Recently the window in our front room was damaged, and when I had the company come out to look at it, he said it needed to be replaced. I asked what the charge would be and he said it would cost me nothing at all, since he stands by his product for the entire length of time I live in my home. He cleaned my windows for free. I had stepped on some of the siding of my house and bent it, and the company is replacing it for free. I am very pleased. I had a window leak and they came back and fixed it for free. I've had a couple other problems and he made three trips to make it right at no additional charge. We've had our windows, siding, and gutters done by this company and have not been let down. We recommend them highly and will continue to use them in the future.

They did excellent, triple A. They were punctual and extraordinarily professional. We receive compliments on the deck daily.

My home was broken into on the thursday before 4th of July-Friday. I specifically chose 3 providers from Angies' List that mentioned saturday hours, since it had already been 2 days since my door glass was broken. Fadely Home Designs (Mark) was the only one that was helpful (see below). He returned my call on saturday, and we later discussed the idea of me going to a local hardware store, pick out a door, and he could offer an installation for wednesday. He then came back and offered me tuesday morning, which was very much appreciated since i was staying in the home with a large hole in my door covered with a plywood plank. Mark's workers showed up on time (and they had picked up my door from the store, something I could not do), were courteous and did a nice job. They also made sure that the peep hole installation was at the right height for me. They cleaned up after themselves and took away the old door. I was very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend them to others. As for the other 2 providers: One provider said "showroom open 8-2" (in another place, it said 8-12) so i drove there. There were a handful of very nice entry doors hanging in the showroom (I was looking for the basic variety); there was no one there to talk to about doors, door options, fiberglass vs steel vs wood etc. A nice lady from the back made me an appointment for monday -- but that is something i could have done over the phone.The second provider i drove to that advertised saturday hours had a sign up that said they had decided to close on saturday due to the holiday, sorry for any inconvenience, fill out a postcard (laying on the ground in front of the door), stick it in the door, and we'll call you and give you 10% off". I filled out the card, specifically asking for a call back on monday morning, and have never heard from them. So in all, i spent several hours saturday evaluating providers on-line and driving to their locations, and achieved nothing.

Mark Fadely came out, measured, and gave us an estimate on the spot. The work was done quickly by a very nice gentleman. He did the complete job, trim and everything. We absolutely love the atrium door! The storm door wasn't exactly perfect so Mark Fadely sent someone come out to look at it. They fixed it but when we put the glass in for the winter, the storm door would not close all the way. Mark Fadely has again sent someone out to fix the door. The great thing is that he won't stop until we are happy with the product and work done. I wish more businesses were like this! We will definitely use him again and again.

The company owner Mark Fadely, came out to my home and gave me an estimate after patiently answering my many questions and showing me the options. I only had to wait a few weeks for the work to begin. Mark is VERY pleasant to work with and receptive to all concerns I had. I felt the price was very reasonable. My new windows and door look great, function well and make my home very quiet. The installers, Jay and Mike did a fantastic job and were also very pleasant, easy to communicate with and conscientious. The exterior paint job is fantastic and Roger and his crew, were also very pleasant, easy to work with, and conscientious. I found Mark and his team to be great and very trustworthy. Both the installers and the painters showed great attention to detail and took pride in their work, which was definitely justified. I found this to be a company in which the owner and all of his team are very committed to making the customer happy. I have no complaints and would highly recommend Fadely Home Design.

Mark Fadely came to my home to give me an estimate in a timely manner after my initial call to his company. He measured all of the windows needing replacement so that he didn't have to return. Mark gave a thorough explanation of the various types of windows and included estimates for different windows. He priced everything individually in case we had decided to not to replace the windows all at once. He brought a sample window of the one I was most interested in and allowed my to keep it overnight until my husband was able to see it. I was interested in vinyl windows, but I was concerned about the color since my house (interior and exterior) has antique white woodwork and pure white would not have looked good. We found a great vinyl window that seems to be of exceptional quality and the color we chose (both inside and out) complements my home. I had gotten an estimate from Window World, and while they are less expensive, there were no color options that would have worked for me. I am convinced that I got a higher quality product as well. My home is over 50 years old and some of the windows had been replaced when certain rooms have been remodeled, but it is nice to all of the windows updated which has enhanced the look of my home. Mark Fadely was great to work with as were the two gentlemen who did the installation work. The work took two days and the men were very friendly and professional. I couldn't be there the entire time and I felt very comfortable having them there while I was gone. I had read great reviews about this company on Angie's List and I would highly recommend them as well.

Mark Fadely was very easy to work with and was highly responsiveness to our requests and to some needs to corrections in the windows and installation process. He offered discounts to account for a problem in quality with one of the windows, as well as replacing the new window. He also provided a discount to cover some damage to our deck and railing that occurred when the crew was carrying the windows. The price was excellent, particularly with discounts. This was a complex job that required extensive customization and skill. The crew was excellent in relating to customers and in responding to our needs. After the work was all completed, we have been highly satisfied with the results. We have recommended them to neighbors.

I had a great experience with Mark and his crew. Mark came out and provided an estimate to replace my home's original windows and took all measurements himself. His estimate was very competitive, and he was responsive in answering my questions. His crew did an excellent job installing the windows and cleaned up after they were done. Mark stopped by during the installation and also called after the project was completed to ensure that I was satisfied. There was a slight delay in getting three of the windows from the manufacturer, but Mark made it right. The crew even made a special trip back in order to reinstall my shutters so that they could paint the hardware to match. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and would hire Fadely Home Design again.

Best investment we have made on our house. We live in a modest English Tudor home in the Meridian Kessler neighborhood. Very few of our windows had storms and most were difficult to open. Most were standard double-hung windows with 6 panes top and 6 panes bottom. A few were casement windows, also with 6 panes. The replacements are identical in appearance to the originals, but far easier to open and close. All are high efficiency wood-framed windows, clad with permanently colored aluminum on the outside. We opted for permanent mullions, rather than removable, to separate the individual panes. While this added to the cost?and will make the windows slightly more difficult to clean?the appearance is stunning and looks like the originals must have looked back in the 20's. Installation and painting started on Monday, and was completed by noon on Friday. The replacement of the sliding glass door added to the installation cost and time, and the finished product looks great. Two carpenters and two painters were assigned to our job. All showed up on time, cleaned up every day, and the only task left for us was light dusting and vacuuming. Four weeks after the installation, we have had no reason to ask them to return. Mark Fadely and his employees are true professionals?we would highly recommend the company for window replacements.

Excellent Service!! From the appointment with Mark Fadely at the outset to the installation of the windows yesterday every interaction has been professional and positive. We have a lot of trim work inside the house by the windows and the installers were able to maintain the integrity of the trim. I just can't say enough positive comments. Quality product (pella) and quality customer service!

Everything went well from the beginning. Mark Fadley came to measure the windows & discuss the best windows for my house. The windows came in early and were installed in less than 6 hours (6 windows). The men installing the windows were punctual and clean and put everything back in place. Everyone was kind and polite. Of course I will call them again and I would refer them.

Mark's crew did a great job installing two new windows for the front of our house. They worked around our crazy schedule and worked through some bad weather conditions too. The crew was polite, cleaned everything up well afterwards and we are happy with the quality. Mark followed up with us afterwards to make sure we were satisfied. We would use them again on another project.

They came out and assessed the problem and they gave me a quote, which I accepted. They came out a week later to do the work. It took them 10 minutes to correct the problem and charged me less than what they quote the first time. Everyone as very friendly.

Several years ago, we hired Mark's company to replace all of the windows in our home, except for a glass block window in the master bathroom. That previous window installation went great -- his team cleaned up after themselves each day before they left, and we were pleased with the quality of the windows and workmanship. We recently decided to replace the glass block window, which had several cracks, and hired Mark for this job. On the day of installation, an issue came up, but Mark handled it and it was resolved before I arrived home later that day. Mark helped us choose the right window and glass design for the bathroom and we are happy with the way the window looks. We have referred Mark's company to people over the years since our first window replacement, and will continue to do so.

Mark Fadely was a great to work with. He was very professional. His work crew showed up on time, and performed the window installation perfectly. They took their time and did the work right so that I know the window will be secure and last for a long time. I would definitely call Mark if I had need of his company's services again.

Mark's crew did a splendid job! I have never had a company to present itself as professional as they did. It was a large job and took several weeks of work so we got to watch the craftsmanship that went into the process. The superior talents of the crew were more than we expected. We couldn't find any problems when the job was complete! That's saying something for me, I can always find something that was not done "right". A home appraisal surprised us when we found the value of our home had gone up $40,000, that's 2 times more than the job cost. We finally did have a problem when a couple of the shutters became loose. We called Mark to see if we could get a service call for the repair. The next day his crew was here to determine what was needed to fix the problem. Here is the best part: It has been 10 years since they completed the job and Mark is making the repair at no cost to us! Now that is standing behind your work! We have referred others to Fadley Home Design, and will continue recommend this company. You can trust them to do the job at a fair price and with quality that is hard to find today.

We got quotes from 5 Angie's List award winners to replace all of our windows over the next 3yrs. They were all spot on with price and selection. We chose to work with Mark for many reasons. Yet, we most liked working directly with the owner of a small local company that does use sub-contractors and he specializes in exteriors. As new home owners we are looking into windows, siding, and possibly a screened in porch/sun room. Now we have one local, reliable company that we can use for all of these upcoming tasks. We love our new windows and are very happy with their work. We had a total of 10 windows installed in 6 different sizes/styles.

The Fadely installation team lead by Jimmy are experienced and top notch installers. They are very organized, neat and show up on time. In fact they arrived early and worked hard both days they were at our home. They have a wonderful system that runs smoothly during the entire installation process, We were very impressed by their meticulous care for the inside of the house. He had tremendous follow up, answered all our questions and concerns and delivered on his promises. His team who installed the windows did an outstanding job and cleaned up as it happened. We contacted Fadely and got a prompt reasonable quote for multiple replacement windows and a sliding door. We proceeded with the order and our windows/door were ready and installed within a month. There was good communication! Experienced installers were at my home for two days and did a wonderful job - very professional and good attention to detail. Overall, we had a great experience with Fadely and will be calling Mark again when we are ready to have more windows replaced.

My experience was fantastic! Within an hour of posting a pic of our window issue to Snapfix I received a bid on the job from Fadely Home Design. They were prompt, professional and able to solve our window issue in a little over an hour. I'm beyond satisfied with this experience and with Mr. Fadely and his crew. We had thought we were going to have to replace our whole 3 window unit, but they were able to fix the issue on the one window for a fraction of the cost. It was refreshing to have a crew of problem solvers rather than replacers! Thank you!

Mark said the windows would take about 1-2 weeks to be made at the factory with my dimensions and color selection and his team would install soon after receipt of material. I placed the order with 30% down payment on 3/13 and Fadley Design installed the windows 15 days later on 3/28. Wow! What a difference these windows make, both curb appeal and the quality of the product. I must say this experience in hiring a contractor to do a job did not go as expected... it exceeded my expectations, Thank You Angie's List for your ongoing service to the consumers. In closing, I highly recommend giving Fadley Design a look when your home needs a face lift with new windows.

Excellent service, workmanship and responsiveness. The standard exterior trim didn't match the style of our home. It wasn't something we had considered until the standard trim had been installed on several windows, then it was very obvious. Mark and JIm were able to devise a customized trim that looks exactly like original construction. We really appreciated their patience and problem solving skills. The new Pella windows transformed our home, inside and out.
