Description of Work: I'm sure this company does good work because of the Super Service awards, but they are difficult to communicate with for repairs. I sent an email and called, asking if there was anyway they could stretch carpet in a house that was being moved into in four days. They said someone would call me at 11:00 a.m the next day. I called at 9:00 am that day to see if it could be done. The man who answered, said he would call me right back. At 11:23, no one had called and with ONE PHONE CALL, I made the arrangements with another company. I called Big Dog to tell them to cancel my request and at 1:30 pm, a man left a message that I should call him to schedule the work. The last 2 digits of the phone call were not clear. He did say I could call Chris at the company. I called for Chris and of course he/she wasn't there. I just left a second message to cancel my request.
