ADT and their network of local retailers, sales offices, and tech branches have done it again! Buying a 2nd home has been challenging, but we expected nothing but the best from ADT after using them years back on our original home. They proved us right! We have extra keyfabs for both house locations that control everything from your car as you pull up or from inside your house.

A very nice man named Max came out from Protect Your Home and ADT to finalize a security plan for my home. He went over all the bells/whistles and was so helpful; even had my three kids set up with their own codes and made sure they were very comfortable with all of the features of our alarm. This was impressive that he went the extra mile to interact with my family. 5 stars ADT and Max.

We finally bit the bullet and upgraded our old landline security system that we’ve had for decades. We have put this off forever, but have known that getting modern protection would be wise. Authorized premier provider for ADT called us super fast right after we requested a quote. Installation occurred the next day, and wow is the new equipment so much more eye appealing.

We scheduled an installation appointment with Authorized Provider for ADT because we wanted to have the most reliable monitoring in case of a fire or a break in. To our delight, their customer service team called us and said they had an available slot that came available 3 days prior to our slot. So we took advantage of their thoughtful offer and got our system going early. Everything else is going good so far. We tested the emergency siren, and it is loud enough to scare off anyone!

Got in touch with this company through a recommendation by a coworker. Walt assisted me on my initial phone call, and he dispatched a guy named Fernando on the same-day to get us activated. Work was done within 90 minutes and they helped me get acquainted the cool mobile app features on their new interface. Great to see that ADT cares about their customers by providing excellent service and also providing quality products.

Eugene was super dedicated in getting our alarm panel issues resolved. He skipped lunch and worked late, but finally got our new system installed and working perfect. I am glad we got the new ADT system through Eugene’s team at Protect Your Home.

I bought a security system package with ADT. Everyone that helped me out was really nice. I had one door sensor that kept giving me an error message on the control panel, so their service team came out the next morning and replaced it no charge. I appreciate not being dinged for a repair call or a new sensor.

Well nothing but terrific things to say about the ADT group. Felt like their people were more like consultants vs. bold pushy salesmen. Had a large variety of sensors, doorbell cameras, motion alarms, and touchscreens to chose from and customize our package.

He took a look at what we already had setup in our house and told us where we could make upgrades. We now have 2 extra cameras and another control pad near our bed in the master bedroom. Couldn't be happier with our new perimeter alarm and cameras. They went the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied with camera angles and could operate the system and apps without problem. They spent time on the important details and didn’t just rush through it. Kudos to the ADT brand.

Got in touch with a sales rep at Protect Your Home/ADT. Explained the issues we were having with our alarm system that we bought years back at Costco. They pitched us a great promotion that made it a no brainer to switch over to ADT. Within 48 hours, our project was complete and the new alarm was working perfectly.

Especially note worthy was our installer, Mike N. His understanding of all the components to the alarm was super helpful for us to get acclimated with what we were purchasing. Fortunate to find ADT’s local authorized retail partner to help knock out this project for us.

My family moved during COVID and it was headache to schedule services and get all of our tasks completed. However, ADT authorized premier provider really came through and made a positive experience happen for us. They even were able to get everything up and running a day early than projected. Big thanks to Danny for getting it installed and Nick for coordinating on the phone and making adjustments for us. We now have one less thing on our plate to worry about at our new house!

Kept seeing the ADT commercials with all of the home automation and control app capabilities, so decided to do further research on Angies List. Found the Protect Your Home Team who is the biggest provider of ADT equipment and ADT monitoring in the country. Ended up requesting a quote from them on Oct. 17, 2020; everything went flawless. I am grateful for their help as we wanted to get a quick solution to help us feel better about the increasing crime these days.

Our neighbors kept telling us about how much they appreciate their ADT Alarm system. We finally called one of their local sales offices, and talked about all of their offerings. We can now see when our kids get home from school with the doorbell camera feature and we can set status alerts to ping our phones while we are at work. Happy customers and thankful we went through Auth Premier Provider to get this done.

What an impressive experience I had with ADT Authorized Premier Provider/Protect Your Home. The main keypad on my old security system was malfunctioning and beeping. After talking with their team, they let me know I can upgrade all of my equipment. I am now monitored by ADT service and no longer have old equipment that beeps. Great service from a great company.

Felt that both our sales person and our in-home technician were both good humored and patient with our questions. Both people did a great job for us. We didn’t quite know what to expect, since we are new to home alarms – but ADT Premier Provider definitely made a strong impression. We just started with ADT and their local retailer branch, and appreciate the courtesy and service received from everyone. It’s nice having the door bell camera so you can see when deliveries are left. There is even a feature to talk and two-way communicate through the doorbell. Really impressive!
