Description of Work: I gave an A on all but honestly I can't really speak to price though, I don't know how much these things usually cost. | |BUT, I did appreciate the quick response and punctuality. My AC went out at 6pm, I called them at 7pm, and they offered to come out that same night but I told them to come in the morning. They were there just before 8am as we had discussed and my system was fixed/cleaned by about 9:30. I was sooo happy I only had to deal with an 85 degree house for one short night.

Description of Work: I was please with their service, thought they were a little high on their hourly rate but the wasted no time reviewing the issue and completing the work.

Description of Work: Promptly arrived, explained what they were going to do after examining/assessing the furnace in place and immediately got to work. They started promptly @ about 9 a.m., and were finished about noon. The work area was cleaned up and the installation was tidy. The manager/owner explained what they did, how to change the air filter and made sure all my questions were answered. |I was very pleased with their professionalism and work.

Description of Work: They replaced a switch in the furnace. We're here in an hour. It wasn't one they stocked so they checked around town and then had it fixed within 4 hours all from the first call that day. It even cost about $50 less than they estimated so I appreciate their honesty.

Description of Work: I called Legacy Heating & Air conditioning to repair my very elderly father's furnace which would not shut off the blower following a heating cycle. The furnace is an older model and I am sure a less reputable dealer would have pushed very hard to try to get my father to install a new furnace. The bottom line is he just can not afford to buy a new furnace. The repair-parts, labor and service call after the senior discount was only $134.00. My father was so happy he had found a heating & air condition company that did great work at a very reasonable price that I thought he was going to cry!
