosed problems with the wood stove and discussed remedies and gave a general sense of cost. The fireplace checked out nicely. A written invoice and estimate for correcting issues with the wood stove was included. Both Kevin and Patrick were very pleasant, very professional. We will use them again.

They responded to my inquiry right away and answered all of my questions, scheduled a time that was convenient for me and called when the technician was in transit. CMO performed tuck pointing on 1970s colonial-stye home. Crew arrived on time and worked efficiently to correct cracking along windows and other areas of home. I have since discovered a few more areas that I hadn't noticed during our original quote/weren't part of the work originally requested, and I likely will contact CMO again to perform this work.

After completing the task they announced they couldn't really clean/check the chimney all the way up since we have an especially tall chimney. This is unsatisfactory. They should either be able to do it, or announce they can't do it. I assumed they were familiar with our house since they were here for installation.

The group were very efficient and courteous. We appreciated that they came a couple days earlier. The chimney looked a lot better afterward! Also, the worksite was clean after everyone left.

The final result was great and we appreciate the willingness and cooperation to provide quality work and customer satisfaction.

Replaced rusted lintel over window and various tuckpointing all around house. They arrived on time, answered all questions and cleaned up after. I had a couple concerns which they promptly addressed. I was really focused with matching the existing mortar color on a 90 year old house and they did a great job.
