We are so glad we found this company! Extremely fair pricing, punctual (multiple visits) and both Roger and Kurt went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled professionally. Kurt even offered to remove all old caulk in the kitchen and expertly reapplied...so it looks brand new...at no additional cost! They are both first rate professionals and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them both (not to mention genuinely nice people).

Mr. Marble was very responsive. Roger came out to walk through all the work we were looking for and promptly sent me a quote the next day. We scheduled service for the following week based on my availability to be home. Kurt showed up as scheduled, was extremely professional, thorough, thoughtful, and went above and beyond with his attention to detail. All work was completed and the work areas were left cleaner than before the work started. Very happy with all aspects of the projects and highly recommend Mr. Marble.

Cleaning products had etched some of the marble in my shower. I called the Tile Shop where I had purchased the marble and they recommended Mr. Marble Care. Roger came out and gave a thorough look. We decided that, since he was coming anyway, to have the full shower polished as well as our marble floor. It was a two day job. Curt was meticulous in his work. He caulked some spots in the shower at no charge. Roger lent a hand on the second day in order for them to be done. There is a marked difference in our shower and floor. They look brand new!

I worked directly with Roger. He was very responsive to all emails and very knowledgable. I could not find many who were willing to do this work, so it was difficult to get comparison quotes, but it was worth it. This marble is very old and had sentimental value and due to the great customer service and quality of work, I would absolutely hire them again.

They arrived on time and were very careful to protect all cabinets and walls. A great deal of attention was spent correcting all blemishes and finally two coats of sealant was applied.

It was a messy project, but they protected everything and cleaned up everything afterwards. They sealed the tiles at the end. I would highly recommend them. Very professional & knew what they were doing!

Roger came out and gave me a detailed estimate of the project. I had a limited two day time-frame and he made it happen on those two days. Kurt came out and did the cleaning, polishing and vitrification. The floor is shining and looks even better than when it was new. The work was excellent and Kurt taped off the areas near the carpet and cabinets in the kitchen to protect them. He left the work areas clean and was super to work with. I highly recommend Mr. Marble because they have been in business about 30 years and know what they are doing.

Roger and his staff were great! They were responsive in coming for an estimate and quick to get me on the schedule. They worked with me to create multiple color options for caulk to fill the granite seam to make sure I would be pleased with the outcome. And they even went above and beyond to regrout the seam between the granite and backsplash when they saw it was cracked. I will use them again!

Initial appointment was for the estimate.  Cost was a little higher than we expected, but in the end - it was worth it.  We were able to schedule the work right away.  They had to re-set a few tiles.  Those had to cure a few days prior to grinding.  Actual grind and polish was scheduled for the next week.  Arrived on time and ready to go.  
For the 120 SF entry way, they spent approx 5-6 hours on day 1.  This included prepping, grinding and polishing.  The transformation was amazing!!  They came back on day 2 to seal the tile, grout and caulk.  That took approx 3 hours.
Excellent experience.  Great people to work with.  Very professional and helpful.

They took very good care of us. They could not get some rust stains out, but they informed me of this before hand. I would recommend them and use them again. They were proficient and clean. They were very prompt to my calls and showed up on time. They were able to work around my schedule.

The gentleman was very professional and personable.  My granite looks beautiful again, especially around my kitchen faucets!

He was very good to work with and stayed true to his estimate.  The results look absolutely beautiful.
He was able to repair the pitting in the bathroom counters and now they shine like a mirror.

I definitely would recommend him to anyone that needs marble work done.

We had a small antique table approximately 100 years old that had a marble top very much in need of cleaning and polishing. We took the top into Mr. Marble on Friday,11/11/2100. We got a call on Monday 11/14/2011 advising us that it was ready for pick up.We were amazed at the difference in appearance. The folks at Mr. Marble are extremely friendly, professional,and effecient. Prices are reasonable for the quality of work.

Mr. Marble Care came out and tried to polish the scratches off.  They were unable to do it and needed to do a more time consuming procedure.  The floor looks great!

This was an excellent experience.  I had gotten a quote probably eighteen months ago but decided not to do the work at that time.  When I finally decided to go ahead, they honored the original quote.  It took about two weeks to get on their schedule but was well worth the wait.  Everyone I talked to and worked with was very pleasant and helpful.  The result were phenomenal!  Every time I go in the bath, I am thrilled with how the marble looks.

DO call Mr. Marble Care if you have a stone care issue.
DON'T put off doing the work--our results were great!

This is the second time that I have used Mr. Marble and I am very pleased with their work.  From the beginning, Roger set up the appointment and reconfirmed the day before.  Curt worked on my countertops and did a great job.

Mr. Marble was great to work with. They cleaned and polished the marble in each of the 4 rooms, repaired chips in grout, put epoxy over old holes to hide and blend them in as best as possible, etc.  They're accommodating and professional - in a couple of situations, I asked them to redo some of the patch jobs because I thought a lighter color would look better, and they were happy to do it. I would highly recommend Mr. Marble and intend to use them every year or so to re-polish everything.

I thought it was a fair price. I liked the quality of the work, the marble had some stains in it and they did an excellent job.

They provided us with good service. I thought the price was reasonable, they did a good job and were very professional.

They did a good job but whatever they used turned the grout in certain spots from white to yellow. We had to have someone come back and clean the grout for us. The marble looks great, though, and they buffed out all of the scratches. They might have been willing to come and clean the grout but we just called someone else to take care of that. Their price was similar to all of the other companies that gave me a quote.
