The contractor kept his appointment to provide an estimate, was very friendly, professional, and detail-oriented when examining the repairs to be made. It was about 2 months before we got around to calling him to schedule the repair, but when we did we found him to be very responsive and helpful. The repair was scheduled for 2 weeks after we contacted the contractor, and his workers kept the appointment with no issues. The quality of the repair was excellent, and there were no unexpected changes from the costs agreed upon in the estimate. I would definitely recommend this contractor and would work with him again. It can sometimes be difficult to find a responsive, qualified, and reasonably-priced residential contractor -- but our experience with Backyard Solutions was a great one.

Everything went well. He informed me that he had a few jobs lined in front before he could begin work on our fence but the result was worth the wait.

We setup the appointment and had zero issues. The work was done on time and looked fantastic, all at a fair price given the manual labor required. We have had no problems since the new posts have been installed. They included concrete to secure the posts and used treated wood as we would expect. I would definitely recommend Backyard Solutions to anyone in need of any fence repair.

I called Mr. Ward (Rob) on a Friday afternoon shortly after a storm split my favorite willow tree and deposited it on my chain-link fence. He arrived the next morning, surveyed the situation, and promptly gave his estimate. Because it was reasonable, I called him that afternoon and asked how soon it could be done. Of course, the willow tree had to be removed first, and that was scheduled for the following Monday. He had to order the materials, but he said he would be able to complete the job on Friday. Friday morning, he arrived bright and early, repaired the fence by replacing two line posts and a terminal post as well as the 40 feet of wire and top rail with breakneck speed in the sweltering heat, touched up the paint, and knocked on the door. He wanted me to closely inspect his work. I paid him, and he left. A good, honest, hard-working man I recommend highly without reservation!

After I described the job in detail, Bob Ward explained to me over the telephone the process that he would use to remove the fence. His price was the lowest bid that I got, so I called him back and fixed a date. He arrived precisely at the time we had agreed, removed the fence as he had proposed quickly and neatly, even was patient with a last-minute question about how much of the fence should be removed. I was entirely satisfied with the result.

I called Bob after reading the reviews and ratings for his company. He returned my call later that day and scheduled an appointment for the next day. After walking the yard, talking about options (which were limited because of our neighborhood covenants) , and making measurements, he wrote the estimate. He ordered the fence after I received our association approval. He also recommended a company for me to contact after I stated I wanted a survey prior to installation. About three weeks later, he called to inform me that the fence had been shipped and we set up a date for installation. He did a wonderful job including cleanup of the site. The fence looks great and my dog is now enjoying the backyard!

Rob and his helper arrived early and immediately started to work. They had the job done in what seemed liked no time at all.They even let my grandson (4yrs old) try digging with the post hole digger. Rob and Brad work very well together and are very professional. They did an excellent job and cleaned up the work area, also.

Upon me accepting the work quote, he gave me a two day time frame with which he would be out to complete the work. He was on time with the scheduled repair, did a great job fixing the problem and cleaned up after working. For this work, payment was due only after satisfactorily completing. I am a very happy customer!

Started with Rob in Early January. (contact other fence people on the "list" and some of the did not even get back with me. Got the HOA and City apporval (took 2 months) and then Rob came out: over 2 days: did all the work. all posts in concrete. very level. all panels are in good shape. cleaned up after himself. he was able to install a removable 6 foot section (no other company could do that). he put in two gates. Lifetime warranty on the product. Again, very happy with the fence. Very happy i chose him. He is the man that does the estimates and the work. So you know exactly who you are dealing with from start to finish. If you want to support small business, this your man.

They only do fence repairs in segments and they only build their fences from scratch. I could not use their services.

After we met the 2nd time & agreed on what would be done, they came & installed the posts, then 2 days later the fencing was completed. I am very impressed that the work was completed on a day that rained steadily all day; i thought they would have to come back later, but the work was finished when he said in spite of the weather! It was a very positive experience and I am very happy with my new fence.

We called Backyard Solutions and got a quick response to our request to come and look at our project and provide an estimate to replace our backyard fence. An estimate to remove our old fence, haul it away, remove the old posts making sure concrete was removed to below ground level and to replace the fence with stick built red cedar posts and fencing, was given to us. We felt the pricing was very fair and several days ;ater called Backyard Solutions asking them to do the work. The following week they had an opening in their schedule and the work was planned to start the following Tuesday. On Monday the people came to mark our utilities and on Tuesday the old fencing was removed and old post concrete was altered to below ground level. On Wednesday the new posts were set in concrete and allowed to cure. Thursday the new fence framing was built and on Friday the stick by stick fencing and the gates were installed. This schedule followed the exact timing the contractor had stated. We are very pleased with the quality of this completed project and the manor in which it was done by Backyard Solutions.

Rob did a great job on the fence. It gives me some privacy since I'm attached to my neighbor's house (like a condo). My dogs do not bark as much as my neighbors also have 2 dogs. Not only is he easy to work with - his pricing is great.

Rob clearly communicated how the process would go and completed the job over the course of 4 days. He was prompt, efficient, and courteous.

The work went very well. He told me when he would be available which worked for me. He came one day and did the posts. The next day he put the fence. It was a one man show.
