Description of Work: I had one white, man's shirt cleaned. It came back with black lint all over it. I was asked if my husband wore it under a sweater. What difference would that have made? But, my husband doesn't wear sweaters. The shirt was sent back to re-do, because there were also creases on the shirt. Shirt came back fine. But no coupon or apologies for the inconvenience. Cashier said "well, we red-did the shirt." As they should have! I won't use them again.
