I've been very happy with this company. Anything under the ADT business umbrella is excellent and always reliable. Have used them for 2 different security systems over the years. We also have ADT monitoring for our office alarm too.

We’ve had bad luck with our security companies in the past, and we finally switched to ADT Authorized Premier Provider. Most alarm companies have good sales departments, but ADT Authorized Premier Provider backs it up with excellent customer service and follow-through. The ADT equipment is top of class and reliable.

Harold, the installation technician from ADT Premier Provider, is the best service professional we have ever encountered. He was incredibly helpful and patient with me, despite the fact that I repeatedly had to leave and return to house in the middle of our meeting. In the midst of a hectic day, Harold made the process of buying a security system easy and painless.

Finally got around to upgrading our existing ADT Alarm system and had Account Rep Eric P. come out and suggest several upgrades especially the ability to arm and disarm the system with my smart phone. They completely converted our old hard-wired system into their newest fancy wireless package. I will continue to use ADT for any other security services I may have in the future.

I've been a ADT customer for years with no issues whatsoever. Everyone we talk to on the phone is nice and efficient. A couple of times the technicians have had to come out, they are very professional and clean with their work. It’s nice that they arrive in an ADT van and wear a uniform and badge to identify themselves.

After seeing ADT commercials on TV and ads online, we decided to research them further on Angie’s List. Found that their biggest retail provider is Protect Your Home, and they are the top Authorized Premier Provider. They are an extension of ADT themselves. Everything went smooth and we are glad to now be backed by ADT’s monitoring. They have 3 centers around the country, so you know that they will never miss an alarm or alert from your system.

If you need security, especially with the holidays coming up, call ADT Authorized Premier Provider. Their agents are available 24 hours daily, which is super convenient given our busy schedules. They also have several holiday promos and discounts available. We are pleased with our purchase and want to extend much appreciation to the employees that helped us.

We currently have ADT security monitoring and we purchased our package through local national retailer Protect Your Home. They have sales offices and installation branches all over the USA, and are the top Authorized Dealer for ADT. It’s great to finally have cameras inside and outside to keep an eye on things. ADT will dispatch police if the alarm is activated – which helps us feel much more safe than before we had the system.

Bought my alarm system setup with ADT Authorized Premier Provider. My point of contact was Jimmy L.. Great guy. We did almost everything ahead of time via email. When he came around, he installed the wireless control hub. He also gave me a free extra fob. The only hitch was after he left, I discovered that one of my wireless fobs was not working. I called him and he came back right away (25 min drive for him) and reprogrammed it. Stellar customer service and thanks again!

We have been paranoid and worried about an intruder breaking in for awhile now. It seems to be happening more and more in our city. Spoke with a friendly lady that explained all of our options for securing our property. She even threw in a free doorbell camera to our package. I want to recommend ADT Authorized Premier Provider to all as the best choice for a security alarm and home automation system. The equipment they install is sleek and the people working for them are courteous. Beyond nice to be able to lock our doors from our phones, adjust our thermostat, and turn indoor lights on and off. 100/100 grade for ADT!

Carlos Bahr and ADT Authorized Premier Provider did a great job this morning setting us up with a security system that also monitors for fire and carbon dioxide. Most of the major security retailers don’t have intruder and fire/carbon monitoring both. So once we discovered ADT provides both, we were hooked instantly.

Brandon, with ADT premier provider was outstanding. He was who we spoke with on the phone and he was also the one who came out to do the setup. He precisely put 2 cameras overlooking our backyard and one doorbell camera that overlooks the sidewalk and front yard. Everything is really high tech and our neighbors plan to follow suit with getting ADT.

Jayson from ADT Premier Provider was who we worked with to get our home automation system installed and activated. He was fun to talk with and explained all the parts and pieces of the alarm system thoroughly. Another thing I really appreciated is that before he even walked in the door, he handed me his card and had his ID clearly visible on his person so I knew he was who he said he was. We got a quote from another major alarm company, and while we would have saved a tiny bit of money upfront with this other company, the experience with Jack and what ADT Authorized Premier Provider could offer far outweighed saving a little money. I look forward to being a protected customer for a long time!

Spent a long time looking up home security companies that provide service in our area. Was pleased to discover Protect Your Home, who is ADT’s biggest nationwide seller. They have a local office not far from us. Their employees were industry smart and friendly to us. Impressed that we got ADT monitoring for 27.99 a month.

I worked with two very thorough employees when getting information about alarms and getting installed/activated. Their names were Sydney and Bryce. We hope that they get recognized for their great customer service. The touchscreen control panel is beyond impressive.

Nothing better than having a service appointment that ends up on time. Very rare these days! Our installer was 3min early, and gave us a phone call when he was 15min away. Our house is 3 stories, with a lot of rooms and open space, but the installer got everything hooked up in under two hours. Thanks for such a positive experience ADT.

ADT Authorized Premier Provider installed my new security system. I spoke with them on the phone two days prior and went through the quote process. Were pleased with the promotion offered and the scheduling availability. The wireless keyfabs are convenient to put on your car key ring so you can control your alarm when you’re pulling in and out of the driveway.

The technician from ADT Provider/Protect your Home helped set up passwords and usernames and verified that the system worked before he departed. I recently purchased a home security and home automation system from them. He even gave us extra ADT window decals to make sure all of our visible windows were covered.

All good from our standpoint! We enjoyed the convenience of being able to request a phone call to receive a quote and free assessment. They had a good variety of packages and promotions to fit various house sizes and equipment preferences. We opted for a package that came with door sensors, motion detectors, and 2 cameras. All can be controlled from your phone.

Just received exceptional service from service tech Stanley S. He got our alarm activated in under and hour. He also wore a mask, gloves, and shoe covers the entire time; which we really appreciated. Satisfied clients of ADT!

Camera quality and clarity is what sold us on getting our security system with ADT. They were able to show us a quick demo before we agreed to buying. Appreciated being able to see the products in action before having to commit. Thought that what we paid was fair and competitive.
