Mark Fadely was a pleasure to do business with. We decided last fall that we wanted new windows installed before winter. Mark provided us with a timely, reasonable quote, and we signed a contract with him. He told us it would be about 3 weeks before the windows and door would be ready. The job started 3 weeks later, and it went very smoothly. The workers who installed everything were very knowledgeable and skilled. They were also very polite and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each work day. We had the interior windows and door stained to match our existing woodwork, and they did a beautiful job. Each window has an insert which is stained on one side and painted the house trim color on the outside, and they were all done beautifully. Our door is fiberglass but looks like wood - we love it. We are so happy with the job Fadely did and will definitely call them when we are ready to replace the rest of our windows.

I thought their pricing was reasonable and I have decided to use their service. I am hiring them to install new windows and doors. The owner came out for the estimate. He answered all my questions. He was nice to work with and I had no problem scheduling the estimate.

Mark (owner) showed up when he said he would to provide quote. His "sales pitch" was short and sweet and he was not pushy at all. We have had other window installers out our house for 3+ hours showing and selling their product (stunk). Once he measured he provide information on the an Angie's List deal that would save us $250 and serve as our down payment for the windows. The install went flawlessly. Two associates were present and put in all three windows in less than 4 hours and cleaned up after themselves. We were impressed with their work. We have 4 more windows to change out and will be calling Fadely to replace when the time comes.

The job was flawless, it was great! The price was good and fair, they cleaned up nicely afterwards, and always showed up on time. All in all, no problems.

Arrived on time and finished when they said they would. I used Fadely about two years ago and when I needed the rest of my windows replaced, I got several quotes and Fadelys was not only the most affordable but the quality was higher.

Mark has been amazingly responsive and proactive so far. He found a time to meet with me to discuss the project right away, and got accurate measurements quickly. I hadn't actually brought up the Angie's List Storefront coupon when we sat to figure out a price, but Mark was honest enough to bring it up and advise me that I could save money by purchasing it. I've had bad experiences in the past with other contractors who will try to artificially raise their prices to cover the costs of a coupon - netting me as a consumer no savings at all. Instead, Mark told me he'd like to do the job right, treat me well, and earn my repeat business. He came up with a very fair price, we shook hands, and after I bought the Angie's List deal, he promptly emailed me a contract giving all the details of the work we had agreed on in person. Included in this email was a link to the manufacturer's website, so I could see for myself the quality of the materials he was using and the cost of these materials - there wasn't any exorbitant markup, and I felt confident that I was getting a quality door. I'm still waiting on the door to be completed by the factory, and we're within the original time range Mark told me to expect. However, as I'm buying the storm door myself to have him install, I wasn't positive I was reading his drawing on the estimate correctly, so last night (Sunday, at about 9 pm) I sent him an email, just asking about when he thought the door might be done and whether a door I had found on the Lowes website would be suitable. Just to make sure he didn't give me misinformation, he had called the factory, and stopped by my house to double check the measurement of the rough opening - by eight o clock the next morning! I have never experienced such a responsive and friendly response from a contractor. I'll update this review when the door is actually installed, but thus far I already feel very confident recommending that anyone give Mark a call if they need any doors replaced.

Mr. Fadely was professional and helpful. He took a piece of the siding to match the color and type of siding to original as much as possible. It took a few weeks, Mr. Fadely was unable to find the exact match due to my siding being discounted, however, the siding he did find was near perfect match. The installation went smooth and seems to be holding up fine. Will definitely use in the future.

Fadely Home design is great! Mark (the owner) came out very promptly over the holidays to provide us with a quote for replacing two windows in our son's bedroom. He was very professional and friendly. Also very easy to work with. Responded quickly to both emails and phone calls. The installers were very professional as well and did a great and efficient job putting the new windows in. Very highly recommend!

We were extremely happy with Mark and his crew. They are experts in the field, are hard working and pay attention to detail. One crew tore out our old windows and replaced with new windows and added insulation. Matching frames on an 80 year old house is not easy. They wrapped the exterior with aluminum to mimic our brick molding and were very precise with their work. Another crew painted and stained our windows to match each room's color. We chose the Pella Architect series windows which has detailed grills and the stain and paint looks wonderful on every window. The lines are very crisp and smooth. We are very happy with Fadely Home Design and love our new windows.

AWESOME! I love Mark and his crew. They were punctual. Mark called to let me know updates and when the progress that was being made and also did a follow up call to see how I felt about the windows and the work. This is a true service oriented company. When giving me the estimate he came out and answered all of my questions was very thorough and he me made me feel at ease with using his company. His team is dedicated, polite, hard working, and all around good workers. Use them, they are fantabulous.

It was great. They came out did the measurements and installed the door I had. They allowed me to go get the other one and then come back with that one and installed it. The gentleman who came to do the work actually communicated with me and how it would go. They explained how things were going to work and that was good.

I have to say that I was very happy with Fadely Home Design and team. They arrived on time and were very considerate while installing the windows w/the way removed their shoes to carefully carrying items up and downs stairs. We had one issue come up and Mark came out and explained what was going on, which made us then understand why the windows were being installed in a particular way. One of the windows had some issues underneath the trim, and since I live in a townhome w/an HOA, Jay and Mike waited while that was being dealt with before installing the good trim, so we wouldn't have any issues afterwards. This entire experience was great--when you live in a home that is over 25+ years old, you usually expect issues--none here.

Mark came out to measure our space and was able to give us a quote right away. And he was able to fit our needs and our budget. The guys that replaced the door did a great job. They were knowledgeable and were highly skilled at their jobs. I will definitely use Fadely Home Design again for our future home needs.

We couldn't be more pleased. Our house is about 40 years old and we were overdue for upgrading the windows and front door. Mark Fadely gave us a VERY competitive estimate--other firms were either significantly more expensive, offering fewer services, or using lower-quality windows. Unlike some of the other companies who bid on the work, Mark didn't flinch when he saw the octagonal windows we needed for our bedroom--others flat-out stated they couldn't replace them. We took this as a red flag for company know-how. We were impressed from the beginning. Mark's team is all business when they're on the job, and their experience showed. The work itself took a couple of weeks, but went smoothly and uneventfully. Our house looks beautiful now. The surprise, though, is in the comfort we've enjoyed indoors now that cold weather's arrived. Our bedroom is above the garage, and we had always assumed that it was going to be colder no matter what. Wrong! The new master bedroom windows (two double hung windows, and three octagonals) have made a huge difference, and our bedroom's never been more comfortable in wintertime. It went great, service was prompt, friendly, professional, they left everything very clean. The windows are great, so worth the price. We plan to use them again when we're ready to get new windows in other rooms!

I originally called Mark to get a quote on replacing eight of my windows. During the initial meeting I thought all he did was windows. When he heard about the scope of my project, he mentioned that he could offer a quote on the siding and the painting as well. He was professional and encouraging, rather than being alarming and applying pressure. Compared to three other contractors, his rates were simple, clear, responsive to my needs and highly competitive. The selection of the windows was an area when Mark's expertise showed through. He patiently explained the differences between different types of windows and made carefully considered recommendations. Mark's crews have obviously worked with him for a long time. The window installers were prompt, respectful of my home (especially since they had to work on the inside) and quick. The residing project was huge. The house has three levels so the workers had to erect a scaffold. The onsite supervisor of the crew checked in with me daily (when I was available). He was courteous and operated very independently. He was clearly very experienced and took ownership of high quality craftsmanship. When the residing project was complete, two of my neighbors thought that the project was over because even without paint, the house looked fantastic. The painter was a bit slower but very thorough. I would certainly call him to help me with handyman work and painting the inside of my home. He worked alone and was conscientious of details. He hand painted around the windows and took extra care with the windows that were not replaced. In the end, I'm very happy with my home and the work that was done. The experience was positive and while for me, it was a big project, I feel like I totally got my moneys worth!

Everything went like clockwork. The workers actually showed up a little early and got to work right away. They pulled out the old window that was probably the original to our 1920 built house and had the new window installed in around 2 hours. They also offered to make a metal frame to go over the wood frame around the new window. The window looked gorgeous when the workers were done. My wife noticed a few almost unnoticeable spots and mentioned it to the salesperson. The workers came back out the next day and fixed them immediately. My wife and I were very impressed with the quality of workmanship, punctuality, their prices and professionalism. We are planning on using their services again in the near future.

Work was Performed on Date and Time expected, Installers were very professional and Courteous. site was absolutely Cleaned and Restored beyond expectations. We found it a pleasure to work with Fadely. No hard sell, pressure or gimmicks. Everyone we had contact with during the process was professional, capable and very respectful of our home. We quoted 5 companies. Fadely was not the cheapest but was very competitive. We selected them because we had a high confidence level that they would do quality work without any major mishaps. Fadely did not disappoint and we are very pleased with the results. We would recommend to our friends.
