Description of Work: I used Mr marble to repolish two older marble floors. The floors came up beautiful. They look brand new and these were original to the house built in 1989, and were quite dull. I also had them do a better sealing than the installers put in, when I had two brand new marble bathrooms installed last summer. After only a couple of months I had already begun to see the wear.They sealed using a better grade proffessional sealer, shower walls in both showers and the vanities. After a major renovation to my house using several different contractors and subs, it was so enlightening to actually have a company that actually did what they said they would do and see such quality in their work. They are responsive to your call, come out quickly for an estimate and scheduling, very honest and trustworthy. I felt very comfortable leaving them in my home while I was at work. I will only use Mr Marble in the future for all of my Marble needs. Keep up the great work Roger!!

Description of Work: Mr. Marble Care cleaned and polished a marble wall and fireplace. The wall is 24' long, floor to ceiling with the fireplace built into the wall. The fireplace area had numerous fire and rust stains. They said during the estimate that some of the stains would be difficult if not impossible to remove. I understood and a few of the stains did not come out but were improved significantly. In general I think they did a great job and the marble looks so much better. I will likely use them again to polish a terrazzo floor in the entry.

 + -1 moreTerry was on time, spent nearly an hour looking at floors and advised that restoration would be costly and that the outcome might be unsatisfactory due to floor condition. He was very open & honest and advised a new floor. Very pleased with Mr. Marble!
Description of Work: Terry Hiles came to assess possible tile grout restoration. Since the company doesn't install flooring he also offered to give me names of floor sellers/installers.

 + -1 moreMy cleaning people accidentally spilled a cleaning product on the marble floor in our bathroom and it left a large dull spot in the middle of the floor with splatters around it. The entire area was probably about 2' in diameter. The cleaning company paid for this service so I am not sure how much it cost but I am sure it was worth it. The floor has an incredible shine to it and, in reality, looks better than it did even before it was damaged. The person who came out was very knowledgeable and showed up on time for the estimate and then scheduled the work within a couple of days. I am extremely happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: Did a polishing/vitrification process to a marble floor that had been damaged by a cleaning product that was accidentally spilled on it.

 + -1 moreThe owner called me back very quickly. They came out when they told me they would. It was very hard and difficult to find a person who doesn't just install marble but repairs marble. I found Mr. Marble care and it was quite a relief. They were great. You can't even tell that the corner of the vanity was ever broke unless your looking for it.
Description of Work: We have marble in our bathroom, after about five years of cleaning with incorrect cleaners it was getting rough and dull. They came out and polished the marble in our bathroom. Repaired a corner of the marble vanity. They also polished the granite island in our kitchen.

 + -1 moreTerry Jr. arrived to give estimate, and he measured all areas needed for cleaning, grinding, and polishing of terrazzo tile floor (approximately 300 square feet). He was prompt and professional, and he offered many pictorial samples of his company's work. However, his estimate was outrageously expensive, and ultimately we had the work done by a competitor at one-third the price of his estimate. My terrazzo tile is now gorgeous!

 + 0 moreTHEIR ESTIMATE WAS ALMOST DOUBLE FOR THE SAME WORK AS ANOTHER COMPANY. THE ESTIMATE SEEMED UNREASONABLY HIGH- I.E. TO REPLACE THE SINGLE SQUARE FOOT MARBLE TILE WAS $150. ALSO, THE REPRESENTATIVE 'DEMONSTRATED' HOW HE COULD POLISH OUR TILE, AND PICKED ONE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FLOOR. CERTAINLY, THE RESULTS LOOKED GOOD ON THAT TILE, BUT NOW THAT WE'VE DECIDED TO WAIT AWHILE, WE HAVE A SHINY TILE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FLOOR THAT STICKS OUT LIKE A SORE THUMB.
