Nightmare from start to finish

We’re happy with our new bathroom. All the Superior Bath System people were courteous, friendly, and responsive. Our installer, Brian, was especially congenial and helpful. The salesman had product samples with him on the initial visit, which we found helpful. We have no complaints and we recommend this company to others.

I would recommend them to anyone. The gentlemen who installed my bath system is a veteran and fellow soldier at arms named Brian. He is very professional and I am extremely happy with his work. I will recommend and use absolutely use him, again.

Work as expected. Some delays on shower components took longer than expected. Price better than other major competitor.

New updated bathroom looks and works wonderfully!

Took a little longer than I expected for the work to get started, but the job itself was very well done. Brian did an outstanding job; didn't seem to cut any corners. I must add that I think the new shower floor is a little slippery. If I had known that beforehand, I would probably have had another grab bar installed.

We would like to let everyone know that Superior did an amazing job on our new shower. We are in love with our new shower. We highly recommend Superior.

My husband and I recently contracted Superior Bath to renovate our master bathroom. Our bathroom was outdated and included a garden tub that we no longer used, that took up a ton of space. Superior removed our garden tub and enlarged our shower. The new shower is amazing and we love it. Superior also installed a new vanity with a countertop and 2 new sinks. They turned out very well. We love all of the work that was done and would recommend Superior to everyone.

It went exceedingly well. Work crews came on time. They were clean, accurate, courteous, professional. And easily fielded my questions however uninformed I may be on this sort of thing. They managed expectations on the process and timelines. A few fine tunes that they easily remedied without having to follow up. The end result was even better than we anticipated. Very happy. I contracted with Superior to install a new walk in shower as well as a new vanity with sinks and faucets. The work was recently completed and we are very happy with the results. Everything Superior discussed was completed and done very well. The installers were incredible, they kept us involved during the install and asked our opinion on various aspects along the way. Superior bath completed 2 bathroom projects at my home in July of last year. The first project involved converting the tub in my master bedroom into a walk in shower. I love the look of my new shower, I love seeing it every time I go into the room. It turned out perfectly. The second project was in my spare bathroom where they removed my old tub and installed a new one. This project also turned out wonderful. I have shown off my new showers to family and friends and everyone has been impressed and jealous. I have been using the showers daily since July and they have continued to look as beautiful as the day they were installed. I love the work they did.
