Want to leave positive feedback for ADT Authorized Provider/Protect Your Home. We’ve gone through them a number of times over the last 10 years when we needed a new home security system at our rental properties that we occasionally acquire. Their sales team is available 24/7, so that is convenient for us as we are night-owls.

Just finished up a fine experience with ADT Authorized Premier Provider. We called in to receive their current holiday promo. Love the doorbell camera to monitor for packages and the fact Customer Service is available around the clock daily. If we have any questions we just call in!

Appreciated the tech came wearing a mask and wore booties inside our home. He is professional and very knowledgeable about our system options and upgrades. The alarm works perfect and we’re glad that it’s backed by ADT monitoring and guarantee.

I can't say enough good things about Protect your home & Adt authorized provider. Salesmen Julius gave me a thorough explanation over the phone of rates, equipment options, procedures, etc before coming out to the property to activate the system. His follow-up on email was impeccable and he turned things around for us very quickly. We are new to ADT, so far, things have gotten off to a great start!

Recently went through all of our existing home services and tried to eliminate things we don’t need or adjust bills where possible. Decided to cancel our alarm service with our old provider, which led us to ADT. We now save $20/month vs our old bill and we have way more equipment. The doorbell camera promo was icing on top.

My family has been customers for 4 years. Service is always excellent. We recently had a sensor starting to fall off near our bay window, and ADT came out the same day to repair and upgrade it. We feel like valued customers and hope that others use ADT for security also.

Excellent service by our sales rep with ADT Authorized Premier Provider. I think his name was Seth, and he was fantastic! Even threw in two extra motion detectors because we are first time customers. Because of this, we will always refer others to ADT.

Have been on the hunt for a security provider that has excellent camera choices. We were pleased with what ADT has. We have a large country home and several acres to protect. The new system will help us out greatly at night and when we are away.

Typically don’t give reviews or feedback online, but felt that Protect Your Home – who is ADT’s top provider and retailer – deserves positive remarks to be seen by others. We were never given the “run around”, and were treated with respect. Everything fell well below our topline budget which was an awesome surprise.

Not surprised by the string of good reviews for ADT Authorized Premier Provider. These guys get it and they take pride in their products and customer service! They called us within 30 seconds of our submit request for quote. Just on top of the ball the entire way. The security system itself works fine and is very straight forward to arm and operate.

I reached out to them to get a quote on my surveillance camera system repair. Their quote was outrageous and they kept trying to sell me something I didn't want. I kept explaining it was for a tenant of mine and that it had to be done the way I was requesting and they weren't taking no for an answer. They were harassing me to the point of me having to hang up. They were extremely unprofessional and I would not ever recommend them to anyone.

I recently purchased a condo and had other companies come out to give me an estimate. After going through 3-4 which included ADT I finally decided to go with them because of the prices and attention given by their salesman Anthony Givens. He followed up with a call and a text a couple of days after we got setup. Appreciated feeling that we weren’t just a number to him and the company.

We’ve had bad luck with our security companies in the past, and we finally switched to ADT Authorized Premier Provider. Most alarm companies have good sales departments, but ADT Authorized Premier Provider backs it up with excellent customer service and follow-through. The ADT equipment is top of class and reliable.

I've been very happy with this company. Anything under the ADT business umbrella is excellent and always reliable. Have used them for 2 different security systems over the years. We also have ADT monitoring for our office alarm too.
