They did an amazing job on refinishing my hard floors. However, they were a bit messy. Trash bags from the job was left on the front lawn after the job & we found some paint damage on our kitchen cabinets later (luckily it was a quick touch up since we had the cabinet paint on hand). While we were told that dust would be minimal, there was significant dust all over our walls & cabinets that required a deep clean afterwards. I would hire again because my floors really did look amazing, but I would set better expectations on cleanliness.

The floors look fantastic. Very pleased. Was disappointed they would not move furniture back when finished. But, yes, would hire them again.

They did a great job with no mess. Our floors were faded, scratched and in dire need of a new look. We had them stained a more modern color and the shine is bright and consistent. My wife is happy!

Hired to refinish a bedroom floor. We were in a bit of time crunch and Paul was able to accommodate. The price was very reasonable and they did a fantastic job. We are very pleased with how it turned out and would certainly recommend.

Quality Floor Refinishing only does refinishing. They did refer us to an installer who never returned our phone call.

Quality Floor Refinishing was great! They were responsive and punctual. We had a little over 500 sq feet of floor refinished and it is beautiful. The carpet had been on there for years and when we pulled it up there were lots of stains, discolorations, some gaps between a few of the planks and sticky, gross carpet padding stuck to it. I had my heart set on natural floors but it did not look possible. Quality Floor Refinishing was able to make it happen. They sanded them down in a morning and trough finished them. They were able to leave them natural, which is what I wanted, and saved me the time and money for a stain. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Quality Floor Refinishing, they did an excellent job, price was very competitive and most importantly, they knew exactly what they were doing. The finished job was beautiful, finished on time and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

called and set up appointment...... they called back a few times just to figure out when they can come over for an estimate....once they decided, an appointment was made.....but they never showed up. No Call nor email.

Awesome! July 30, 2016. I would highly recommend "Quality Floor Refreshing" to anyone who needs this service. I had originally gotten the phone number from my neighbor. I had no idea they were located in Indiana, so if I did see them on Angie’s list I probably passed over it for the mere fact that I am in Chicago. When I did call, Paul Surprenant promptly returned my calls. It was then that I found out they were in Indiana. However, he told me if I could not find anyone else locally, he would be more than happy to come out, and that's what happened. I had a small bedroom and closet floor (hardwood) that I wanted refinished. His son Dave and co-worker came out, sanded the floors and put its first coat of urethane on. The next day, Dave installed new pre-promised quarter rounds in the room and closet and completed the 2nd coat of urethane. They were very professional. I could tell they knew how to do the job and do it right, in, out, no nonsense! Over. Return calls – A In-put – A Professional – A Neat, no mess – A Fair price – A And to think I almost gave up on my ever getting the floor done and was ready to just re-carpet it! A partner of the company came out to measure the square footage of the area to be floored. Several days later and after a few calls to the person that came out, they finally got back to me. They quoted me a price that I thought was a little high, so I asked if they would come down in price if I removed carpet and prepared the flooring for them. The owner said he would get back to me. Yet after several days and un-returned phone calls I gave up and found a better quote from a verified Angie's List contractor. I was very pleased Quality Flooring did not do my work.

Easy-called, estimate over phone, came did job. Done! (1-2-3)

We contacted the company to refinish my dad's new floors. He is older and we were worried about the cost and getting someone trust worthy to do the job. The people who lived in the house before him clearly had several large dogs and the floors were scratched to what we thought was beyond repair. We contacted Quality Floor Refinishing and set up an appointment and Paul walked us through every step of the appointment. Two service men showed up to do the job and I thought that they were way under staffed for the job. To my surprise my floors were done in no time and they perfectly matched the new floor stain to my built in bookcases. I can't recommend this company highly enough.
