Fabulous service and experience with ADT Authorized Premier Provider. We have very old existing alarm equipment in our home, and they were definitely problem solvers. Got us entirely upgraded to modern sensors, panels, cameras. Made the whole thing very easy and painless.

ADT came out and did a great job accessing our space and communicating our next steps with various security options. They were very efficient in sending our proposal and contracts which was nice because we were in a time crunch. They were very neat and meticulous with their work. Kudos to everyone who helped us on this project.

ADT came by today (they send a text when installer is on their way – very helpful) to implement our new security system. They were in and out within 60 minutes. We went with their deluxe promotion that also included fire sensors and carbon monoxide detectors. Wanted to go with a company that provided protection from both intruders and from fire/carbon danger.

A+++ experience! We reached out to 3 major alarm companies for quotes and ADT had by far the best pricing and best customer service. The others didn’t come close to comparing. Another upside is that our 80lb dog won’t trip the motion sensors.

Very old alarm security system was in our house from the prior owners. It wasn’t hooked up to any monitoring or power. Max came out from the ADT Premier Provider group and got us modernized for sure. Everything is now wireless and we feel good about our choice to go with them.

It was a challenge finding a security company that also sold and monitored smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. Fortunately, we found that ADT does both. Made the mistake of buying cameras from a random retailer on Amazon. They wouldn’t work right or connect to the app, so I decided to get in touch with ADT. They transferred me to their local retailer, Protect Your Home. Everything was a breeze from there. I sent my cameras back to Amazon and got a high end ADT package with cameras that actually worked! Happy and relieved!

Had been putting off inquiring about a new alarm system for quite awhile, but with everything going on around the country we decided it was time. Looked at a lot of blogs and research online and also talked with our neighbors, and ADT was the standout. We bought our system through their Authorized Premier Provider and had a magnificent experience. They included a free doorbell camera in their promotion, which we felt was a really great deal.

Great customer service from our sales rep Jim B. Of all the security companies we talked to, he was the most knowledgeable about the ADT system and its capabilities. But most importantly he did not try to oversell us on services we did not need. When I called him after a neighborhood break-in (a few weeks after our system was installed) they even came back to review our home and security set-up and double check the installation.

We had a really outstanding experience with Authorized Premier Provider for ADT from my first consultations call through the final installation process.
