Because our house is very large with lots of outlets, we wanted to save a little bit of money by having less sensors on our windows and doors and utilize the technology of ADT’s motion detectors. Instead of having over 20 outlet points with their own sensor, we had them install 5 motion detectors in the main areas of our home. While we are gone, if anyone walks through the following areas our alarm will go off-kitchen, basement, foyer, sunroom, hallway. This strategy still protects our home but required less equipment. Very pleased with this solution that ADT was able to provide.

I’m a fan of ADT because of their constant upkeep with technology and industry trends. As the longest standing security company, they could become complacent, but they choose to continually stay ahead of the competition in their devices and service. All of their representatives and agents are always friendly and provide fantastic customer service. Great job ADT keep up the awesome work keeping us safe.

Lots of research told us that ADT’s monitoring center is the best of the best in the industry. We wanted a service that has real-time human-response monitoring 24/7. Don’t want to gamble with a service that takes minutes or longer to contact you and send help in an emergency. Feeling safe with ADT is the best investment we’ve made.

Big shout out to Robert for helping us install our ADT system. We got a complete package including cameras, smoke detectors, and the ability to view and access it all on our phones. I had a lot of questions that were answered thoroughly. I recommend them!

He answered a lot of questions and came by a couple of times before we signed the contract to ensure we were on the same page about the camera features, safety considerations, and installation details. Seth came to the house the day after I contacted him. He quickly corrected our problem using a universal remote and set us up with using the remotes that came with our devices. He was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. I will certainly call on him again for any security system needs.

Kept hearing dogs barking in my neighbors yard which made me nervous. So got a camera system powered by ADT. Does a nice job with night vision and alerts.

Finally a home security app that is quick and responsive! Have been with other providers in the past and the mobile service on smartphone app paled in comparison to what ADT’s offers. The service is worth the price!

The service guys that came out to work on our home security system were fantastic! Wanted to get on here and give them props for being so helpful and professional. Our ADT panel wasn’t acting quite right but they had troubleshooting done in 10min and put a new part on in another 10min. Good experience.

Pleased with alarm system that we are receiving from ADT Security Services. They have been around the longest and it shows in their service. You still get the blue ADT stop sign to put by your front door to show that you have an alarm system to stifle potential intruders.

Last weekend had someone pry our side door open to our exterior garage and the ADT door sensor picked it up immediately. The alarm siren was loud and scared the person off. Someone from the response center called within 30 seconds. We’re fortunate that the security system did what it is supposed to. Feels like we made the right call going with an ADT security system.

They sent out a guy that did not know the difference between wifi and cellular or the difference between a smoke detector and a heat detector. He took pictures of everything and said someone would get back to me. No one ever did!

My family loves ADT. My mom worked for them when she was younger and we have had their products ever since. We added a couple of new cameras recently and they connected to the iphone app perfectly.

We purchased an investment property to use as VRBO and AirBnb rental for passive income. Getting a layer of protection and security was paramount for us because our main property is two hours away from the investment property. So far, very good. We can monitor all aspects – inside and outside – of the rental as needed. Looking to add the same home alarm system for our primary residence also.

Have had a variety of different adt system models over the years – but always reliable and keep us feeling safe. We will stay with adt forever and recommend them to anyone with a house, condo, or business.

I had a competing service for about a year and all of the compelling advertising made me eventually switch service over to the ADT Group. Worked with Jeff T. on the phone and he was a huge help. I really enjoy their customer support and the added carbon monoxide detection device they put into my package.

John Jiang, ADTs put in my security system, specifically cameras. I decided to purchase my security system instead of paying a monthly fee. John's quote was slightly lower than the other quotes, was accurate and complete. The crew was punctual and did a really tight job. I highly recommend ADTs for your security needs because John takes pride in his work and is easy to work with.

Had always assumed adt protected houses only but a guy in my business networking club mentioned he has a commercial grade adt system at his office complex. This led me to inquire about getting an install scheduled so the entrances and exits can be monitored at my building. I am going forward with getting adt service and am happy they cover both homes and businesses.
