Commercial systems include wiring conference rooms for presentation projectors and televisions, cameras and alarms, music systems and networking solutions. Residential systems include home theater systems, surround sound, whole house music, flat-panel televisions sales, automation, cameras and security solutions.

Services we don't offer

Please do not consider us for a one hour service call on if your speakers crackle or another company installed them or if you went to BestBuy to get your TV. We will be happy to quote you on a new system to replace your old one. We cannot be held responsible if other customers have higher priority. We prefer to give our time and effort to individuals who deserve not to hold us accountable for a one hour service call.

Description of Work: Rick, the owner, can sell anything. His staff is knowledgeable, friendly, good technical people IF you can get them to show up for an appointment. I have made more than 5 service appointments with them for which they DO NOT SHOW UP and DO NOT CALL to indicate they won't be here. Other people we know who have used them are having the same problems. I Do NOT recommend them

The client demanded immediate service for the network they replaced by themselves with alternative parts and of course we are two hours away and two weeks notice is required. We don't service clients out of our metro area as an emergency service call - it just frustrates everyone - sorry! PS the systems work perfect!

It was a good experience.
Description of Work: We bought a universal clicker for our TV system which took 3 clickers to operate. Justin Masters was the person who answered my call and completed the job for us. The job was very satisfactory and the experience was very good. I feel the price was more than fair and I not only would use them again, I would recommend them to my friends. Justin had some trouble with our setup, but he made 2 trips to get the job done right. He was professional and took time to explain the clicker operation once it was installed.

THEY WERE ON TIME, QUICK, EFFICIENT, GOOD, AND WASTED NO TIME, WHICH HELPED MY BILL STAY LOW! VERY REASONABLY PRICED. THEY WERE BOTH YOUNG GUYS, BUT THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS FINE AND HELPFUL FOR ME TO UNDERSTAND SOME DIFFERENT OPTIONS. HE ALSO SHARED SOME SUGGESTIONS ABOUT GENERAL DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS FOR THE ROOM BEYOND THE HOME THEATER WORK. HE PROVIDED A DETAILED SKETCH OF THE PROPOSED WORK AND FOLLOWED UP WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS BY EMAIL WITH THE EXACT ESTIMATE, WHICH WAS FOR A PACKAGE THEY SELL. ONE SURPRISE WAS THAT THE FINAL ESTIMATE WAS QUITE A BIT HIGHER THAN I THOUGHT I UNDERSTOOD IT TO BE RIGHT AFTER HIS VISIT--APPARENTLY I HAD MISSED THE COST FOR LABOR TO INSTALL. ALSO, IT FELT A LITTLE LIKE THERE WAS A STANDARD PACKAGE I WAS BEING SOLD RATHER THAN REALLY PARTNERING TOGETHER TO UNDERSTAND MY NEEDS AND POTENTIAL FUTURE EXPANSION OF THE SYSTEM.
Description of Work: A REPRESENTATIVE CAME OUT AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR A HOME THEATER. I DID NOT GO FORWARD WITH THE WORK ($6700).
