They did a good job. They do good workmanship and they had competitive pricing. Phil Gettum is always good to deal with and he does a good job working things out.

Despite the fact that this project was done during the fall and winter months, it went reasonably smooth. They started and finished the framing quickly and covered it so that rain would not get in. Then they were able to work inside. Gettum did an excellent job in matching the new addition to the old and no one can tell that it wasn't all built at the same time. They cleaned up the area before leaving each day. They had many helpful suggestions and readily answered our questions. Phil Gettum and his associates were pleasant people to work with.

They did every aspect and if we were to do anything further to the house we will have them do it. They were outstanding. They gave us a schedule and if there was a problem meeting the schedule we knew about it ahead of time. We always knew who was going to be there and when they would be there. They cleaned up well and they always took great care of making sure the project was great. If they found something in the design that would have worked better they suggested it even though it might have lowered the contract price. They also reused materials. I would give this contractor the highest marks and if he comes in higher than another contractor he is definitely worth it because of the peace of mind, on time delivery and quality of work that they will receive. They did suggest to us that we use other contractors during the process but they coordinated the efforts of the HVAC and other trade specialists because it was cheaper route for us to travel.

It was really great. It was the first time we ever had a contractor that finished before they said they would be done instead of after. They were quick, kind and clean. Overall it was a really great experience.

I love Gettum. When I call him for an estimate, he has been very honest with me if someone else could do it for a better price. They come soon after you call them. They come when they say they will come. They clean up after themsleves. The project manager comes every day to check on workers and make sure evrything is getting done correctly.

It was fine. They were very timely in phone calls. They cleaned up after themselves. They had good subcontractors. We were very pleased with the whole operation. When we had a problem with one paintner they got rid of them and got someone else in. They took care of any problems that we had.

We were pleased with the work they did. Overall, they worked with us. Their concern for the customer was strong. Since that time they have been good at coming back out to ensure that any problem we had either was nothing to deal with what they did or if it was they would correct it.

It turned out OK. We started out looking look into doing a remodel or addition to our house. We were satisfied with how that went but we decided not to do that project at that point. We had hail damage a couple of months later. When we found out they do that kind of work we decided to have them out. We were very happy with the job that was done. We did have some issues with the workers. At the time most of the workers were mainly spanish speaking and it was hard to communicate. They had a cart in our driveway that ended up scratching our garage door. We talked to the owner and they addressed the issues and we were overall satisfeid with the end product.

It is beautiful. They were efficient. They did good work in a short period of time. We have enjoyed our oasis outside.

They did eveyrthing fine. They only problem was that they had some personel problems and so we had to wait a while for them to complete the end of e project. That was fine because we didn?t have to pay untilt hey finished. We were waiting on the installation of an attic fan. It took them a couple of months until they figured out that it needed to be done since I wasn?t calling them up.

It was OK. it took a lot longer than we thought. We have had problems with the bathroom.When it was cold a couple of years ago the pipes froze and they couldn?t remember where they placed the pipes and we ended up having to punch holes in the walls.

Overall it was OK. We had some callbacks on a few things that we weren?t satisfied but they mainly took care of everything.

It turne dout very well. I am going to be hirirng them again soon to replace the other half of the windows. The quality of the work is great. There price is very competetive.

When we worked with other people on the project it was a little slower, but they had the ability to get things moving. They were always on time and they always had a timetable so I knew what was going on. They are a little more expensive.
