Eddie came to our house to give a quote and presentation/demo for the whole security system. They offered us a quite reasonable deal and we signed the 3yr contract. Premier Provider (ADT) was super responsive and came the same day. They were very patient with explaining all the different options for the home monitoring. They even showed us their own personal home system remote features so we could see their family at home and how the cameras outside allowed visibility of people walking into and out of the house and onto the driveway. We can't believe we didn't do an alarm system earlier. Our system is solid!!

The sales experience is smooth and no pressure. I was offered a pretty much the best price on the market, with a free outdoor camera. I was able to use the existing wired system in the house. I just needed to have one infrared sensor put in the house, but luckily it is included in the installation package.

Never received replacement . Also need some sort of antenna because the signal strength is low. Alarm sound is low also.

All homeowners should definitely get security service from them. Their process on the phone is actually efficient and doesn’t take hours. They agreed to meet me at 8pm for my convenience and provided a nice informational session. The installer explained ADT’s methodology by photos, charts, forms. The biggest advantage is that they are a local provider and they are nice to work with.

Lee installed a system to my house with ease and comfort. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Lee and his assistant were attentive and resourceful. They made sure that I had everything in question, answered. After installment, we had a problem with the main panel beeping. I was able to give them a text and they responded quick with a troubleshoot fix.

Spectacular customer service from the sales team and follow up from the installation tech team. They came over to our place for a thorough inspection of our home and explained us in detail about the how the system actually works!
