I've been with them for less than a month, but so far, so good. The salesperson, Jack, was on time and polite. I have a system that's probably older than he is, but he worked with it, upgrading as needed. I chose ADT Authorized Premier Provider because the reviews are generally good and, unlike some other security companies, they're willing to work with at least part of the existing system.

We purchased an ADT home alarm on the phone with a representative that was on it from the get go. You could tell she had been doing this for awhile because she was confident in the service and also friendly. When the installer came out to finish our job, it was nice to see that he was fully stocked with equipment and supplies on his truck. A+ and 5 Stars!

Had a break in over night where I work, so got me thinking about getting security for my house. Saw lots of different ads and promotions out there, but ultimately gave ADT a call. I felt like it would be silly not to consider the biggest brand in the business. Got their entry level package, which monitors all of my doors and windows. The tech gave us an extra ADT sign so we can have one at our front door and at our back door.

They were mindful of our spending budget and went into great detail about each tier of service and what all the package comes with. Definitely call them if you're thinking of an alarm system. Its well worth the time and money.

Our new alarm is fairly complex and intricate, but they made us confident and comfortable with it. Was able to get a quote the same day. Reviewed it that evening and got ADT service approx. two days later. We opted for the premium promo that included smoke alarms on top of the intrusion detection.

Feedback we have is very simple and straightforward…. Professionalism-A, Responsive-A, Quality/Products-A, Pricing-A. Everything was on point and top class, as we expected, working with an ADT retailer. We recommend using them.

I got ADT awhile back, but occasionally would have an issue with one of our cameras that looked over our backyard. They sent a technician out to see what was causing the issue, and ended up replacing the camera at no charge. Was a nice surprise to find out this was covered in our original product warranty that ADT provided when you get setup. Happy to be covered by ADT.

ADT is the best alarm company in the country in my opinion, hands down. They have local sales offices nationwide and installation hubs all over the country too. With such a massive presence, you know that you can always find their products and that they can service your needs. Our system came with all the bells and whistles that we didn’t even know existed. Overall 5/5.

It is nice to know that after being with another alarm company that uses third-party contractors who are usually not properly trained, that ADT uses their own network of internal employees to sell and service their equipment. This makes a big difference in the level of service that you receive. Fortunate to have found Protect Your Home group with ADT.

I had a camera system that came from Amazon several years ago, but it was cheap and no longer working correctly. Wanted something reliable and that could monitor my entire house for intruders and forced entry. Called ADT Premier Provider, spoke with a nice woman in their Newport office, and had a quote/general info all within a 10 min conversation. After researching the info online, I called back later that day and bought a security alarm.

Saw lots of nice sounding reviews and feedback on their profile. Called in and spoke with a very pleasant lady named Josie. She explained their fall promotion and gave us a great deal. Excited to start using the system when we travel and when we spend long days away on the lake.

I have been with ADT for a long long time, but one thing I’ve never had as a part of my system is smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors. Luckily, ADT provides these devices and can professionally monitor both 24/7. I called in to inquire about adding these, and they took great care of me. Ended up renewing my monitoring contract for another 36 months, and I received an existing customer discount for the smoke and carbon alarms

We made a quick and easy purchase of home security through Authorized Provider/ADT on the phone. They had install appointments available within 48-72 hours which was nice. Appreciated the reminder emails and text messages that came prior to the technician coming to our house.

We're very happy with the ADT security system that now protects our home and our property. The setup and installation was impressive. The worker arrived with gloves on, a mask on, and extra sanitation tools. We appreciated ADT’s detail to safety with COVID. It shows they care about their employees and their clients. We will use ADT again for all homes we may move to in the future.

Great guy, excellent service and quality products. The doorbell camera has been super helpful in seeing who comes and goes through our front yard.

Home Protected: I had a three week vacation approaching, and finally got around to inquiring about a burglar alarm Seemed like this was the right time, as I was going to be out of the country for so long. Have heard good things about the top ADT Premier Provider, so gave them a call one evening around 8pm. Spoke with a professional rep for about 15 minutes and they had me setup with an installation ticket for the following morning. By 10am the next day the job was done. Enjoyed being able to peek at my new cameras and adjust the thermostat while I was away on vacation from my android phone.

I really like working with ADT Authorized Provider – their slogan is Protect Your Home so you know they are serious about what they do. Their promotions were competitively priced. Monitoring rates fit our monthly budget and are well worth every penny to know that ADT is constantly checking on the status of your home.

The Premier Provider/ADT Team did a fantastic job setting up my home security system - as someone that is not very technology oriented, they made it extremely easy for me to understand how to navigate their security platform. It was nice to find out that my 50 pound dog won’t activate the motion detectors while we are at work – only an intruder. Thank you for everything!!
