They are pretty good so far. They are very easy to get a hold of through email and phone calls.

I met Gettum at the home show and asked to come out for an estimate. Once he arrived I was informed that a contract and deposit were required for an estimate. This was not what I expected and it was a waste of my time. We were looking at a major remodel and the company was unwilling to make any kind of proposal or bid without a contract.

They were absolutely great! They had good clean up and follow up. All of the men working were courteous and professional. Everything was done as promised and done in a timely manner. I chose quality cabinets, which I paid more for, but that is what I wanted.

They were extremely professional. I don?t have anything negative to say about them at all. I would probably not use them, though.

Everything has been outstanding. We are very, very pleased with them. They really did a great job, and they were friendly, responsive, and punctual. They cleaned up their work thoroughly, and the job was done first rate.

We were thrilled beyond belief. It was just a wonderful experience from the beginning design phase all the way through the follow up. They came back and make any adjustments we wanted to make. They were professional and courteous and delivered exactly what they said they would and did it when they said they would do it. They are not the cheapest, but we got exactly we wanted. From start to finish (and beyond), this company was and continues to be professional, responsive, and completely in tune with our needs and desires. During construction, as things began to take shape, some details underwent several changes, as unforeseen needs surfaced, and this company was there with us all the way, changing, tweaking, revising. When the project was completed, I found that I had more neighbors than I thought---they all wanted to come in and sit a while in the new addition that boasts huge, double-hung windows on all three sides---10 in all! The arquitect drew a fabulous design that continues to impress guests and family alike. Another thing that impressed us was that when the project was done, Gettum did not just pack up and leave. The company stayed with us---and continues to do so---to make sure that nothing goes wrong, making immediate adjustments and repairs to any of their work if necessary. The construction foreman/super was just that---SUPER. The crew was the same, day in and day out, and became almost as family to my mom who was here with them all day during the construction months. We would most definitely hire this company again!

We had renovations done by Gettum before. We chose them because of prior experience with them was very good. Their kitchen designer worked closely with us to meet our needs and to work with the constraints we had. The site supervisor was easy to work with and kept the project moving well and on time. The work crews were professional, did quality work and cleaned up each day.

This remodel all started because we had a squirrel trapped in the wall. This company did a great job and they have a good sense of humor. They helped coordinate colors and tiles. They advised me about what materials to use and what would be easy to clean. The only drawback was the time it took to get all of the sub-contractors lined up to get the job done. Otherwise they gave me 3 fabulous bathrooms on a small budget.

We've used them for several projects. If they're not able to do something, they have subcontractors that are just as knowledgeable. I will go through them if I need anything else. We've used them for several years on different projects.

They arrived on time to do the work. The quality of their work was good. They were professional while they worked, except for one of their subs. I would use them in the future.

They are excellent. We are very happy with how everything looks. The job was done in a very timely manner and they were professional.They showed up when they were supposed to and they do use quality products.

They were neat, responsive, dependable and responsible.

On any follow up they did more damage to our house. On of their subcontractors did not employ any english speaking employees, which made it difficult to communicate with them. At the beginning the agreement was that they would use high quality windows and we have had trouble with air leakage and a representatives of the window company came out along with a representative of Gettum. Gettum came out and said that there was nothing wrong with their windows.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY ARE PROBABLY ONE OF THE BEST IN TOWN. WE HAVE RECEIVED TONS OF FEEDBACK ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE WORK THEY DID. THE LEAD CARPENTER WAS HERE EVERYDAY EVEN IF A SUBCONTRACTOR WAS THERE DOING WORK. THERE WAS NEVER A DAY THEY DIDN'T WORK. THEY COMPLETED IT IN THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY ARE A COMPLETE REMODELING COMPANY. THEY WORK FROM THE DESIGN ALL THE WAY TO COMPLETION. THEY ARE NOT CHEAP, BUT FOR WHAT YOU GET, THE PRICE IS WORTH IT.

SALES GUY WAS NOT INTERESTED AFTER ARRIVING FOR INITIAL CONSULTATION. IN A HURRY TO LEAVE, MADE ME FEEL AS IF MY 'JOB' WOULD NOT BE IMPORTANT ENOUGH OR BIG ENOUGH FOR HIM TO BOTHER. DID NOT FEEL I WAS TREATED RESPECTFULLY.

EXCELLENT, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!

THE SALES CALL WAS WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE. GARY TOOK THE TIME TO SHARE THE PROS AND CONS OF WOOD WINDOWS, CLAD WINDOWS AND VINYL WINDOWS AND OFFERED ME A CHOICE OF THE VARIETIES. ALSO, THEY OFFERED ''COTTAGE'' STYLE WINDOWS. THE INSTALLATION SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING.

VERY GOOD CREATIVITY, BUT HIGH COST AND POOR COOPERATION

THEY WERE QUICK AND DID A GOOD JOB. ALTHOUGH THEY COULD HAVE.COMMUNICATED BETTER WITH THE FLOORING INSTALLERS. IF THEY HAD ID GIVE THEM AN A.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH COMPANY FOR WHOLE HOUSE REHAB, NOT WITH IN THEIR SCOPE. MEMBER CAN NOT SPEAK TO THEIR ABILITY WITH SMALLER REMODELING PROJECTS.

HIGH QUALITY WORK, EXCELLENT SITE CLEAN UP. PROJECT MOVED STEADILY WITH NO DELAYS. EXCELLENT RELATIONSHIP WITH SITE FOREMAN. COMMUNICATION BETWEEN COMPANY AND CUSTOMER WAS EXCELLENT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

VERY COURTEOUS AND WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK.
