Went very on time and did great job very helpful checked everything out

We were very impressed with the service we received. The price was excellent, installation was quick, and the the two installers were very professional. We would highly recommend Siemer Heating and Air Conditioning.

Angie's was offering a good deal to have this company come and do preventative maintenance on my furnace (clean, check, inspect, etc) so I signed up to have them do so. My appointment time was 3pm. At 3pm a person from the company called to say he was on his way. He arrived at 4pm-1 hour late. He spent a total time of 30 minutes (my old company would spent 1hr). He didn't bring anything to clean out my furnace with. When I noticed this I brought him down my shopvac from my garage to use. My previous furnace company brought their own shopvac and cleaning stuff. He briefly went over my furnace with me and said all was okay. While he was doing this he was hanging onto the gas line that fed into the furnace. This made me a little nervous and made me question why he would do that. It isn't designed to hold a 200lb man's weight. I also didn't get anything from him as far as a checklist or statement showing what he checked. My old company always provided me with a full checklist showing what they checked, voltages or amps readings of items that he checked showing normal ranges, etc. A very detailed list. This guy just gave me a bill. I told him I already paid through angieslist. He needed something showing this so I had to print up my confirmation email from Angieslist and give it to him. Anyways, in comparison to my old furnace company that I used in a different state I wasn't impressed nor really satisfied with this service and will go with a different company in the future. The service went well. The technician did a good job and explained things to us. He explained what to look for and what we could do to make the heater run better. We have an older radiant heat system and he was very knowledgeable about the system. He also left us a tool that we could to use on the system. They were very helpful. I would use them again.

The gentleman promptly came and performed the service as described in the special offering. But, more importantly, he checked the air duct vents for the system and even cleaned one vent for me. He also took the time to explain the future options for my existing system. He spoke to me in terms I could understand. I used this company for my A/C needs as well. I haven't been disappointed yet. They do a fine job and in a professional manner.

I had very strange dealings with Siemer based on all the great reviews which prompted me to call them first. Our first visit was with the free estimator to give me an estimate on replacing the electronic cleaning unit with a media filter box (or fashion some duct work to hold filters.) The estimator was very nice and prompt but once he left, I never heard from him again. I had a few other estimators come out and give me a price right there. So that was odd. Our second visit I was not present but my wife was. The tech spent 15 minutes on our furnace before telling her that he saw multiple cracks in the faceplate of the furnace which indicates there are sure to be other cracks in the furnace if he opened it up. He also said he detected carbon monoxide at .02 which is "dangerous" and we should "under no circumstances turn it on." He then said he wasn't allowed to do the cleaning because the furnace was so bad. He said we needed a new one. The charge for the visit was $60. He then forgot to take the check when he left. Someone from Siemer then called a few days later and asked me to mail the check which was sort of annoying because they are only 5 minutes from my house and I'm sure that someone in the company would be around our area at some point and could have picked it up. After consulting with a family friend who is an HVAC estimator (in another state) he said .02 isn't that bad. It won't even set off a carbon monoxide detector. He suggested getting second opinions which I did. Turns out there are no cracks in our faceplate nor any indications of any internal cracks. There was some dust inside the A frame which another company cleaned out. The furnace is now running great. No new furnace needed! Very surprised and disappointed in my experience with Siemer.

The service went very fine. They were prompt and followed through. It was good.

They came out right away to give me a quote. Very knowledgeable and felt comfortable (not as if i were an idiot who knows nothing about furnaces.. which i do not!). The guys who came to install, once i decided on them where very professional, clean up and answered all questions. They even looked at my air conditioner to make sure it did not need to be clean and was running well. Which is was.... so they did not try to "up sell" me. Will be using them for all future air conditioning and furnace needs.

siemer installed previous system 20+ years ago. I also used them in my previous home. {This alone shows how much I trust them}.The work was completed in one day, they returned five days later{when the outside temp.was hotter} to top off the refrigerant and recheck for leaks.

Paul was very professional and competent. Work done in a very timely manner. Will definitely use them in the future.

Originally there was some issue with how soon the installation could be completed but when my husband addressed the safety conerns we had, Siemer was able to install everything within a week. Three options for the equipment ranged from good, better and best. We went with the better grade equipment and are pleased with our choice. The salesman for the equipment was very informative and explained details well. Very satisfied with this company.

My wife and I saw the special on Angie's List for a A/C inspection, since our unit was installed in 2000 and never checked, we decided to call and make appointment. There was no problem getting in touch with someone in the office and our appointment was made for 3 weeks later, they were that backed up which wasn't a problem. The day of the appointment the gentlemen arrived on time and was very polite. He performed all work in a thorough and prof. manner. The inspection took a little over an hour and we are very pleased we found Siemer and will definitely use them in the future. By the way I was at work that day so my wife had to handle the inspection and felt very comfortable with the service tech.

Serviceman was on time and provided services as stated.

Spoke with George Siemers (owner) a couple of months ago, who came out and did an assessment and estimate of costs of replacing our furnace and adding central A/C. He was professional and cost conscious. Called him last week and asked him to come out and do the work. His crew arrived promptly on Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. and worked until 4:00 p.m. They were professional and knowledgeable. I was very impressed. System seems to be working well. I would definitely recommend this company.

They would not perform the requested service.

I paid $49 to clean the air conditioning and they would add a pound of gas if you needed it. They were real polite. He cleaned my unit outside and he checked it. He checked the gauges and told me I didn’t need any Freon and it was perfect. I think $49 it was really awesome and nice. He was honest and if it was any other company they would try to sell you something all the time. I don’t know anything about the furnace or air conditioning. He came in and he checked my furnace and told me it was pretty new. He said it was looking good and he checked the outside unit and cleaned it really well. He checked everything was working fine and there was enough of Freon. When he was done he gave me the statement. He told me that when the outside unit breaks down, whenever it does it would make more sense to get a new one rather than repair the old one because it was already about 17 years old. I really appreciated his service. I told him that if my unit ever breaks down then I would call them.

I was very satisfied and I would use them in the future.

This company is the BEST for anything to do with furnaces and air conditioning. The service man was on time, pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Siemer's and will be using them from now on.

GOT HOME ABOUT 10:30 PM FROM SHOPPING.HOUSE WAS VERY COLD.FURNACE WOULD NOT TURN ON.IF I COULD HAVE WAITED TILL MORNING IT WOULD HAVE BEEN CHEAPER.BUT IT WAS TO COLD.I CALLED THEM.BECAUSE THEY ARE A CARRIER DEALER.AND A I HAVE A CARRIER FURNACE.THEY ARRIVED IN A A HALF IN HOUR.WAS JOB LATE AT NIGHT.SO IT COST MORE.BUT HE HAD THE PART ON THE TRUCK.AND WAS DONE IN A BOUT 20 MIN. THEY CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO MAKE SURE EVERY THING WAS OK
