They did an outstanding job. Rob Delaby worked closely with us in the planning stage to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, and his experience was very helpful to us. The price we were quoted was very similar to two other quotes we had, but the foundation they used under the pavers was twice as thick and deep as the other contractors were going to use. The quality of their work was first rate. Their work crews were diligent and made as little mess as possible. What mess they did have to make, they cleaned up very well. They also did a nice job repairing our lawn where their equipment left tracks. I highly recommend Shane.

The team showed up on time everyday and worked during 100 degree days. Workers were polite and knowledgeable. Any minor issues were resolved immediately and to my satisfaction. Work came in on budget and looked beautiful. Truly transformed my yard.

Shane's came in to remove some dying shrubbery and plants, design a new bed, re-sculpt and re-plant it using all new material and mulch. Rob did a wonderful job on the design of our new bed. He chose plants that are low-maintenance, will provide color throughout the season, a variety of colors, interesting foliage when they're not blooming, varying heights. And, he met our #1 requirement... cover up the ugly foundation of the house! This has always been a problem area of our house. It gets no direct sun and doesn't drain very well. Rob took this into account and gave us plants that I'm confident will do better than anything I've put there in the past. And, he was able to coordinate it nicely with other landscaping we had done earlier this fall.

They arrived on time, worked hard, and did a good job. Looks great. Would use them again for a similar project.

My experience with Shane's went great! From the initial meeting to the finished product everyone was very prompt and professional. I never felt pressured to spend over my budget and I truly feel like I got what I paid for.

The shrub trimming was okay, but not the level of quality I would have liked. The crew did clean-up well. They were also supposed to cut down a small tree, but did not. We worked with the owner on a firepit project, but hired someone else that we received a quote from that was more responsive.

Not good when I hear that I cannot even get a bid. This is an enormous job and we need the help, but it will not be done by this company at this point since they are too busy to do it, and did not do the courtesy of even getting me the bid. I did not hear back from Rob for weeks. I gave him the fax number, and my cell, and he states he has tried both (cannot call me on the fax number- thus why it is fax number) and I have no receipt of a missed message or call that goes with his numbers. I feel he is too busy and did not want to do this job. Wish that I had known this in the beginning. We are still sitting with a torn apart yard and no one to fix it yet, but will find someone else other than this company. Someone must actually want the work.

Rob provided a written estimate via e-mail very promptly. The price was a little high, but they did a great job.

Shane's sent out a designer to talk with me and decide on a layout for the front of my house. They then sent me the final layout as well as an estimate. After approving it they came out the next week and got all the work done. They were very quick, professional and nice to work with. They did a beautiful job and I will hire them again in the future!

The things went really well with them. This is the second time we have used them. The price is very good. They are very professional. They show up when they say they are going to. They are well supervised. They put in a good quality planting. We have never lost any planting they have put in.

Someone from Shane's came out on April 14 (not Rob) to discuss our project and take measurements. Now, 5 weeks later we have never received an estimate or even any call or correspondence regarding our project. We've chosen another firm to work with on our project. I couldn't do bsiness with a firm that couldn't follow up with an estimate, or loses track of me. Sorry Shane's. You lost this business. Keep better track of your potential customers next time.

They did what they said, when they said they would, for the price they said they would. I am very happy with results from this project. They worked hard and did a great job. They gave a discount for doing things early in the season, working in weather that wasn't so great.

I could not be more pleased with the work, professionalism and follow-up on this project. They arrived on the date they said they would, did all the work in one day, and most importantly, came back immediately when I had some issues with a couple of the plants. While the problem was most likely my fault, they replaced all the plants in question, and I cold tell they just wanted the work to be done right. I would highly recommend Shane's, as I already have, and hope to be able to use them in the future. It will be my only call, A+++ service.

In looking to update the exterior of our home we contracted with Shane's Landscaping to add curb appeal in the front and privacy in your back yard. Having never planned a project like this we decided to go with professionals. From the beginning to the end we received courteous, professional service from the entire team. Jeff Suter was our designer and did a FANTASTIC job!. As I was new at this, he invited me to meet him at the nursery to help him get a better idea of what we were imagining for our yard. After noting which sorts of plants I was attracted to his suggestions of combinations were spot on. His willingness to work with a novice like me gave me the comfort to say what I liked and ask questions. Jeff drew up a draft plan and through email we tweaked it to perfection. Jeff suggested using starts from the garden in the front which lessened to cost and brought a similar look to the front and back of the house. Before the work began I asked about putting in a rock patio and it was added to the plan with no difficulty and enhanced the landscaping plan. We had prior issues of soggy spots in the yard between our house and the neighbors and Jeff designed a plan that would eliminate that issue for far less than other quotes we had gotten. Pipe was laid beneath the grass to collect water and drain it away without issue. We love not having that soggy muddy issue. The entire landscaping team was wonderful!! The project took about a week from beginning to end with workers beginning early in the morning and working hard all day. There were several teams, each with a team leader which made the work all come together perfectly. Jeff or his colleague Carlos visited the site daily. The final team went overboard to be sure the yard was cleaned up and well presented before leaving. It was a great experience and I will definitely hire this company again.

Awesome! Rob Delany and his crew were really great. Rob picked the perfect stones to match the color and scale for the job. Crew cleaned up after they finished. I highly recommend Shanes!

Everything was wonderful. They were very polite and knowledgeable. He did not try to force me into a decision, and instead followed exactly what I wanted while also offering his suggestions as a professional. He got back to me via with answers to any questions, which was great and I highly appreciated that. Although we decided to put off doing the work, we will consider them when we do.

They did a great job. They were friendly, and their communication was good. They came out and gave me a free estimate. Their price was the most reasonable among a bunch of different companies.

Rob met with us and provided us a design and estimate we were happy with. He was very patient with us and went through about 6 different alterations of the design and assisted us with the choice of pavers. His crew was very professional and courteous - they cleaned up the worksite and street and put back the fence they had to take down every night. They helped us get a huge piece of cement out of the ground so we could plant a tree and we didn't even ask them. They also finished the job quickly and on time. They did an excellent job and we are very happy with the final product. I would recommend Shane's to anyone considering a patio or landscaping.

Rob the owner came out multiple times to go over the design of the project. I enjoyed the fact that they did free estimates that also included a design of your backyard with the patio drawn to scale. A lot of other companies were wanting $75-$500 just to give me a quote. Jeff the manager also came out multiple times to go over the designs as well as assist us in choosing which trees to keep in the tree line. The staff was very courteous and on time every day. They worked very fast and cleaned up every night so that our yard was safe (we have 2 small children). We were very impressed with the whole process from start to finish. I would not hesitate to use them again and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent job. The workmen were courteous and qualified. The final bill was actually less than the quote by approximately $500. This just doesn't happen. While on the property they trimmed several large bushes that were difficult for us to do and charged almost nothing to do it. I was very impressed.

We called Shane's to come for an estimate. Jeff Suter, the landscape designer came and talked to us. We told him what we would like and he explained what would be done, how it would be done, and how long it would take. He also gave us some ideas to extend a mulch bed, so it would be easier for my husband when he is mowing. So we liked and agreed on that idea. We wanted our sculpted back gardens and tree areas edged out. Some shrubs that were over grown trimmed back, weeds pulled, and then apply black mulch. Jeff also said they would put down a feed for the plants and also a weed preventer before they put the mulch down. They called the day before to let us know when they would be here. The crew was on time, and got right to work. We could tell they knew what they were doing and didn't waste time. They did a great job and cleaned up everything. They also did the same to the front flower beds and tree areas. We have recommended them to many friends. Jeff stopped by a few days later to see if we liked everything that was done. And in talking we showed him from all the rain that some of the mulch washed down. He sugested that we get the extended drain tubes off our house drain, and it gets barried under ground. We agreed and his crew came out to do the job. They also raked the mulch that moved and put a top dress of mulch in the areas. We feel Jeff and his crew care about their clients and want to make sure they get the job done as expected. We will be using them much more.

Rob is the new owner of Shane Landscape, far better than the previous one. His customer service is excellent and will make sure you will be pleased with his service. The price isn't cheap but for what you get is worth every penny. I highly recommend his service.
