Great prices and sales support. Linda was super helpful in explaining the different package tiers, and even put us on hold so she could talk with her manager further about an additional discount. I have had my ADT service for awhile now and every thing is going just fine.

Michael Is a very professional ADT representative, and he gave us the best deals on the market and is very informative when it comes to the security questions you may have. His company provided an excellent service to our family and made sure we were satisfied with the price.

I want to give a big shout out to Sam and Gabe their high level of sales service to me and my family. They really take their time to break everything down so people can understand what they are actually buying. Technician Eric G. came out to our house and suggested where to set up the control board panel, alerts, motion detectors and cameras. The whole conversation was very detailed and informative. As a new home owner, I didn't know much about home security system and how it works, but after the conversation with Eric, I feel I’m half expert now. They get an “A” all around from me!

James the sales man gave me all the pricing over the phone and came over to our house for a free home evaluation. James explained everything and gave us a solid deal. Then we got installed the following day. Over all it was pleasant experience. This team is fast and efficient and deserving of a gold start.

Stan came over and met with my wife and I. He was very realistic as to what we needed and worked with us on various promotions/discounts to fit our preferred budget. He was here for almost 3 hours (well worth the time spent with him), but was courteous and professional. I got the doorbell cam, auto-thermostat and some indoor cameras. All and all, this process was easy and ended up being very affordable.

I just got a ADT system and works wonderful. I feel safe and secure when I’m in my house alone and when I leave my house. Have not felt so safe since my 90 lb Akita passed.... the added benefit that the new alarm gives definitely helps comfort me. Anyway impressed with ADT, and their sales and service staff. Would refer anyone to them for an alarm. I keep the remote controller on my car key ring because its so small.

I had a terrific experience with Mary on the phone when I called in for information about ADT. She was up front in letting me know that client safety was their top priority. She went out of her way for sure and I bought the promotion with door sensors, motion alarms, and cameras. I’ve seen many poor reviews for other security companies, but this one gets 10/10. Their reps are Amazing! They are professional, fast and followed up promptly when I told them about a false alarm one night. Come to find out, the high winds rattled one of my sensors. They came the next day and installed a different sensor and I no longer have that issue! It’s nice knowing that ADT has my back. Keep up the great work guys!

I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home security system - big or small. Protect Your Home is very proactive and provided us with phenomenal service. We had a complicated install on a 3 level house and they worked with us to figure out how to successfully complete the install without a hitch. Their team was also very thorough and made sure we knew how to use all of the features of the security technology (there are many).
