+ -1 moreThis is the second time we've used Fadely Home design. They replaced all our upstairs windows several year ago. They were just as amazing the second time around. They showed up on the day we were scheduled. Installation went quickly and the work quality was impeccable. Jay (from the installation crew) even came back on the first Saturday after installation to adjust a window in the kitchen that was installed by another company several years ago. He spent almost an hour adjusting a window that wasn't even a Fadely window. That's going above and beyond! We would highly recommend Fadely Home Design for your window replacement needs.

The wood on the exterior of our house was peeling and we needed to decide between painting or replacing with siding. Mark gave us quotes for each and we decided on the siding. Just like 2 years ago, Mark and his team did a fantastic job! He and his crews are friendly and professional and provide top quality work. + -1 moreMark, the owner, provided great service, including revising his bid based on my changes, along with extreme patience as I secured 2 other bids and made my decision. Once the job was complete, he followed up with me, which I very much appreciated. Mark's professionalism was excellent. After his crew completed their work, I had to re-install 2 blinds that were reversed and may have to replace a couple of perennials next Spring due to the placement of their ladders. I will use Mark's company again, as I work through replacing windows and doors in my home.

+ 0 moreEach job was completely to minimally my full satisfaction, on time and with a good crew.
Description of Work: I hired Fadely Home Design almost three years ago. I checked at least three companies and they were the most competitive. They also provided outstanding service on a day that was truly unusually cold. After doing an outstanding job with the windows, I hired them a year ago to reface the back of my home and once again they did outstanding work. Today, however, will always stick out in my mind. A couple of my grandchildren somehow removed a window and even though I could reinstall the window, i could not fit into the side glides. I called Mark Fadely up and he was at my house in 30 minutes, well beyond my expectations and he did not charge me. This is a true representation of just outstanding customer service. If I were looking for windows and customer service is important, I would suggest to look no further. And he was truly very nice as always when he arrived.

Description of Work: Mark and his team had replaced a large window before, so I didn’t hesitate to call him again when we were ready for more replacements. We replaced two large window in the front of our home and a very large, 2-story “picture window” on the back of our home.

He was low pressure, answered all of our questions and referred us to look at homes of individuals who had replaced windows in his neighborhood. Danny and Chuck, the installers were in and out in less than 3 days, were very professional and cleaned up exceptionally well. We are very pleased with the windows and especially pleased that the price was 2/3rds less than a few other estimates.....$10k vs $27k. I highly recommend Fadely Home Design
