Mark?s crew has worked with him for a long time and they were fantastic. The crew was prompt, paid great attention to detail and cleaned up each night. We replaced all of our windows through Fadely Design in March of 2009 and they were installed by them shortly thereafter. This is the first time we have had to use the warranty. We would recommend Mark Fadely and Fadely Design to all who are looking to replace their windows or have exterior work done on their home.

Mike came out to meet with us and showed us some great options for windows and doors. Mike clearly knows his business and his products. He had some excellent ideas for us and showed us several options for windows and door replacements. Mike also did a great job in putting together a proposal for us. We have not moved forward on the doors and windows since we are not going to be able to fully move into the house until spring and we have since discovered a lot of things the house needed from the roof, rotting framing, floors, electrical, plumbing, painting, insulation, replacing all the trim, and a 1,000 other things I don't even remember. But, I would not hesitate to contact Mike again as I think he would do a great job with the windows and doors. I'd recommend getting a quote from him and comparing options if you are looking for window and door options.

My initial search with Angies list included three contractors that I had chosen from those who had top "A" ratings. I had received contractor 1's quote which seemed very attractive, but I needed to hear what the other teams had to offer. Upon my second choice, Mark Fadely came to my place and gave me a quote rather quickly on a piece of paper (the other used a fancy form). I was surprised at how quick Mark came up with his numbers. I felt very comfortable with the Fadley product line, I stopped my search, and chose them. A primary reason for this was Fadley Home Design came up as a top performer on Angie's list. I knew that there was some reason for this. Mark showed me his product, assured me a timely installation, and most importantly he was from the area. I will always do business with local folks. So I chose Fadley. And it proved to be a good decision. Mark's team came in for the install at the agreed time. I had eight windows and one back door installed. Jay and Mike (his assigned team for my home) were super polite and cleaned up after any messes (which I felt there were none). There was a previous nick from one of my boys on an internal wall and these guys patched and painted it. It wasn't even part of the windows, or the install. But they fixed it. Wow! I felt completely comfortable with them entering my home and taking care of business, I gave them my garage code to the home to work while I was away. Mark even came by and checked on things very frequently. These guys were great! Overall, I am super pleased with my experience with Fadley Home Designs. I am a bit nit-picky about some fine details, and Mark's team covered those with no questions. The windows are beautiful, and the back door install was exceptional. I am getting ready to put a back patio door in and he will do that. There was no cost of the window repair because it was under warranty and he was so kind and waived the labor. I have known Mark for years and years and years. He is excellent and has given me a pretty good price on my storm door. Pricewise, he is just very fair.

Two workers showed up about an hour earlier than scheduled, but that wasn't a huge deal. Better early than late! They worked well as a team. They made quick work of getting the old door out. Both were very personable, took plenty of time to explain what they were doing and share their experience. One of the guys had commercial construction experience going back decades. He offered some valuable tips on other projects we could do to increase our curb appeal. The new door was a perfect fit. They were thorough and did not rush at all. In total, they were both here for about six hours. They even made a quick trip to the hardware store to pick up some molding since our original door didn't have any. The final outcome looks great. We can tell the quality of the product is very high. We went from a sliding door which was a value detractor to a door which is a value add (since the warranty is transferable). Overall, we are very satisfied. Zero remorse whatsoever. Every time we open the door, we are so glad we had it replaced with a quality product (and didn't attempt it ourselves).

I was not home at the time of the estimate because I was so sure I would not see anyone on time of the estimate due to it being a Saturday. I was pulling into my driveway at the exact time scheduled for my estimate, while a very nice looking car was pulling out! I was in a panic thinking I was going to miss my appointment and the company would not receive my calls or come back again! I ran into the house and began frantically looking for the phone number of the office, praying I would get in touch with whoever was at my house before they wrote me as a no call no show... Then the phone rang and it was the owner himself asking if he had the correct house! I said it was me and my kids trying to flag him down as he was leaving my drive! He came back and was not at all mad and impatient while I explain what I needed for my door replacement. Then when the estimate was finished I explained that I was an Angie's List member and didn't like paying for a coupon until I knew I would trust and appreciate the company working at my home. So he directed me to one of his coupons, and I wrote a check for down payment and I am now anxiously waiting for my door order to reach him and he will call and schedule the work. Now I know to be home at the exact scheduled time!

There were several installations involved -- windows were done in two segments and siding was another installation. And then I had a repair job today. In all cases, the workers were punctual, professional, efficient, and clean about all the details. I am always ready to recommend Fadely Home Design. I wish they did other kinds of projects!!

FANTASTIC!! I could not be more pleased. From start to finish, the professionalism, expertise, concern of customer needs and attention to details never stopped. I had already had one person come in, look at the window and tell me he could fix it. Then never heard from him again. When you're trying to sell your home and need a window fixed, having someone make an empty promise just is not an option. Fadely came in and saved the day. I honestly thought the initial visit would just be a "Yes/No I can/can't do this." with arrangements being made later. Not only were measurements taken and a confirmation that the job could be done provided, but I was given information, options, an estimate and the order was placed on the spot. Mark even informed me of how to obtain a $500 coupon to help keep the price down! And it doesn't end there. The window had to be made so it did take a little time before it was installed. However, when it was ready, I didn't have to go searching them out. They kept me informed, called and set up an appointment and SHOWED UP.....ON TIME!! In, what I have decided is Fadely Fashion, Jay and Mike knowledgeably, expertly and professionally replaced my window. And if they had any issues with me hanging around, watching their every move and asking questions, they certainly didn't show it. Once the window was installed, they recognized that it didn't quite fit in with the look of the older windows so made a few alterations, without having to be asked and without additional cost. The new window looks fantastic and fits in very nicely with it's older surroundings. I know exactly who I will call for all my window needs. Thank you Fadely!!

It went very well! Mark , the owner, was very professional, personable, and checked out all of our windows to see what needed to be fixed. He solved two of the problems right away, two window cranks were replaced, and he is sending his crew out to fix the rest! The lifetime guarantee on the windows as well as the maintenance IS HUGE! We could not be happier with how quickly Mark's company responded and with NO additional cost!

Awesome! Mark came out and provided an on the spot estimate which was significantly better than any other estimate I received. Windows were ordered and arrived within the 30 days we were told it would take. When it came time to install, Jimmy and Duane did a great job despite the fact that the windows being replaced were original and proved to be a bit of a challenge in removal. They answered my many questions and took care to provide "extras" to make sure we were happy. Once everything was done Mark stopped by to make sure we were satisfied. The windows and shutters look great. They have definitely given a face lift to our home. And they work beautifully. We are especially enjoying the security features as well as the ventilation that these windows provide. From start to finish this was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend Fadely Home Design and only regret that I didn't do this sooner.

We had Fadely install new windows in September of 2001. When cleaning my windows recently, I realized that one of my windows would not stay up. I called for repair and someone came out that day to do the repair! It is wonderful to know that after all these years of having the windows in place, repairs can be made that quickly at no charge, quality work can be done and the company stands behind their product! I would highly recommend Mark Fadely and Fadely Home Design!

They did a wonderful jobj-had to cut ithe entry in order for the new door to fit in the space. They were professional, skilled at what they do, excellent quality. Thank you very much for your attention to detail.

Mark was very prompt at returning my call and scheduling an appointment to come out and give us an estimate. He inspected and measured all our windows and gave us several quotes for doing all our windows vs. just the most needy ones, with three different options for window makes. He was very helpful, thorough, and informative. He took the time to answer all my questions. He gave me a couple of names of customers who were willing to let us come see how their window installation turned out and everyone spoke very highly of him and his installers. In addition all the installations looked great. It was a really hard decision, but in the end we went with another vendor/installer who had offered us a deal we couldn't refuse because they were looking for a sample home to showcase their vinyl brick molding. I really appreciated Mark's working with us through the decision process.

Just had Mark Fadely stop by for a service call, and it was FREE! All service calls by Fadely Home Design are free, so it's nice to see someone who really stands by their product. We had a window glass crack because of the severe winter cold, and it will be replaced free. No charge for the replacement window, and no charge for the labor to install. We had Fadely Home Design install all new windows (14) in our house last December. It was cold outside (28 degrees), windy, and there was snow on the ground. We were a bit concerned about the loss of heat from our house while the installations were being completed, but NO PROBLEM. The way they do it, it only takes about two minutes to have the old window out and the new one in. The installers were prompt, very cautious to keep the inside of our house clean, and very professional. The windows look great, and we have received a number of compliments on them.

After receiving quotes from multiple providers, I decided to go with Fadley Home Design. Mark Fadley was very responsive to my needs during the entire process. He had two different crews working on the house. One for the deck and another for the siding. The entire process took about one week. Mark came out to the house multiple times to check on the progress. There was one area that they found rot once the original siding was taken off. They were able to remediate the situation at no additional cost. The entire process went very smoothly. Fast forward to 2014 - I am in process of selling my home. An item came up during the home inspection related to one of the main beams of the house. I called Mark and scheduled a time for him to meet me at the house to look at the potential issue. He arrived on time was able inspect the beam and give me his professional opinion on the structural integrity of the beam. He did this at no charge.

Mark Fadely (owner) is a true professional. His team shows up on time, prices are competitive, and his installers do outstanding work. I would highly recommend him to others! Mark's team replaced a very large picture window that was about (5' x 5').

We really appreciated working with Mark and his crew. Mark was great; he did a thorough walk-through and gave us a good price. We had been undecided about replacing the door, but the price was good enough that we decided to go for it. Glad we did because we love it! The guys came to replace the door and the trim where wood was rotted. Danny and Chuck were prompt, quick, and professional. We asked a lot of questions since we had a some concerns about what needed to be replaced and what didn't, and they were great at answering them. When they were done, I asked Danny to walk around the house with me and we noticed that another piece needed to be replaced and he did it immediately. Our experience was the same with the painters. Roger double-checked the wood as they painted to make sure no rot was missed, and the crew was quick, completing the house in two days. In our experience, Mark and his teams understand customer service, not just window and door installation. We're not very experienced when it comes to exterior home repair, and they took the time to make sure we understood what was needed and that we were satisfied at every turn.

We could not have been more pleased with this project! We didn't think there was any way to replace this old patio door since it was so big. When I called Mark, he immediately told me that knew exactly what kind of door it was and that he had replaced several just like it. When he came out, he showed us a beautiful door with lots of options for style and color. We felt the price was very reasonable (it included installation and removal of the old door.) The door came in exactly when Mark said it would --30 days--and was installed that week. The installers, Jay and Mike, were very professional did a fabulous job. They had a lot of trouble getting the old window out, but they took their time and completely cleaned up the area when they were through. The installation looks so good, including the trim around the window. Jay even constructed some flashing to prevent water leaking down into the step in front of the new window. We will use Fadely again and will recommend them to anyone who needs windows or patio doors.

This company should be the prototype for all home service companies. Mark Fadely is so easy and relaxed to deal with, knows his products and makes wise suggestions as to product use in various settings. From the first time I had called the office, Mark called back very quickly and offered to drop by that afternoon (on a Saturday!) if it was convenient. The windows were installed when they arrived by two WONDERFUL service men. Apparently they have been with Mark for many years - always a sign of a healthy business. They were so clean, quiet, knowledgeable, were very patient in agreeing to take apart and store some of the pieces from the old windows which can be used as replacement pieces for the other 15+ existing windows. There was not a speck of anything left behind inside or outside. So, if you are in need of windows this is the ONLY company to call. If you want prompt, professional and knowledgeable service, this is the only company to call. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends, family and neighbors. Its really quite a surprise (a pleasant one!) to find such a wonderful provider.

Mr. Fadely was very pleasant and enjoyable to do business with. We are in the process of converting a three season room to a room which can be enjoyed year round. The first step was to replace the windows which were old and ineffectual. We replaced 12 sliding glass casement windows and one sheet of plexiglass which served as a window of sorts and had paint splashed on it. We wanted nice windows, but not too expensive. And since the room is completely surrounded by windows, high efficiency was very desirable. Mr. Fadely was able to set us up with attractive, affordable, efficient windows. The windows came within the period predicted. The installation was projected to take two days, but was completed in just one. Other than the overpowering smell of the caulk, there are no complaints here. We no longer hear the interstate! The room is bug free! The windows are easy to clean. We are quite pleased!
