I switched our Security Company to ADT Authorized Premier Provider. We finally have a system that is up with the times and a monthly monitoring rate that isn’t crazy expensive. They did an awesome job at everything during our buying process. Thank you, thank you.

Bought a perimeter home security system upgraded with multiple cameras from ADT. Did not experience any delays or negative issues. I was actually surprised at how well it went, considering the crazy year that we’ve had. Extra thanks to our dedicated sales representative and product technician.

ADT has the best representatives. They always take extra time to make sure everything is done correctly. Our new cameras are positioned perfectly inside our house and outside our house. We feel that the monitoring contract rate is fair and affordable.

They explained the system and its functions well and spent a lot of time answering questions. Terrific service! We will use this company again for our future security needs!

Found ADT Provider/SafeStreets while researching on Angies List. They came by the same day I called. I needed new monitoring service and to get my siren working again. They clearly told me my options, and did not try to "upsell" me on anything. We went forward with the purchase and have never looked back.

We wanted a security system that could be controlled from a phone or tablet, and found the perfect solution with ADT and SafestreetsUSA. They gave us a demo on how their app level functions worked and how to use the Pulse Control app. Wish we would have had this equipment much sooner!

They responded to my every communication immediately, they were thorough in explaining my security options, were very professional, and made sure we understood everything before we left. The Protect Your Home Team got us upgraded to a brand new system that works correctly and efficiently. We put the new control panel right by our bed, so we can have everything at our fingertips at night.

Henderson, the sales representative, helped me add 2 cameras to the property. He made sure that my internet speed was appropriate for the system before my signing the contract. They went beyond the call of duty to make sure my needs were met and l was satisfied. Job well done ADT.

Overall a good experience using the Protect Your Home Team for a new ADT security and automation system. Took advantage of a mailer we received with a great deal. The promotion even came with a $100 visa gift card. Thrilled to have this project crossed off our list.

I contacted ADT Security Services for a home alarm monitoring. A sales representative from ADT, Kayla Pierce, came to my place on 11/21/2020 and had me Docusign a contract. Nineteen days later (12/10/2020), an ADT technician came to my place, and installed and activated the ADT home alarm monitoring system. About 30 minutes after the technician left, however, the security keypads kept beeping very loudly for hours. I call the ADT customer service 4 times over a 3-4 hour span, but the issue couldn't be resolved and the ADT made another appointment on 01/15/2021 for a proper installation. On 12/11/2020, I called the ADT customer service, explained the issue I had, and asked for a cancellation of the service because I was not satisfied with ADT and didn't want to wait until 01/15/2021. The ADT told me that I could cancel within 3 days not from the date of installation (12/10/2020) but from the date of contract (11/21/2020) without paying a penalty. The contract prevented me from cancelling the service without penalty after I experienced their poor service. ADT informed me the penalty would be 27 months of fees ($918, 75% of the 36 months term) if I chose to cancel. The sales rep didn't answer to my phone calls nor to my texts.

ADT was great! We were in a time crunch to get an alarm system set up asap as we had just moved to a new house. They were able to sneak us into an appointment the next day with help from a manager. Thankful and appreciative that they went the extra mile to adapt to our time crunch.

My alarm installer Conner was very easy to work with. He was on the job site on time. He explained how the system work clearly. He took the time to hide all the wires and cleaned as he go. I'm happy with his installation. We highly recommend ADT Authorized Premier Provider to anyone that needs a new alarm or security system.

If we could give six stars, we would! We just switched over to ADT because of the fine reputation they have. We worked with a "GEM" representative by the name of Will P. He coordinated everything perfectly for our order of a new burglar alarm. Still getting used to all of the innovative features, but so far so good.

Worked with a very friendly rep at ADT Premier Provider. They are also known as Protect Your Home and are the biggest dealer for ADT across the country. Spent about a week researching home security companies, but in the end are glad that we went with this company. Many thanks!

I want to recap the recent experience that my family had with ADT Provider/ProtectYourHome. Took us only 45 seconds to get a call back after we requested quote on Angie List. Spoke with a nice man for about 15 minutes and discussed packages. Decided to upgrade with fire/carbon devices too. Three days later, we had the system up and running properly.

I can finally run my entire smart home system and smart alarm from my phone. I’m hardly ever home, so having the cellphone app control was paramount. I wasted too many years with my old alarm company that didn’t provide any mobile features. Rock on ADT Team!!

We purchased a robust alarm system and camera system with ADT Authorized Premier Provider. In total, we bought 2 touchscreen control center panels, 8 door and window sensor detectors, 4 motion detectors, 2 key fab controllers, 1 extra siren, 1 fire detector, 1 carbon detector, 3 indoor cameras, and 4 outdoor cameras. Although our order was quite large, their team did not flinch one bit. Satisfied with our experience and give an A+ grade.
