Once the shelving was installed, it was done appropriately and correctly. They did not show up for the first appointment due to miscommunication with Angie's List messaging. The second time they believed they had called us to let us know they weren't coming due to not having the correct materials. The price was a good deal and they provided extra hooks due to the scheduling miscommunications.

Eric came and installed within an hour. Looks great and is an awesome use of space. May have to install another.

They were prompt for the appointment. The job took less than an hour to complete. The price was great and was a great value. Everything turned out nicely. I am very happy with him.

My experience is wonderful. They came out and walk real everything and they just built our house. They had walked for everything that I had wrecked, ask them to do, and gave me suggestions that would actually set the garage better and move more storage. I will use them again and all of my garage and closet needs. They will come in and do the estimate on redoing walking closets. I had purchased the overhead story draft before. And knew went to go install them ourselves and I have a deflation more just to look on myself that was going to be. I called them I think 9:00 at night and they were out the next day. It was the cell phone number of the owner that I had actually contacted online. They were actually the only one that I could find that installed the overhead garage door truck at a reasonable price. I wanted people who did south it was not worth their time to come out and do that. They rather over quote me or they do not do that. It was about an hour and a half. It was one of their steel overhead storage a bit rough.

Service was excellent. Eric had to come back at my requests to relocate shelf unit. It was my error and he did not hesitate to move the entire unit at a very modest cost.

I was totally impressed by Eric. The job was done when he said it would be and he is very professional. I would highly recommend it. There is a lot more labor involved in doing the ceiling mount shelving and I am glad it did not tackle it my self.

The transaction with Eric at Indy Monster Garage could not have been more pleasant. I had purchased a shelving unit and installation at a special price from the shelving manufacturer. Eric came by on the previous day to assess what might be required to complete the job. He scheduled for 9am the next morning and arrived right on time, installed the unit in about an hour, cleaned everything up very nicely. He even noted and corrected some safety issues on a previous shelving unit that I had installed myself. I was very impressed with the professional attitude and work performed. I have some other garage improvement projects in mind that I will definately ues Indy Monster Garage for.

I talked first with Eric at the State Fair and told him what I wanted. He came out to the house and took measurements, we talked some more, and a couple of weeks later, he described what he thought would work, and asked what I thought. I agreed to go forward. He then put together a contract with drawings and specifications, and we both signed it. It took a couple of months to finish the project. The cabinets came out great. He used good materials and craftsmanship. He was very friendly and professional, and took pride in his work. The one issue was that it took a lot longer than he or I expected complete the job, but this was not a big problem for me. I think he underestimated the labor it would take to finish the job. Even so, he worked diligently to complete the job, and never complained about the contract price. I and extremely satisfied with the end result.

I was referred to Indy Monster Garage by an online retailer of overhead garage storage systems. I initially planned to do the installation myself but after discussing with Eric determined it was much more cost effective to have a professional such as Eric do the installation. And I was right. The job was completed in a very timely manner and to my satisfaction.
